Great location but small rooms”
in general, my girlfriend and i had a great stay at parc sovereign. hotel is ideally situated. within walking distance, we can reach several renowned shopping areas, such as, the bugis st, bugis junction and iluma. we also can find cheap and nice hawker food around the hotel. there are three nearby subway stations: bugis, little india and dhoby ghaut stations. with that, we can have easy access to other places all over singapore. the hotel room is clean and facilities are in great condition. the bedroom and the bathroom are small, but we expected not more than this because it is situated in one of the renowned attractions in singapore. however, i think it is a little over-priced. if i did not make my reservation with agoda, it would cost me sgd 298 per night before service tax for a superior double room. agoda got us a good deal including service tax per night stay at parc sovereign. i only have one complaint during my stay at the hotel. in the bathroom, because the shower place is small, when i was taking a shower, i easily but accidentally turned the shower faucet and unintentionally adjusted the water temperature. as a result, i burned my skin! it happened not only once, but several times! in overall, i still enjoyed my stay at parc sovereign.
A GOOD PLACE TO STAY”
Our stay at Parc Sovereign Hotel ALbert St. was very good . Cleanliness is good and easy to talk to staff. They were good at giving informations when ever you approach them. One of our room was upgraded to a room with two single beds with no extra charged and my kids like the room because they are spacious than the superior room and the bathroom too was spacious .And they have a car park for free. And its close to Indian St. The whole surrounding of the hotel was quite. We will surely come back to stay at this hotel .
Good value for money”
I had stayed at the Parc Sovereign in 2015, so booked to stay there this year on the basis of my previous experience, when my wife and I recently had a holiday in Singapore. My wife was surprised to see the small size of the room but, since a hotel in Singapore is only somewhere for one to store suitcases and sleep, it wasn't a problem - if you want bigger rooms then maybe stay at the Marina Bay Sands, but then you'll have $300 or so less to spend on food and clothes shopping every day. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel - but it's so close to excellent hawker centres like Tekka Centre & Queen St, food courts at Bugis Junction and Broadway, and also very close to three MRT stations at Bugis, Little India and Rochor - that you don't need to go there if you want to sample that fantastic cheap food for which Singapore is famous. The environment of the hotel was a little shabby although the corridors were being painted while we were there. The pool was adequate, and the staff were welcoming enough and helpful if approached; when we arrived and collected our room keys, we found we were in a double room despite asking for twin beds on the booking. The room was immediately changed with no problems, and an apology from the girl in reception. Looking forward to staying there again.
Great location for shoppers”
as singapore is changing very rapidly and becoming the most happening city in the world, tourist are flocking every year, it's hard to get a good hotel to meet ones budget. parc sovereign hotel situated in the heart of singapore in a very convenient location. rooms are little but very cozy and clean and safe. i stayed for 4 nights for my business trip. i spend most of the day outside on meetings, but coming back to the hotel i got fresh and clean linen every night. rooms with large well lit windows, good ac and simple amenities was just fine for my need. i saw many tourist from china, japan and europe staying in this hotel and really enjoying all the convenience. area is just few step from sim lim tower, albert shopping mall, bugis village shopping, little india and orchard street is all withing the walking distance. from fast food to local and international cuisines, all available with the area makes it very easy for anyone who prefer to stay in this place. i strongly recommend this to all the tourist. i myself with come back again for sure. only request would be to provide free internet with the room with makes anyone stay more convenient.
We had our staycation here at Parc Sovereign Hotel and it was beyond expectations. The pictures are true to how it looks like in real. The room was clean and tidied when checked in even though it had the smell of air freshener but it went away after turning the aircon on. Toiletries were provided and staff was polite and kind when we asked for more. Even though the showering area was really small, the overall experience in the room was great. The pool is only 1.2m and a little small and there needs to be more seats and tables or shelfs to put our stuff in as when my friends and I wanted to swim, we had to hang our towels on the playground since there were no seats. However the pool area is kept clean and tidy. The location of the hotel was amazing too! At dinner we could just walk down to Dhoby Ghaut. It was walking distance to bugis and dhoby ghaut. There is a 7-11 below the hotel for late night snacks in the event that you are hungry in the middle of the night. Sale of alcohol stops at 7.30pm at that 7-11 though and room service ends at 10.30pm if I am not mistaken. Overall, the experience was great and I greatly recommend it. It wasn't that expensive too at $142 per person for a night when there was a discount. I wouldn't mind my next staycation to be here.
