The location is what you would expect from an airport hotel..... "close" to the airport with a regular shuttle service. The hotel ambiance is nice as it really resembles a 4-star hotel. When we stayed, the restaurant was "not available" which is kind of disappointing. When we checked in, the receptionist pointed out that I did not indicate my child was coming so there was no extra bed. He then started to become annoyed and stressed out about the "situation". I solved it in a straight-forward way "let's get an extra bed and I'll pay for it if required" - done. No need for the over-dramatic, what-to-do-in-this-situation rudeness. In other words, train your staff to become proper hotel staff.

Not worth for the money, not worth recommending this hotel for stay
Not friendly, not hospitality, rude in answers, talks asthough very perfect, don't cleanup the rooms, don't welcome with smiling face, not worth the money paid, though they have pick up drop, they dot wait more than a minute at the station, frankly speaking not worth staying at your hotel, had the worst experience.

Not as expected
We reserved a Junior Suite and paid about E168. Arrived about 10:30 PM after a long day of travel before an early morning flight. The air conditioner in the room didn't work well. A technician came and got the fan to work, but the room never got cool. With children, it was impractical to move the family at what was then nearly midnight. The overhead shower head didn't work. Fortunately, there was also a hand held. The shower door creaked so loudly when we were trying to use it, we were afraid we'd break it. The breakfast buffet was ample, but expensive. If you are a big breakfast eater, pay the E20 per person and fill up. If all you want is coffee and a croissant, skip it and eat at the airport on your way out of town. Service is rather typical of most European establishments. Nothing bad, but nothing compelling, either.

Not called Radisson anymore
The hotel was good, but it was not called Radisson Blu anymore which was a little suspicious. It was called Paris Roissa. The shuttle to the airport was convenient.
