Very old and very small room.
Smells on humidity.
All my stuff got wet for 3 days. My bag, my clothes etc.
No place to put your belongings.
Mold old and very uncomfortable. Only good was that it's just in the center.

Smelly rooms! ”
Pros: Really cheap hotel. Located beside a lot of restaurants so eating out is just a breeze and just right off the street going to the beach.
Cons: They have smelly rooms! Bed is horrible! Feels really old and squeaky and you'll start itching in the morning when you get up. Bathroom is really terrible! Smells really bad and the room has lots of mosquitos. Not really ideal for families because kids can inhale the strong smoke odor (maybe from the bed?)

Excellent Stay!”
The staff are very accommodating and the room is large for our group. Location is walking distance to Alona beach and is near to many restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Bohol.

Pros - central, quiet - set at back of property off main road noise. Aircon good, bed good, room clean
Con- wifi realllly slow, water a little salty (must be sea water filtered but still a lil salty n sticky) staff gave us looks the whole time we were at reception using wifi to organise other accommodation in the rain (your in the hospitality service industry people!! How bout a little hospitality!!)

We booked 1 night and stayed 2! Rooms are clean, spacious, have hot water and AC and good wifi. Towels get changed everyday and room gets cleaned. The gardens are nice and the location is great, walkable to tons of restaurants and Alona Beach.

It's really nice here, accommodating and helpful staff, but the only problem is when I booked single beds. some rooms are not available for that. just the queen size bed. the students don't want to sleep beside with other person.

So so. You’ll just get what you paid for (or less). But location wise, the resort is very accessible to everything. Resto, korean marts, dunkin donut, Noah Pizza(best pizza!), tricycle and everything else are just super near. Alona beach is walking distance too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. For once the description was bang on. Limited or no WiFi in the room but 2 WiFi codes given so as much coverage as possible. The room was cleaned daily and clean towels daily as well. Hot shower which seems to be a bonus in the Philippines and a great location. Overall a great value place.

A few small improvements would make this resort very good indeed.....WiFi in the rooms please. My tele didn’t work. Not that this really mattered but would be nice. Staff were very kind and efficient. Room was spacious and clean if a little basic, but at the price level it’s great. So thanks Paragayo see you next trip.

The location is fantastic!! It’s about five mins walking to the Alona beach. And lots of restaurants and convenient shops nearby let along bars. There’s also a Donut shop just next to the resort. You guys should try the ice choco there. However, the air conditioner is noisy when you turn it to 10. You’d better keep it under 4 to avoid the lousiness. And they don’t have hair drier( troublesome for girls..) the showering water is salty which means I need to buy clean water everyday for drinking brushing and washing my face. Overall it’s worthy.

A clean hotel nearby alona beach”
The room is big with 2 beds, and the aircon is powerful. It is closed to the Alona beach and many restaurants around it, also a market beside it. The only problem is a little noisy in the night because there is a bar nearby. The wifi is so weak in the room. I have to sit in the garden to access internet. In all it is a good place to stay with affordable price , if you go island hopping or travel in the day time.

The "Motel 6" of hotels around Alona Beach”
Lets first start with the good things about this hotel. Comfortable bed, and a warm/hot shower in the morning. 5-minute walk to the beach and all the locations near Alona Beach. This is a no extras hotel, much like the Motel 6 in the United States. No breakfast. Now the not so fun things: Had to pay extra for additional pillows. The original pillows in the room were worn out. No internet for most of the stay. Last day, the internet was there but not very good. The air conditioning may have kept the room at 25 degrees C, or 77 degrees F at best. I did have a thermometer in the room to check. This place was not fancy but was clean. I would stay there again, provided I got word from the hotel the internet was working.

I stayed 11 nights I kept extending,what I liked the most was 5 min walk to alona beach , staff were great , and friendly , some of the rooms are better than others but after 2 nights I changed to a better room .

Great location, simple and nice room”
Just located along the most happening street at Alona beach. Value for money. The only thing that need to be improved is no hair dryer in the room. Nearby eateries and convenient store.
