Good Value But Far From Everything”
The hotel is quite satisfactory but nothing overly special. It has very friendly staff. Buffet breakfast is satisfactory but a little limited - nothing like the big buffets of the 5 star hotels. The biggest problem is that it is on the top of the hill looking down on Nusa Dua. Great if you want a quiet stay and views, but a bit of a hassle if you want to experience the local life. The hotel could also do with some maintenance to freshen it up.

First of all I would like to say the staff were excellent. The rest of our stay was underwhelming given that we were expecting to be finishing our holiday in style. The hotel would have once been an incredible place but it's now in a state of disrepair. One of the buildings that would have also housed the gym and spa was closed due to water damage that was never repaired. You can see that building slowly starting to fall apart. The photos used are certainly not current. The hotel had poor WIFI connectivity, poor water pressure, the bath seemed to leak putrid water from somewhere over the bathroom floor. Doors in our room and around the hotel were either jarred open or closed, and wallpaper peeling off the walls. If room service is something you use, you would be disappointed. The dishes seemed to be prepared by a child.

I would say the worst.the rooms are a mess. Tissue holder broke. The locker is from 1950s Barely connected to WiFi because of poor signal. Saw a damn lizard on the room. The toilet was not clean The speed of water of the shower is slow The hotel is empty and told them to change the room but they refused. Not coming back.

We booked a 2 bedroom pool villa and then added a hotel room for extra adults. The villa was great but it included a food package of breakfast, dinners and cocktails. These were awful - we basically sacrificed them and paid to eat out elsewhere as the food and choices were sub standard. Congealed yogurt is not our idea of hygienic food so we chose to avoid eating at the restaurant. Such a shame as the villas lovely.

Very enjoyable stay”
We had a very nice 2-night stay in this hotel, served by very friendly and prfessional staffs. The hotel is strategically located between the Nusa Dua beach and Jimbaran beach, so that we could actually see the sunrise and the sunset views in one day. Our 4 teenagers had a really great time swimming in the roof-top pool with amazing view over the bay. We changed one deluxe room to suite room adjacent to the deluxe room with no problem at all...and the suite room was really nice and very comfortable, so that we could have friends over to have dinner with us in the room together. We really had a blast!!

The hotel is just completely renovated. I felt amazed with this hotel. The suite room is spacious. The Villa is very quiet, just like Ubud, but in Nusa Dua area. They also have excellent rooftop Moonsun Restaurant overlooking to Benoa harbor. very wonderful view! Location is also perfect, located in the quiet corner in Nusa Dua. It just 15 minutes away from airport and only 30 minutes away to Seminyak through toll road. I went to Kuta by their shuttle because they provide free shuttle to Kuta and Nusa Dua Beach. Excellent balinese service, staff so friendly, delightful menu a good mix of east and west. Overall, this is the best hotel I ever stay!

Our stay at swiss belhotel bay view was great! The hotel is clean and the staff is great. The best thing about this hotel is the pools! This hotel have 2 pools in lower area and sky terrace with ocean view. But dont expect to walk out at the street at night since this hotel is located in the depth of nusa dua area. If you want to stay at nice hotel with reasonable price this hotel is worth to be considered.

Nice Resort...A Good Value”
We had a wonderful time at the Swiss-Belhotel Bay View Suites & Villas. Every detail has been considered carefully which allows guests to have a private, quiet and luxurious stay there. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The beach is right there and there are lots of umbrellas and very comfortable lounge chairs available for the guests. The staff will come around and ask very politely if you want a drink or any food. They will not pester you in any way-just simply being polite. The resort is very quiet and if you wanted you'd never have to leave. The restaurants are all reasonably priced and the food selection is wide and good. The rooms are big and clean, and each room has a little terrace to relax on. Everyone truly receives VIP treatment at this hotel. We'll be returning.

