This hotel boasts an exceptional location with a shopping mall and MRT station right at its doorstep. Guests raved about the excellent and friendly staff who made their stay extra special. I had a wonderful stay at Two Tails at Luzhou. The location is superb—right by the underground metro, making it extremely convenient to get around. The surrounding area is vibrant, with plenty of delicious food options from breakfast to dinner, and even a local market within walking distance. Hotel is built on top of a department store for light shopping, offering everything from casual to sportswear. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. I appreciated the in-room water dispenser, which added to the convenience. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Tim at the front desk—despite being busy with check-ins, he went out of his way to help with my requests and gave great recommendations on places to visit. He truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!
The room is spacious and comes with two queen beds. However, the beds weren’t very comfortable — they felt a bit old, possibly leftover from before the hotel was renovated. There are two water refill stations on every floor, which is convenient. The swimming pool is not inside the hotel building but located in a nearby gym. While the hotel isn’t located near the city center, it’s directly connected to the MRT station, making it easy to travel into the city.

This is a low-cost hotel that offers great services to travelers. The main reason for its affordability is its location on the outskirts of the city, which may not be convenient for those who frequently need to travel to Taipei center, even though it is located right above a mass transit station. The surrounding area consists mainly of local stores. Regarding their services, they are quite good. The hotel provides services including postal services, basic currency exchange, delivery, and package pickup, which are convenient for travelers. During our stay, we resided in a family room that was cleaned daily, and complementary water was provided. However, the air-conditioner was strangely cold and uncontrollable, despite the presence of a setting panel. Furthermore, the bed was a bit small. Overall, this hotel is a great option for those seeking affordable accommodations.
I was glad that I had picked Park City Hotel Luzhou. It is well connected to the subway as it is just above the St Ignatius stop (yellow line) and also easy to make the airport link transfer. Breakfast provided is ok but a bit lacking in variety but nevertheless good enough for a good start to the day! Beds were comfortable and it was a good rest as it is pretty quiet in the night. However, there seems to be some works going on and this can be a bit disturbing in the day

Pros: - great location, right above a mall where B2 is the metro - great and friendly staff at front desk - unlimited free ice cream machine. When I was here it was mango. It tastes great - wc have both shower and tub - coin laundry available on 8th floor. 10 x 5 coins for washing and drying machine each. Detergent provided. Iron available also - gym access available didn't use) - lots of TV channels - although kettle is provide in the room, there's water machine (cold, warm, hot) on the 2 ends of the hallway - although toothbrush etc not provided on default, u can always ask for it - pretty firm bed and suitable pillow, for me at least. Not those that's so soft that u would sink in..Which is great! - 12pm checkout. Which is pretty late I think. Often I see 10 or 12 so this is nice Cons - room gets made up and cleaned daily, even if I left a sheet in Chinese on the bed stating not to touch my bed (as having a big of ocd I disinfect the bed lol). Pretty sure the cleaners saw my sheet as they placed it back on the top of reorganized bed 😅 - a bit stuff if the temperature is turned higher than ~ 23C. Although there is a windi with handle, I didn't test opening it because it's a pretty big panel and no bug screen Others - only 1 roll of toilet paper given in default, but can always get more from front desk - the mini fridge's exterior can get quite hot, but inside still works so all good - insufficient racks/hangers in the washroom...To hang you cloth. Only sufficient for the towels for me at least - breakfast portion is just right for me and taste is pretty good. Not cheap as there's much cheaper place to eat across the street. But I still think it's good. - personal note, although then check out time is great already..My flight is at 11pm 😭 (so technically would love it if I can stay at the hotel until 8pm 😂)
