Strongly recommend Park hotel!”
We stayed here for two nights with our infant son and the staff went far and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had a lot of luggage but every time they rushed to help us unload and load from the taxi. They provided crib, bottle warmer and bottle sanitizer for us. The lobby may not have much, but the king room we booked was modern, spacious, newly renovated and happened to have a very good view. After checkout, Jimmy from concierge even helped us get hot water to heat up bottle for our baby because they had only one bottle warmer reserved for a guest. Strongly recommend park hotel for their outstanding service and location.

Pleasantly surprised!”
Stayed 3 nights in Park Hotel. Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and service at the Cafe , check-in /check-out was fast and easy. The hotel is newly renovated, clean and minimalist. Location is also good as it is quite convenient to go around, even if it's not on the main road. Thank you to Wilson and team at the Cafe for a friendly service during our breakfasts . Will surely stay again at this hotel.👍

Room was in a good condition with stylish & new bathroom. I was assigned in a room 507 which was located in the second last and nearby EXIT, facing to Chatham Road, but quiet and more privacy. Hotel staffs and house keepers are kind and professional. I would like to stay again in the future !!

Good point - overall environment is good and clean - hair dryer using brand “VS” which is a plus - had a good feeling of many space, not compact - view is fair, can see TsimShaTsui East and HK Island side - stuff is nice and responsive - location. Is good as there are quite a number of good food to have nearby, and of course shopping mall “The One” and “Mira Place” Things to be improved - refrigerator has not get enough power to cool drinks - bathtub a bit small for an adult average with 1.8m height - water flow of shower is not strong enough and sometimes got hot-cold switching of water during shower

Near both TST and TST east ”
Room have been refurbished, bright and nicely done. Comes with multiplug and USB slots at dressing table plus bedside. Very convenient in having to charge multiple devices and gadgets at one go. Sufficient lightings around the room. Walking distance to both Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsim Sha Tsui East area and staions, great for traveling and dining. Only downside was the building beside currently under renovation that starts knocking away around 7 plus 8 plus in the morning. But noise level is still acceptable.
