Not again. Sorry; not sorry
Very plain interior. A fair walk from the Main Street and the spare toilet rolls provided had half a centimetre left on them. The Filinpno staff were very friendly though.

total smoking
I arrived and asked for non smoking room I was told there are no nonsmoking rooms. all common areas are smoking. Everywhere in common areas. It is designed and built for koreans. If you are a non smoker do not go there.

Not really recommended
I came here with a year old child and its disappointing to receive a room uphill. And the pool wasnt children friendly and still need to pay 100peso for usage. No food menu provided

As time went by i kind of got use to it.
views, safe and secure,
Pool was out of order for 4 days. We requested rooms on the ground floor near roadway, we were given rooms on the highest point of the property - about 40 steps high. Wifi was horrible on the top section where our rooms were but it was ok down near reception. It caters more for Korean divers however that's no problem. Don't brake anything they will make you pay for it more than what it is worth. The longer i stayed the more i got use to it. bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower, aircon worked well, big fridge. Most accommodations around here are of similar style so .........

It wasn't the place for me and I'll tell you why..
1.You get a good workout climbing many, many stairs. 2. Proximity to the pier 3. Rooms are comfortable
I never found any of the Paradise employees to be friendly. I had to ask for someone to show me where my room was located (the norm for Philippine resorts) during check in. After walking up 4 flights of stairs to get to room 19 we were woken up a few hours later by an employee telling us they gave us the wrong room. They left the room key for room 13 and that was it (no explanation, no one told us where room 13 was located and no one helped). The pool looks decent on the Internet but is a different pool "in-person". Worse yet, the pool was being repaired so wasn't functional at all. It's not a pool for lounging and was really built for dive instruction only. When checking out I asked for a receipt. I was told they do not provide them. Cmon now...isn't that protocol for any resort? The gym is a couple of old benches and the weights are rusty from being left in the rain. Unusable. They have a pool table but I'm certain it gets rained on and cannot support a decent game. These things just need to be thrown out.

Better than expected
Location, room size, no disturbancies
we came there and had booked 2deluxe rooms from agoda. We had booked them same day and apparently there where no free rooms except 1 suite. But the manager quickly arranged and put us in there. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 toiletts and a big living room which actually was perfect for us. The place usually cater for korean divers/tourists but as nothing is further away than 5-10min walk in sabang there is no issues at all. We didnt join the korean teams but instead went to sabang fun divers, a newly opened center nearby that we can strongly recommend. As the resort mainly cater korean the food is such as well as they have korean alchol in the bar.

Stunning view from Balcony, Clean rooms, friendly reception from manager
Only offered Korean food. didn't seem to accommodate non Korean guests guests need to be made aware that quite steep steps need to be negotiated to get to the top floor rooms, especially for disabled or middle to mature aged persons. Value for money if you don't eat at resort . If you are Korean probably value for money. Promotes Korean guests, so if you are non Korean, you probably won't meet many (any) new friends

Terrible
Paradise Resort and Dive Shop
This is management hotel and it is aweful. I stayed 4 nights and was very disappointed. The restaurant did not hve 75% of what was on the menu. If you order a pizza, they order it from another restaurant. They did not even have bread or toast for breakfast. They only had Korean food available. The reception never had change for any bills I had. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Not really international
Big room, Great view, Quiet place
The local staff was kind enough to make me forget that the owners and his guests (not filipinos) were a bit rude when I arrived there. There was a mistake in my reservation and my room was given to another person, but they fixed the problem giving me a suite room with a gorgeous view. Not an amazing place, but far from bad.
