Great location ”
Rainfall shower was great. Hot water constantly. Air con was a bit noisy but ok. Bed was nice, not too firm. The market next door, which was really nice, was also a little noisy. The room features were a bit scruffy, like the dressing table and the wardrobe had chips missing off the veneer on the, but other than that it’s a great place to stay. Everything is easily accessible from this hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
Used to be better”
I stayed in this hotel many times. This time because the park next to it, there was music till midnight, every day. For people who want to sleep early, people with young children, this is far from ideal
Close vincinity to attractions, expecially to korean town”
Room cleaning was spot on but some of the amenity weren't replaced daily (soaps, etc). It is walking distance to terminal 21 and Korean town were just 2 minutes away. Quiet and good value for money. Their concierge/security were especially very helpful even with direction.
Always a great deal! ”
I’ve stayed here many times over the years. Love the staff, great location and small-hotel feel of the placs. It is in need of some repairs, like the elevator and the rooms are not very well lit. But overall, a good place to stay. Reasonable for that area of Bangkok
Great hotel with good location.”
I liked this hotel. The location is good being near Nana & Asok BTS stations. Its not right on the busy Sukhumvit road and being just inside Soi 10 means you dont get all of the traffic noise. The staff was good and my room was great. A good size for me, comfy bed, nice shower and a bath and a well stocked mini bar. I would use this hotel again.
Right at the entrance to the Soi it’s really easy to get to. Guest friendly hotel. Room clean enough. Water is hot in the shower. Sometimes the price in Agoda is good, sometimes not so good. I’d stay again if the price was right.
Well located hotel.”
Rooms a little small, but comfortable bed. Internet wasn't as strong as we would have liked. Good a/c. Short walk to Nana BTS and Asoka BTS/Sukhumvit Metro. Nightlife in the area if that is your desire and access to many parts of Bangkok.
Cheap and very good location”
Cozy but dated hotel in between two happening night scenes areas. Right beside Artbox which have an impressive live band, good beer, and family-friendly entertainment.
Right at the entrance to Soi 10 on the Sukhumvit Road. Nice clean room. Shower worked well. I've stayed here before and will do so again.
Value for money. Will stay again”
Its small hotel block few steps from main road. Its lack the facilities of higher star hotel but the room itself is 4-star. About 2 minutes walk to BTS Nana and 4 mins walk to BTS Asoke/MRT Sukhumvit and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Value for money. Downside is the small lift and stair. Our room is at 7th floor but the lift only go ip to 6th Floor. Luckily my kids love to run up the stair
Getting old, but still a great option in the heart of low Sukhumvit”
I first stayed at Paradiso in 2011. Back then it was really nice and new. In 2018, nothing has changed - it's still quite ok but the furniture and facilities show some age. Overall it's still a pretty good deal, they lowered the prices a bit and it's my favourite (affordable) place in the area.
Great location, right on Sukhumvit at Soi 10, midway between 2 BTS stations. Stayed here four times between April 2017 and January 2018, in three different classes of rooms. Standard room on the third floor had no view and a bit of street noise. Deluxe on the 4th and 5th floors had a decent view and was much quieter. These rooms were quite small, certainly enough room for one person but a bit cramped for two. The suite was spacious. All rooms had good lighting. AC is old style central air, so if one of your neighbors smokes in their room, you will smell it. Spotlessly clean rooms, well outfitted with kettle, fridge, room safe, good sized TV (no USB input). During my two most recent stays (Dec 2017 and Jan 2018) the satellite channels were not working. Wifi was very slow. Clean bathrooms with soap and other toiletries. Reception staff is average. Overall a very good price for a clean room in an excellent location, but with the possibility of slipping below my personal standard.
Good Value, Great Location”
Great location, right on Sukhumvit at Soi 10, midway between 2 BTS stations. Small hotel, I believe only 4 rooms per floor. Stayed here three times between April and December 2017, in three different classes of rooms: standard, deluxe, and suite. The only real difference you get for the extra money is more room and a better view. Standard room on the third floor had no view and a bit of street noise. Deluxe on the 4th floor had a decent view and was much quieter. Both rooms were quite small, certainly enough room for one person but a bit cramped for two. The suite was spacious. All rooms had good lighting with a master control for lights and AC at bedside. Spotlessly clean room, well outfitted with kettle, fridge, room safe, good sized TV. Good selection of TV channels when working. During my most recent stay (December 2017) the satellite channels were not working, just the Thai language channels. Staff did not know when it would be repaired. Wifi worked fine most times but
Mod is a gem”
front desk staff (Mod) is awesome...the security/front doorman was an added bonus. Hotel is located right at NaNa station (5min walk). You literally are right in the heart of everything between Siam and Asok stations. You can walk right to SLL subway and Soi Cowboy, or walk left and get to Nana Plaza and nightlife. The facility itself is older, but if you are there to stay in your room then why even visit Bangkok?? food stations and eateries are everywhere around you. There are 5 malls within 2 train stations. when i come back i will be staying here so I can joke around with Mod!!!
