The strong point for Park 22 i would say the location itself because it is very convenient. Just a few steps away from Little India MRT. There are plenty number of eateries and shops for you to eat and shop around. As for the hotel, i like the colour scheme. Simple and classic. Room is very simple and clean. Not very big hotel(only 3 floors). The front office staff Ms. Mandy also quite helpful to me. She answer my questions professionally and calmly. Even though she runs one-man show and there is other guest waiting to check in at that time. Overall, i had a good stay there. Highly recommended.

Park 22 was such a warm place to stay and the room was really clean when we first arrived. Our check in was real quick and also the staff are extremely sweet, they will help you with directions and how to go about the MRT etc. Best part of the stay, returning to the room and finding clean sheets and the entire room smelling nice. A sweet gesture of ginger bread cookie was kept on our beds on New Year’s Eve which was really sweet. On the whole I would recommend this place as it close to the MRT as well. Read more

It was hard to manage our children but the staff were caring and gave them pens and paper to draw on and overall supportive after the long trip to Singapore. We checked in early unexpectedly and they quickly prepared one room for us in less than an hour and it was still very clean and we really appreciate that. Thank you for having us.

Amazing place with Value for money”
I think this is the best place to be in little india, its very clean, have a villa type vibe and best part is its right next to little india station which is very convenient. Only con is in the morning the street is busy with people and vehicles so you can hear trucks and people talking to the rooms from early morn. Other than that its very clean and I would again go there if I ever come to Singapore.

Stayed one night for a staycay w my friend. The room is smaller than we expected but it was definitely clean. The front desk staff is professional and friendly. Even the housekeeper was nice even though she has a no bs looking face. Great for a one night stay. Bed was comfy too. Close to little india station and tekka Market.

Its good value by Singapore standards right in the heart of Little India where you can immerse in the food and culture of all things India. The room was small but very comfortable and clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff (I was forever asking for more coffee and milk, all night and the front desk staff were always happy to oblige) Bathroom was small but the shower was lovely and hot and there was even a complimentary toothbrush which I thought was a nice touch. Valuable option for single visitor”
I am serving the SHN there, and the service of the hotel is really good and kind, quick response after every call. The room is big enough for a single guest, except the bathroom. It is quite clean and tidy too. However, its poor sound insulation allow you to hear the people talking on street, and staying at ground floor make me hardly to enjoy the window view (concern of privacy). But I will still recommend this hotel to someone looking for an affordable rest place to stay at night! :)

I Went to With Cheap”
I was looking for a place to shower and relax for 10 hours before my flight and stumbled across this deal...$58 a night. I very pleased to find a very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff and great location in Little India. Not expecting much, I don't have any complains. Also the cost from the hotel to the airport in rush hour traffic was $20 (Singapore) using Grab. Using a taxi would have cost pretty close to $30.

New only 3 yrs old. Choose Nassim or Dempsey Room for colonial marble table, rattan chair, headrest, partial rattan carpet. Room key & Japanese slippers in line with colonial b&w theme. Superb location in front of MRT. Friendly hospitable cheerful staff.

Since its covid season, the hotel was price reasonable, and its accommodation was worth the price pay for. TV has HBO. Hot water was available but need some tinkering. 4 pillow which was good. near tekka wet market and hawker center.
