Vintage yet convenient and secluded”
Although Covid-19 deprived us from enjoying all of the amenities at the property, the apartment room was comforting with all that we needed to make our stay as accommodating as possible. The buildings and room may have been dated, but that didn't give the owners an excuse to not ensure 100% cleanliness and bug-free health zones for guests. The parking lot, two patios, the room, landscaping, and the long drive were all free from trash and natural debris. If you need a cozy place with trees and shade that's clean and roomy close to Sea World, Discovery Cove, or Aquarius, Parc Corniche is an ideal choice.
Better than the other 3 hotels”
We spent time at 3 other hotels, one in Tampa, the other in Georgia. We spent the same amount of money in all three. Yet, the value of Parc Corniche was significantly more. Bigger, better, and far more comfortable. I loved it.
Getting away from the Orlando madness”
Having stayed at the Parc Corniche for nearly ten years during my annual trip to Orlando, I have come to like the place more and more. It's really an oasis inside Orlando, allowing you to escape the madness of the theme parks and the major developments. If you're looking for luxury, don't read further - the Parc Corniche is a down-to-earth, nice place to say, but a far cry from luxury. It offers great views of a pond filled with bird life, and yet close access to the major roads and interstates. It's also an easy drive from the airport, downtown, Disney and the Orange County Convention Center. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and it has a very relaxed atmosphere.
Great Value ”
From check in to check out our stay was stress free as far as the location, accommodations and employees were concerned. The staff was kind and accommodating. We rented the 2 bedroom deluxe suite that sleeps 8. While this is an older building, everything was clean and ready for our stay. We brought our own breakfast to cook when we saw reviews that the provided breakfast did not have hot items such as eggs, sausage, or fresh made waffles/pancakes. I was happy we made that choice when I saw we would need to walk across the property or drive to breakfast due to the location. This didn’t really affect us. The only Issue we had was the pool area. We stayed less than 15 minutes because my teenage daughters (ages 13 & 15!!!!) were creeped out by the grown men leering at them. The men huddled together, staring, calling to friends in rooms to come look and tried to get close to them. I’m not fluent in Spanish but I understand enough. I sure let them know they were disgusting as we left.
The services at Parc Corniche has improved tremendously. Our children enjoyed the breakfast. We got real value for our money. Enjoyed every single moment of our stay.
Pro's on international drive less than 2 miles to Seaworld and Aquatica, multiple restaurants near by. We have stayed 2 times on different occasions and both times loved it. Rooms are slightly dated but new mattresses and pillows. Nice pool, and laundry on sight, and a full kitchen (needs more utensils but over all great family condo's. Con's small resort fee, deposit on room ($100) usually back in a week or so, needs bigger kitchen garbage bags, cleaning people only come in every other day, and never enough towels at pool.
The decor is a bit dated but the property is clean, the staff is terrific, and the location is ideal. There's a stovetop, toaster oven and microwave, which we didn't even realize was included in the room price., plus a big fridge. The only complaint would be the coffee at the continental breakfast. It was worse than any coffee I've ever had on any cruise ship, and they are infamous for serving swill ! To add to the bad coffee, they only had powdered creamer. 1/2 and 1/2 might have made it drinkable and International Delite creamer might have made it actually pleasant. Also, best Happy Hour EVER !! With great bartenders and great service. Their pizza is OUTSTANDING.
This place is great, and cheap. About 10 minutes from all of the major attractions. We went to Disney, and it is an easy off interstate drive. The place gives you everything that you need, and has good privacy from hotel employees. The room was huge, bed was huge. Television had almost 100 channels. They offer a complementary breakfast, as well as ticket sales. Beware though, the tickets are a little pricey here. To get a great deal you have to sign up for a time share presentation. Make it easy on yourself, just stay away from the ticket room of the hotel(it is tucked away in the back, so it is not a bother). I would give this place an A-.
Value for money accommodation”
This is a basic apartment complex with a small pool and jacuzzi- Nice staff central location. We got a great deal making it value for money. Suites are dates but very serviceable nice helpful staff and clean rooms. Towels changed daily with basics like loo roll and dish washer powder. Watch out there is a pay at resort fee but still good value. Pay extra and someone will make you bed and clean daily!