Fantastic value for money!”
The Parc Sovereign Hotel is in a great location, very close to Bugis station and shops. The room was small but very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also small but clean, and the shower had a good level of water pressure. The pool was great, and very few other guests used it during our stay. The staff at the front desk as well as the cleaning staff were very friendly. I was extremely impressed with my week long stay, especially for the low price that I paid for the room. Would definitely stay at the Parc Sovereign Hotel again :)
After exhausting research based on a lot of criteria, our family and group of friends finally settled on the Parc Sovereign. For Singapore, a clean hotel in a great location with wifi and swimming pool, the price was about as good as it gets. Yes, rooms were small but that's what we expected. Shower was fantastic except for the fact it's almost impossible not to drench the toilet and floor. The biggest problem was the rooms are not remotely sound proof - could hear people walking up and down the hall at all hours of the night - and it's not possible to close the doors quietly. The location is almost impossible to beat with Bugis Junction a 5/10 minute walk, excellent hawker centre - $1.60 roti for breakfast every morning, yes please, and both Bugis and Little India MRTs less than 10 minute walk. Plenty of other good, cheap dining/shopping options within easy walking distance. The pool was sparkling clean and an adequate size to do a few laps. Very small gym but with the expected basics. The hotel itself is spotless - in fact, perhaps a little too much so - the smell of cleaning products was a little over the top. Staff were professional and lovely. We would possibly stay again but not for more than 2/3 nights - only because of the sound proofing issue.
Recommended Hotel for Travellers”
Parc Sovereign is the strategic hotel, the room is small but feel so comfortable, the hotel also near bugis market, near bugis MRT just walk about 10 minutes, near the food court. The food on there is very cheap and the portion is very big. i really enjoy stay in Parc Sovereign Hotel. i recommended the hotel for all visitor who visit Singapore.
STRESS FREE STAY.”
I WAS CONVINCED THAT PARC SOVEREIGN HOTEL IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY WHEN VISITING SINGAPORE. UNLIKE OTHER HOTELS I HAD STAYED IN BEFORE, IT HAS A GOOD AMBIANCE FOR RELAXATION, EQUIPPED WITH SWIMMING POOL AND GYM.THE ROOM IS FAIR ENOUGH FOR A SOLO TRAVELER LIKE ME (THOUGH IT CAN FIT IN ANOTHER PERSON IF YOU'LL BE TRAVELING WITH A COMPANION BUT TOO SMALL FOR 3 PERSON). BATHROOM IS GOOD SIZE & I UNDERSTAND WHY OTHERS MAY COMPLAIN ABOUT IT BUT ITS TOLERABLE, NOTHING TO WORRY REALLY. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND I WILL BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
Nice Hotel with good design”
during my stay at parc sovereign hotel, i feel awesome and excellent because it is really value for money. the staff at parc sovereign hotel are all very friendly and with good service. when we wanna order for some room service or any request, they will always fulfill our needs immediately. besides, the parc sovereign hotel is a nice hotel with modern design. lastly, this hotel is located in good location and easy access to public transportation.
Outstanding New Hotel by Little India, Orchard Rd”
The Parc Sovereign is a great new place to stay in Singapore. Within a short stroll of Orchard Road, across the street from Little India and nearby La Salle college and Sim Lim electronics superstore, the hotel has gotten balance between room comfort and other features about right. The swimming pool and gym receive early light and are a welcome relief in Singapore heat. Staff were courteous and rooms immaculate. Lightning fast Internet and a 24 store downstairs mean night owls can keep busy too.
3-night stay during the Grand Prix weekend”
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during the Grand Prix weekend. The room space of the room we booked was just enough for us. It was always kept clean. My wife was allowed to check-in early even though the booking was made by me since she arrived in Singapore earlier that day and my flight was way later than hers. The hotel was very easy to find since you just have to walk from Bugis Junction along Albert St. Only negative thing that I can think of is the noise in the hallways penetrate the room but my wife and I are heavy sleepers so it didn't bother us as much. We'll definitely stay in this hotel again.
