Lovely Stay”

We spent one night in Park Avenue Holiday Units and our stay was pleasant from the moment we check in through to check out. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the rooms clean with plenty of space for the whole family. It is located about 5 mins drive to Albany city centre and about 200 m to Middleton beach which is great for families especially during summer.

The owners and their parents are absolutely lovely and made us feel really welcome. The villas are located off the road so are very quiet. The gardens and bbq facilities are immaculately kept. The villa was spotless throughout, roomy, warm (in winter), and well-equipped for self-catering. The villas are located perfectly to walk to Middleton Beach (5 mins) and to the town centre along the boardwalk (about 1-1.5 hours). Felt so comfortable we extended our stay. Highly recommend Park Avenue and would not hesitate to stay again!

Affordable, clean and great customer service”

The location was not hard to find with a GPS although the roads leading to it were a little windy. We arrived there at late afternoon and check-in was fuss-free with the very nice owners/managers. We had a free parking lot in front of our 2-bedroom unit. The unit was very clean and well-maintained - everything you expect from a holiday home was here: TV, sofa, dining table and chairs, full kitchen (stove, utensils, cutlery, plates, etc), comfortable beds. The air-conditioning was outside the rooms so you either had to leave the door or window open for ventilation. Check-out was quick too, and the managers were very helpful and patient when we asked for advice regarding attractions in Albany. We would have loved to stay for another night if not for our trip back to Perth city. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Spacious room”

We able to find the holiday units with Google map, it is very easy access to Albany city center and also some nearby attractions. The unit has everything you need.. only one thing is the water pump will make some noise when we shower. The unit is kind like older a bit but I would say is very clean. We reach the unit very late and the staff has left but leaving us a note is tell us how to check in / wifi password and how to park our car. We have a great stay during this 2 nights.

Safe and serene ”

Self contained holiday unit. There is a kitchen and living room. There is also a file in the accommodation containing the touristy information of Albany. Is min drive to various beaches and cafes or supermarts. Each unit had a parking lot. Easy check in and out.

Excellent value and location to beach”

Unit very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, lots of room in lounge area and very clean. Great for a couple or family so close to Middleton Beach and also the town centre. Would definitely reccomend and stay there again.

Comfortable Homely Stay”

The most wonderful stay during this trip, the unit is very clean, fully equipped kitchenette, parking right in front of our unit. Comfortable bed, really feel like staying at own home. Will definitely come back here if we are travelling to Albany again. Highly recommended stay.

Fantastic stay”

We had such a lovely time, from our late check in where instructions were left for us and communication before hand the stay was great. My mum and sister were on the trip and the location is close to the beach, parks and cafes/restaurants which was so easy. A short drive to the main part of Albany. Nardia was so nice and made sure we were comfortable and came to introduce herself and see how we were enjoying our stay. Facilities were excellent, the stove, oven, microwave and all the utensils you need was great as well as a decent size fridge. We will be back!!

Lovely Villa and friendly operator”

The location is superb and easily accessible to the beautiful Middleton beach. Hotel Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a spendid time putting a night here. Will definately consider again if revisit Albany.

Good holiday apartment”

The apartment is far from Albany town center, however since we came to see the Gap and Nature Bridge, etc..., it is easierly accessed from here. It's about 3km drive to supermart, quiet location, big rooms, right size of toilet, comfortable stay, value for money. We were informed the house rules including self-house keeping when we arrived. I would have given this a '5' if not asking holiday makers to clean and dry up the kitchen utensils. If you don't use the kitchen, and remember to throw the rubbish, your credit card holding sum would be released.

Clean. Complete. Scenery.”

Easy to cook and wash cloth. Complete with rice cooker and other cooking utensils. Can buy groceries at IGA (closed at 10pm) or Coles (closed at 5pm). My kids love the unit. Easy to park our car, just in front the unit. Near to the beach. Our lucky day, to meet with whale! Complete and clean unit.

Great accomofation and staff are friendly n great”

Great experience. This is my second time in the holiday unit and will definitely come back again at the same place. Will 100% recommend this holiday unit to my friends and relatives.

Great Holiday Unit”

I really love this holiday unit. It is located near the beach which i took some of my wedding photos at with my fiancee. It's situated within a housing zone and thus it is peaceful. But it is just a short drive into the city center where you can get whatever you need. Of cos the host couple were great too! there's a carpark lot for every house.

Clean and cosy, good for family with kids”

We booked a unit for 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 single beds). The rooms are very clean and cosy and the full kitchen facilities meet our needs. The living room space provide some extra space for relaxation. Managed to talk to the owner and manager whom we found very helpful and friendly. The laundry close at 7 p.m which we thought should be extended (but we make any request to the management). Overall, I would recommend for those who look for a reasonable priced unit for family with kids. We stayed for 3 nights.

Nice cosy clean room , Very friendly and helpful owner ”

Excellent location for family with self drive holiday. Car park is just outside the unit. Nice appartment with all the necessity except a washing machine. Worth coming back again. Morris, I believed is the owner, he is very helpful and friendly despite we check in at late hours. Comfortable bed too.

Excellent Apartment”

we stay for 2 nights, 2 bedroom apartment and very good for family stay. Well maintain apartment. Parking is just right in front of the apartment. Will stay here if back to Albany again.

Has everything it should have!”

When we arrived late to Albany, the reception is closed.But they left a letter outside the door and tell us how to assess to our room. The light is on, with the heater is on too, this is really appreciated in a cold weather. The cabin has everything it should have, clean and spacious. We really enjoy our stay here!

I love this hotel alot . I was arrived late for the day and they prepare my room with key and some map and information in the living room . The whole of the unit is clean! We cook our dinner inthe kitchen and fully equipment ! The toilet is clean as well . Overall i love this unit alot and i will be back for next time!

Fantastic location close to beach and cafes”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park Avenue and will definitely go back. Hosts were very helpful also. It was like home away from home.