Great Stop-over location. ”
Nicely located, we’ll signed off International Drive. Great suites, nice gardens and SeaWorld, literally next door! Great value for money. Will highly recommend!
We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for 4 nights. We were in building 1 which was close to the pool and breakfast. I wish they had pillows that weren't so big since it hurt my neck. Even the extra pillows in the closet were thick. Everything was clean. There wasn't an oven in our unit which we didn't even notice until after we bought frozen pizza for dinner. There was a toaster oven so I cooked them in that but it took forever since I had to cut them in half. There is a Publix grocery store close by. We went to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica and the location of the hotel was great. Just a few minutes drive. The complimentary breakfast was fine. We requested a top floor just to cut down on noise but got 2nd floor. It was a little noisy with kids above us but not bad. The pool was fine.
It served it's purpose”
OK, the good things first. It was in a great location. The staff was great and so was the breakfast. The layout of the suite was great and the beds were extremely comfortable. The fact that it was 2/2 was great for me because I was travelling with my 2 kids who shared one room and I got to sleep peaceful in the other room with a king size bed.. Now the bad parts were that you can hear every noise possible from the people upstairs. I even heard when someone zipped their luggage! The place is really old and it needs a major renovation. The cabinets, carpets and bathrooms are really old and even though the place was clean, those things are so old that it looks dingy.
Perfect holiday living place”
This is the perfect mix of a hotel and an airbnb. We get the facilities and amenities of a hotel and a quiet, peaceful, personal living space with a kitchen just like an airbnb home. For us, this was a perfect place combining both. It is a little away from the disney park areas, but once you are in your car, a few miles extra does not matter. I would definitely like to recommend this place to all types of families to live and stay together in this nice property.
Great Value, Good location.”
Great Value, Good Location. Overall a good stay. The breakfast has been criticised in some reviews I've read and yes there is no cooked breakfast but it is substantial and what I'd have at home ie: cereal, porridge, toast, waffles, bagels, yogurt, fruit and tea/coffee and juices. What more do you need really. The only complaint would be that the kitchen is lacking a few cooking utensils but we did managed to cooked 2 meals while we were here.
it is worth to stay here”
It is quite confortable to stay here. It is convenient to travel around. The hotel offers shuttle bus to reach disney world and the universal studio. There is a tuck shop in the hotel . And the kitch is including enough cooking equipments.
PARC Corniche Great Value”
The hotel was not the cleanest, but livable. Wireless Internet is an additional $4.00 a day. Low cost and very spacious. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who has a large family and looking for low price. Well located to SeaWorld too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any family looking for savings. Just don't expect the luxuries of a big name hotel. The bed was a little on the stiff side but I slept well after a long day at SeaWorld.
nice stay. Good hotel at good price.”
The stay was great. It was quiet and exactly where we wanted to be. The only issues we had were that my son had soiled the bed and it was not made when we returned. However, there were extra linens so no big deal. The beds are a little firmer than we like. However, again, no big deal. The place was clean and very spacious! They provide breakfast and we were only up to partake in it once. It was crowded but offered decent complemtary food. The complimentary shuttle we did not use as it only offered one drop off and pick up time and we were afraid to miss it so we drove. he commute is so close that it ws better that way. We had to pay for parking but not worrying about missing the one bus was worth it.
great place for families ”
this was the 2nd time i stayed at this hotel with different family members from seniors to teen agaers to small child the place is clean the pool is kept nice; the free breakfast comes in handy when you have a large group this is now the only hotel i will take my family to
A Bit Disappointed”
I booked my room like Idid last year. This time around they did not have my reservation. I had a copy of my receiptbut they did not know wat to do. After 8 hours of havingmy guests sit in their looby, they then asked of my guest for a credit card to allow hem in the room. They then charged us an extra $90.00 on check-out for an upgrade which we had not asked for. Suite B is what we paid for they gave them Deluxe Suite B then charged for it. The manager and I had a nasty argument which I think he is not fit for management. He eventually apologized. It was lamentable, to say the least.
VERY GOOD OPTION IN ORLANDO, LIKE A HOME