Really nice hotel”
Flight delayed so had to find a hotel. Thanks to agoda found Parc Sovereign. Rood small but very clean. Staff lovely, Has a lap pool and small Gym. The hotel has a cosy feel to it. The location if fantastic. 5 min walk to Bugis market. 10 Min walk to Bugis MRT. 10 Min walk to Orchard Road. Great food that is cheap only minutes way. Will definitely stay here again. Didnt eat at hotel so not can't comment but tld good.
Good Location & Very near to the Little India MRT ”
I will definitely come back to Parc Sovereign Hotel again because the Hotel Staffs are all very freindly & with cheerful smile. Then, the hotel room is very clean & i feel very comfortable to stay in Parc Sovereign Hotel. Lastly, the hotel location is very good as you can find many food court & shopping mall around the hotel. The Little India MRT Station is very near to the hotel too. Cocnclusion, i like Parc Sovereign Hotel.
Great Location in Bugis”
The Parc Sovereign Hotel is on a quiet street, a stone's throw from all the excitement of the Bugis neighborhood. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. The pool is conveniently located on the fourth floor, and long . . . perfect for adults who swim laps. The beds are comfortable, the shower powerful. The only negative is that the walls are a bit thin, something I learned the hard way when some noisy guests in the room next to mine kept me up longer than I would have liked. All in all, the Parc Sovereign Hotel is an ideal spot for exploring all that Singapore has to offer!
Great location but with small rooms.”
My family and I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was the best thing about this hotel since its a few meters away from Bugis Village and the nearest MRT station is Little India. If you are also looking for a bit of fun at night, a few bars are open at the Albert Court which is right beside Parc Sovereign Hotel. The rooms are a bit small but enough for two guests. Sleep quality is great, not much noise surrounding the area. The rooms are always clean and the staff are fabulous. They are very accommodating, friendly and very helpful as well.
Helpful and friendly staff”
If what you're looking for is a conveniently located hotel in Singapore, look no further than Parc Sovereign Hotel. The excitement of the city center is only 1 km away. For those of you who want to venture out, The Verge Shopping Mall, Sim Lim Square, Wilkie's Edge are just some of the attractions available to visitors.
Book 2 rooms, 3 adults and 1 toddler for 7 nights Rooms are a tad bit small but if not planning on staying in the room all day then the rooms are perfect. Less than a 10 min walk to the little India MRT or the Bugis MRT stations Just outside the hotel is Albert Court, at night time there are a few places that setup chairs and tables outside to have a nice drink at. One the last night we tried the restaurant connected to the hotel, surprisingly it was very good. There is also a 7-11 convenience store just behind the restruant, is handy to pick up a few snacks and drinks for the room, there are small refrigerators in the room. We used the pool one time, it was good. We have no complaintes at all about this hotel and will stay here again if we have a stop over in Singapore or another holiday.
Great for a layover”
We were in Singapore for about 24 hrs & this place was perfect. We took the MRT from the airport (about 30 mins), checked in & got right in the pool. It was exactly what our bodies needed after our long flight. It's very close to Little India. We walked over to Tekka Centre for great biryani. Parc Sovereign is a great hub, being just a block away from the Rochor MRT stop. Also a 7-11 is next door for picking up water & snacks. Our room was comfortable & clean, all we needed for a one night stay. Staff friendly & helpful. Reasonable rates. Overall, we couldn't be happier.
Comfortable hotel with basic service for 4 stars”
I stayed here for 4 nights. The room is small but well-equipped with all furnitures you might need during your travel such as DVD Player, Flat LCD and small refridgerator. There were also tea and coffee everyday for your refreshment. However, the size of room is too small for its 4 stars rank and so does the bathroom. The cleaning staffs were well-behaved. Furthermore, Parc Sovereign locates at the convenient place which is near the biggest shopping areas in Singapore and walking distances from other famous tourist attractions. Finally, be prepared for Internet connection because it isn't free.
