        New Rooms in main building”

        Don’t stay at the rooms located in the pool area. They are old and not what is advertised. They first assigned us there but we really complained because we expected the room shown on the pic when We booked. We were then transferred to rooms in the main building. Newly constructed rooms in main building. Few selections for breakfast.

        Best resort in Lake Sebu”

        Geared towards locals, so expect western music events until midnight while a poser showcases how loud his engine modified for maximum noise level can go in free-wheel, from 5:45 until 6 AM, leaving the whole resort in toxic fumes that even go inside the room. However still better and cleaner than Punta Isla - although not spotless at all. Their pool is by far the cleanest and best maintained in whole Lake Sebu. If looking for an accommodation in Lake Sebu, this is the best (unless you prefer the better location of the Punta Isla over a toilet that actually works and a cleaner room)
