New Hotel with great rooms”
New hotel with excellent bedrooms, we stayed in a club room with under floor heating in bathroom, wide screen TV and large comfortable bed. One of the best rooms I have stayed in close to London and walking distance to tube station. About 15 mins drive to Heathrow airport....

Modern, clean, hassle free hotel”
I had a very comfortable stay at Park Grand London Heathrow Gateway. The room though small but adequate and clean with air con and free in-room Internet access. Staff was great and attentive. However, the hotel was not as near to the airport as I thought it would be. It was a good 15 minutes walk to Osterly tube station. There was no hoppa bus transfer so the only way to get to the hotel was by taxi (around 15 pounds from terminal 1,2,3 and 20 pounds from Terminal 5. Nearby are some restaurants including a Chinese plus grocery store.

Who's Deepan? Double large pizza at 14 pounds!”
Oh, what can I say. It was absolutely comfortable staying at Park Grand. We had some issues finding the place from the train station at first, as the directions on the website was not very easy to use. But when we got there, wow, it was so comfortable. We loved the stay here, very good rest before the next part of our trip. We stayed one night to freshen up, and had dinner at the pizza place across the street for only 14 pounds for two large pizzas and drink. The peperroni is amazing! Go try it, for anyone looking to stay here. There are not many dinner places around this area, so for a 1-2 nights stay, it is fine. Otherwise, will have to train into the city daily to commute, which may not be a bad thing either. This hotel is totally value for money! Go for the pizza guys and enjoy! Cheers. Fancy hotel for the price, only 10min walk to tube”
Overall nice hotel, close to Heathrow but also close to the tube meaning visiting london for the day is very easy. Hotel seemed very modern and quite fancy however there were a couple of things that seemed a bit lacking, like signage for lifts, gym exits etc as well as the meal service was quite average, the veggie burger tasted like cardboard, staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful but you got the feeling that they didn't communicatewith each other that well. Overall I would recomend this place.

Reasonable price, nice room, near airport ”
Overall experience was good, nice decorated room, comfortable. Easy access to public transportation, and near airport. Hotel staff being friendly and so much better compared those big names hotels near heathrow area. it's a bit far from city, however public transport make it convenience. taxi cost is pretty high in London, so just be aware of this.

New, modern hotel within 20 min of Heathrow airport by taxi (25 pounds) and 10in walk to train station Osterly on the Picadilly line. Very wrll appointed rooms and nice bathroom. Just pasing Through so didn't try restaurants. Helpful staff.

Great place for a last night in the UK”
I chose this hotel for our last night in the UK before flying out. I had read about how costly taxi services were to and from Heathrow airport and so chose this because it is not too far from the Osterley tube station (about 5 - 7 mins walk - all flat) or the bus service. As it turned out we had accumulated so much luggage during our time in England (way too much shopping!) that taking either the tube or the bus to the airport seemed impractical - and doubly so when we awoke on the day of our departure to the first rain we'd seen on our whole three week trip. On checking in I enquired about getting a taxi to the airport and the friendly and efficient hotel staff organised the whole thing. The taxi service was private and agreed a fee up front (GBP15.00) which was perfect. In terms of the room we were very impressed with its size and modern decor and the double glazing kept out the majority of the traffic/flight path noise. My daughter was thrilled with free WiFi and the large wall-mounted TV. The room had tea and coffee making facilities. The only down sides that I can think of is that it is that there are some steps from reception to get to the lift and we had asked for a twin room (to us this means two beds - I was travelling with my 16 year old daughter) but we got a double bed instead. The bed itself is also very high off the floor. However, in all, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely book there again if I wanted proximity to the airport.

Brand new modern hotel”
This hotel was a terrific value for the price paid on Agoda. Modern, very clean rooms. Loved the shower! Staff were very responsive. Did not eat at hotel restaurant to comment. 5-7 min walk to London Underground station (Osterly). There were only two drawbacks: The room was very stuffy and warm making sleep unpleasant. The thermostat in room did not seem to make a difference. I spoke to the desk staff who stated they could adjust it for us from central controls, but we did not experience any relief. The windows cannot be openedth; Although the hotel is about 5 miles from airport, there is no shuttle service. Car service was 20 to 25 pounds.

Fantastic luxurious hotel, convenient location. ”
I was staying with my partner, we choose this hotel as it was located near to friends and family that we needed to visit. It was a luxurious room with a very nice shower. We arrived late and therefore did not check in to the hotel until 12 midnight, the staff were fine with this and still helpful at this late hour. We requested breakfast in bed by hanging our request on the door handle and this came promptly in the me morning . Breakfast was nice and they had a great variety on the menu.Parking was £10 a night which was fine as I knew in advance. The total stay with parking and breakfast was extremely reasonable for two nights in a luxurious hotel. Great hotel if you need the airport, business or family is located near. Otherwise there is not much else in the area.

Very clean comfortable & friendly service. Nicely designed rooms. Modern design. Small room but adequate for a couple. Not much to do in surrounding area. Its convenient for Heathrow Airport. Whilst there we saw Airline Captains arriving to stay for the night. Bar closes early at 11pm.

Booked this hotel last minute, was not let down!”
I literally booked this hotel the day before. I booked a Deluxe Single but upon arrival was upgraded to a Deluxe Double on the sixth floor. The room was big and you could see the planes coming in to land. I caught a bus to the airport in the morning for 2.40 pounds. Great staff, I will definitely return to this hotel.

Nice n clean hotel with great shower”
It was nice, the room is big enough for me n the shower is great. Single bed was a little bit small bt soft. When i reach the airport, neither the driver or airport staff know this place. The web said its on the great west road but the taxi driver took me there n couldnt find the hotel. The driver told me the adress was wrong n it was actually pn bath road or something. Besides, the Internet connection is not so stable. I called for morning call bt somehow the staff didn't call me.

a good overnight stay for a airport hotel”
We just stayed for 1 night but noticed that there isn't much shops around the hotel except some takeaway and convenient stores. The metro station is about 20 minutes walk from hotel and as the neighbourhood is quite quiet so reckon it would be safer to walk back from metro station in a group if returning at night. The hotel charged £10 per night for parking is not reasonable as it is an airport hotel, overnight parking should be complimentary as an added service.

while staying at the hotel, their computers crashed. no wi-fi, no tv.not the fault of the hotel, just unfortunate. during this time, the staff were very helpful and obliging. if we are ever in the vicinity, we will definitely stay there.

Convenient”
No major complaints. The provision of UHT long life milk in wee little cups was greatly appreciated. I wish they would put a vending machine in the lobby where one could purchase single serving size of the long life milk ie 250 mls to 300 mls size would be perfect for someone like me who likes a little tea with her milk!! As a safety issue, note shower floor was extremely slippery - this could be dangerous - and in this day and age surely a gritty surface can be applied to prevent a slip and fall accident.