spacious room with good seabay view hotel”
I spent two nights three days in this lovely hotel which is located at hillside. it offers a very good seabay view and very windy throughout the day. Air is refreshing and the whole area seems like pin-fall silent. It is perfect for relaxation! Our group consists 4 adults and 2 kids. The two bed room suite that I stay is perfect for us. Living room and both 2 bedrooms are spacious. The beds are BIG! Frankly, it can accomodate up to 8/10 people with extra bed. Dipping into the rooftop swimming pool either in the morning or evening offers you a superb seabay view of Nusa Dua. My family like this rooftop swimming pool so much. the staff there also very friendly and helpful. they showed propmt response to our requests. the negative or con of staying here is its location. You can't find a anything within 1-2km from the hotel. However, you can get a taxi/van at around rp 50K or use their shuttle bus. the shuttle bus to Kuta is twice a day but only once to Nusa dua beach. Overall, we are very satisfied with this hotel. For us, it is really value for money.

not at the good location, but really nice place ”
i stayed at 2 bed room pool villa. really spacious room and bath, big pool, nice garden, open-air kitchen /living room and also really private. each room and kitchen is separated, not in the same villa. and most of all, staffs were really kind and had so lovely smile.... this hotel recently changed its name to Park Hotel from Bali bay view villa and not easy to find. but it's ok if u r finding a quite place with nice price.

terrific views from rooftop restaurant and pool”
like a few before us we thought all hotels in nusa dua were by the beach, but this was our mistake. actually the hotel is high on a hill and from the roof top pool and restaurant there are spectacular views across nusa dua, benoa harbour and out to the airport. you can also see the new tollway connecting nusa dua to the kuta/airport area. the surrounding vegetation is home to many birds which was very nice considering birds are not common in the busy areas of kuta and legian. the service in this hotel is beyond reproach, from checkin to poolside. we had lunch in the rooftop restaurant which was reasonably priced for a big hotel, nicely presented and very tasty with excellent service. after lunch, a huge storm hit the area so we abandoned the rooftop pool and sat in one of the very pleasant lounge areas that are located on each floor near the lifts, rather than spend time in our room (which did not have any chairs as it was a smallish room.) comfortable chairs and lounges made reading there very pleasant. we were greeted by a staff member who asked if we had any needs or complaints with our room and should we need anything to ask.he explained that there were some renovations occurring in the hotel and apologised for any inconvenience. he was true to his word,as we couldn't find a hairdryer in the room and in trying to get one, the phone did not work very well. both issues were solved in about 15 mins with little fuss. we had read many reviews and noted the mixed reactions to the hotel and acknowledge that should you be expecting a beach holiday the location would be disappointing but that is not the fault of the hotel. we decided to take advantage of the excellent pools, rooftop and groundfloor, and the quiet of the location. this hotel is like an ageing duchess......it has been around a while and does need some renovation and refurbishment and major cleaning but the design and location are excellent for a quiet holiday.

Nice view”
The hotel is far from Nusa Dua so if you don't have car or motorbike you have to book a taxi anytime but the Hotel is very nice. if you want to relax out of the noisy Kuta it's the best place to go. The swimming pool in the roof is JUST AMAZING and you also have another nice swimming pool. Views from the restaurant and the swimming pool are one of the best in the area and it's worthy at all for the price you pay. Rooms are good enough and the service is very good. I do recommend this hotel if you want to relax. i've already been twice and i will back for sure

We were in Bali for a conference at Nusa Dua area and to save budget I chose the Swiss Bel-hotel instead of the high-end hotels within the area. It ended up hailed by our colleagues becasue it is quiet and beautiful and most importantly it is not like "hotel" but make people feel home. Staff were attentative and the service attitude was impressive. Breakfast was nice.

Super value for money hotel; hidden gem”
Great value for money hotel. We couldn't believe in the quality and spaciousness of our 2-bedroom suite, for the price it has. The suite is comparable to a 5-star hotel; very nice. The suite is super nice. The hotel is located somewhere along the road to Nusa Dua. Pretty difficult to walk around, but if you have car or taxi (easy to call), there's no problem. Breakfast is not so great; please replace iron pan with teflon so the cook don't need to use too much oil.
