Happy w this hotel 👍 I was allowed early check in 👍 room is compact, very clean the flooring is clean even the hallway, the bedsheet is fresh and the bathroom is perfect w hot water. Wifi is excellent TV is good👍. The newly employed guard on duty in the day helped me w how to take a jeepney going to the airport and how to go around for food in the area. Salamat kuya for your kindness👍. Overall it's a good place in good location 👍👍👍

Didn’t expect much especially the rooms are being offered at a low price but location, staff, room are superb. Breakfast is not much but didn’t actually bothered me as I am already satisfied with the cleanliness and how spacious the rooms are (junior suites). Internet is really good and you can do your zoom meetings and won’t have any connection disruptions. All in all, very satisfied with the inn.

Their front desk receptionist ms Anna, is so professional and kind.. The room was good and have no issues with the cleanliness, except for the noise of other guests walking by the hall. But so far, it was a good hotel at a good price!

I liked it the only real problem is no wi fi. There is a 7 11 at corner and a robinsons market across the street. There is also a jollibee in either direction. Check in and check out was easy, the staff are friendly. There are 2 types of roos here, i was in the larger room . Room has kettle, no frig. Only 1 wall outlet. TV is good.

Unfortunately, I could not be satisfied with this stay. The floor of toilet had been wet like flood all the time, but on the other hand, shower was weak. Also, air conditioner was weak for me and room was hot during day time. And more, there were many ants. Good point was Staff. They are kind and polite. Even though I should not complain a lot under this stay price, I will not stay this hotel again.

Good Venue for Convention”
I am a nurse. My stay at the PARIS hotel for our convention offered one of the best experiences as a first time goer in the safe city of Davao. I would recommend it to my friends and colleagues and plans to come back here next time for vacation. We have also the opportunity to tour around significant atttactions because the hotel also offers tour packages. It is also near the city proper and the airport so I don't have to rush catching my time for my flight and for shopping. Thank you for the accommodation.

We weren't expecting much for the (low) price but we were pleasantly surprised at the hotel. It was clean, decent, and the staff was friendly. The room and restroom were spacious enough and the facilities were good. They used Samsung split-type aircon and we didn't encounter any issues with the restroom. Wifi was strong too. While the hotels isn't too near the downtown area, it's very near SM Lanang, so I would strongly recommend it to those attending conventions/conferences at SMX. There's also a Robinsons grocery practically right across the street and there's a carinderia right beside the hotel and a nice restaurant a few meters away. The next time we visit Davao, we'll most probably stay at P.A.R.I.S. again. :)

Near SM Lanang Premier & Airport”
Location is good. 10 minutes walk to SM Lanang Premier and about 30 minutes to the airport by taxi. It's also near Magsaysay Park, about 15-20 minutes by taxi, where is the wharf to Samal Island. You may also find fresh durian at Magsaysay fruit market. Room is clean but no cleaning service during our two-night's stay. Front desk staff is nice. 7-Eleven is in front of the hotel and a local restaurant beside it, you my try the local breakfast, it's good I think. Everything's good, except that it's very noisy if you choose a room face to the road, lots of motorcycle noises, cannot sleep well.
