Beach resort without swimming by the beach”
We went there with expectation to soak ourselves by the beach each time we want to. When we book this hotel there was no warning no information whatsoever about the beach: due to monsoon, the beach was closed from visitor. We could only enjoy the scenery (which is standard beach scenery) and couldn't even walked there to soak our feet. If we knew this, we won't take this Parai but stayed in location nearby the town.

Pleasant Holiday”
It;s one of recommended beautiful place to visit. It was several month ago when we bring our family on holiday to this place. At that time we have a situation of the reservation room is not suit with the actual condition. The room size is different from the Agoda website with the real room. Because I was bring my big family and order 2 room, but it look to small in reality. Then i have complaint to the staff. In short, humbly the Manager provide us with great solution and it made us really satisfied. The point is there is a mistake on the information but the manager did not blame it to us and solve the problem smoothly. Salut for the Manager

My toilet smells like septic tank in the morning”
The room, close to the beach, a suite, is very expensive. I didn't need the luxury, but that's the only room I could get at that time. To my disappointment, especially in the morning, the toilet smells like septic-tank. I was so busy, I didn't have time to tell house keeping staff about the toilet. And unfortunately, there is no house keeping staff--who clean my room, change the towels, and put more soap in the toilet--has a sensitive nose that can detect the problem in the toilet. The smells was awful. Please fix it. And it's not only my problem; other room has the same problem too. Other room has another problem; the AC doesn't work, in another room, the fridge doesn't work. There was a wedding party with 200 people there in the night. First it's noisy when we need a time to rest after a hard day work. Second, it limits the access to the beach and swimming pool. There's no internet/wifi access in the room! Wifi only available at the restaurant and hotel lobby.

Nice view and location”
It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. All the experiences were nice. More over, the beach is one of top of mind experience. We can enjoy the sea sightseeing with a small waves come after one another.

Beautiful beach”
It has a beautiful 'private' beach (it supposed to be private, but this hotel sells ticket for people who want to enter to the beach, and defenitely makes it less private). The room was fine,but kind of old. Lack of service, and they dont even have room boys that could help us with our baggages.

Very beautifull location”
The location is superb. The restaurant on the rocks with very nice views has delicious fish dishes. The rooms are in need of restoration. Big nice pool and very beutifull beach!

Great location poor cleanliness and poor management ”
Best location ever beautiful beaches but very poor management staff has poor English skills and the rooms are not very tidy and many things broken. Activities offered like BBQ snorkelling is not available due to lack of...?!?restaurant and breakfast is nice.

Beautifull Beach but the facility old ”
The beach is beautifull. with big rocks, white sand. blue water. But the room facility is dissapointing. The spring bed is so thin you could touch the spring when you sit or lay down. the old 21' TV without TV cable. slow response of housekeeping. no bath tub in our villa. While other room has different facility. Thanks to Mbak Nur in the Front office who is really helping and then upgrade us and we move to the next door Istana Pool Villa. The facility right here is good, with private swimming pool. The housekeeping is good and fast response. Will come back to the istana pool villa.

Horrible”
We went as a group, we booked both 5 deluxe and 5 singles. There was basically nothing to do but swim at the beach, which has a beautiful white sand. But other than that no snokerling, no diving, no glass-bottom boat. The only available activities were jetski and banana boat. But when I asked to do Jetski the guy said he needed 8 person to transport the Jetski to the water and there were only 3. He could have searched for more people, but it was clear that he didn't want to make money. As a beach resort hotel, it really is not up to international standard.

A Huge Regret”
I never expect that I would be there again. The price is too high for such a bad quality. The worst part is the toilet. Even though we were upgraded from the Standard Room into to Deluxe Room, the disappointment started with the cleanliness of the toilet. The toilet bowl is too scary for us even to look down (the hole is black!!). Not sure how will they want to attract more tourist to stay there (for sure not the repeated ones) if they don't try to improve. Price may not be a big concern if we can have a better quality. Even we were there during the weekend, there was practically nobody in the restaurant during dinner time ( I felt sorry for the beautiful singer who sings well but with no audience).