Good hotel for the money. Great location.”
There are a lot of things I like about this hotel. Location, location, location. Rooms are small, but decent. I had two issues on this trip. A non smoking room, had a putrid tobacco stink for two days after I checked in. For someone who detests tobacco, that was not pleasant. Second, the AC controls rarely work. It is one of those 25 year old central command controls. They are outdated and do not work well. Room was consistently too cold. I kept having to take the card key out, reset the entire system, and then raise the temp. Other than that, it is a nice spot.
Great location ”
This is a decent value for money hotel , however the only down side is that the hotel is clad in what looks like pvc panel to make the outside appearance appealing but it means that there is no view from the windows of the room , also concerning should there be a fire . On the plus side the location is excellent between Nana and Asoke BTS , the rooms are clean and tidy with all the usual accessories. Plenty of electric sockets for charging your phones etc . This is a small comfortable hotel in excellent area suitable for travelers to bangkok.
Home Away from Home”
I really enjoy this hotel and have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past few months. The staff are always very friendly and willing to help with anything. Location is great. Just 5 min walk to Asok BTS/Terminal 21 and a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Soi 4/Nana and Soi 11. Rooms are very nice, clean, and modern. Nice comfortable bed. I always enjoy my stay here. Guest friendly.
An Easy Modern Central Stopover”
Paradiso. My family stays here often. They are Thai. Its modern safe central and very convenient. The prices for rooms are quite reasonable. Always good to stay here. Right near Asoke BTS and many food places around. Even a small park is opposite
Great location, right on Sukumvit at Soi 10, midway between 2 BTS stations. Small hotel, I believe only 4 rooms per floor. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel this month. The first was in a Deluxe Double room for $50 per night, this stay was in a Standard Double room at $38 per night. By comparison, the deluxe room was on a higher floor with a view and no street noise. The standard room was low enough that there was a window but no view, and there was some noise from the street. Both rooms were small, big enough for one person, perhaps a little cramped for two. Both rooms had good lighting with a master control for lights and AC at bedside, and were spotlessly clean and well outfitted. Standard room had a smaller wardrobe and less space to lay out a suitcase. Bathrooms were clean and functional, the deluxe had a tub and shower, while the standard had only a shower. Both had hot water. There is a travel desk in the lobby with limited PM hours. Reception staff seemed a bit uninterested, not exactly loaded with smiles. Rooms came with a free "welcome drink", however staff forgot to offer me a welcome drink both times. When I brought this up to reception, she told me that it was a Thai herbal drink, but after looking in the fridge she informed me that they didn't have any. Morning tip - walk one block to Soi 12 for a food cart serving fresh hot soy milk for 10 baht. Overall I can overlook the uninterested staff for a clean room in an excellent location at a very good price. Will return.
Good Hotel, Perfect Location”
Great location, right on Sukumvit at Soi 10, midway between 2 BTS stations. Small hotel, I believe only 4 rooms per floor. Stayed 2 nights in Room 404, a "delux double" I believe. High enough to have a view and didn't hear any street noise. Good lighting with a master control for lights and AC at bedside, nice touch Spotlessly clean room, well outfitted, but a little small. Perfect for 1 person but maybe small for 2. Good selection of TV channels. Only complaint is about the bathroom. Large bathroom, well organized with a separate bath/shower area, but needs some re-engineering. Water from the shower sprays directly on the seam of the sliding glass door, so even if you're careful, you will flood the room with sink/toilet. Plus the water drains away from the drain and sits there until the maid squeegies it down the drain the following day. There is a travel desk in the lobby with limited hours. Decent reception, however staff forgot my welcome drink. Morning tip - walk one block to Soi 12 for a food cart serving fresh hot soy milk for 10 baht. Overall a very good price for a clean room in an excellent location. Will return!
