Our Honeymoon Hotel”
We spent our honeymoon in the Corner King room on the 33rd floor. I cannot recommend this place enough. The views are worthy of a "Lost in Translation" comparison without paying even half of the cost of staying at the Park Hyatt. The staff was immensely helpful and the general quality of service was superior, even for Japan. The hotel itself is loaded with cool, interesting art (no weird doctors' office paintings or weird Rothko-inspired abstractions). The art on the walls is all for sale as well. You can literally walk the halls of any floor and have the experience of moving through an art gallery. On top of all this, the place sits in between the Yurikamome line, two Tokyo metro lines, and Shinbashi station. Ginza is a quick and pleasant walk, most of which is on an elevated pedestrian deck that offers views of the Ghibli clock and Nakagin Capsule Tower.

Great location ”
We stayed in Park hotel for four nights and were very happy with our choice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and had a great city view, a bit small but very comfortable with comfy bed and pillows. The hotel is conveniently located next to several subway lines and monorail that goes to Odaiba. We loved our stay! Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Wonderful Hotel for American Travelers”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Park Hotel. It is very modern and extremely clean. The room had every amenity Americans expect, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, and our friends very much enjoyed their dinner in the restaurant. It is a short walk to Shimbasi station. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Tokyo Tower View, what else”
I got to admit it, we came here for the Tokyo Tower View & we were not disappointed. The night view of Tokyo Tower is so amazing that I dare not sleep too early as it will be a waste to do so. It is also walking distance to Tsujiki Fish Market & we were went there to try out the fresh seafood. The room is very big for a hotel in Tokyo & they even provide us with a whole bottle of wine & a cake for celebration. This is their business center & early in the morning, you will see alot of executives walking towards the hotel area to work as we were walking in the opposite direction. It is walking distance to the station as well as some shopping center. But do come here for the Tokyo Tower View.. Really took my breath away.

Exceptional”
Wonderful experience staying with Park Hotel. Very clean. The staff are friendly, attentive—going out of their way to assist. We have stayed in 2 Artist Rooms: “One Hundred Poems” and “Cherry Blossoms,” which has been a unique and delightful experience. The location provides easy access to subway lines for commuting around Tokyo. Would definitely stay again in future.

A+ service staff ”
It was a nice 3 nights stay for us. Hotel is clean. The rooms are big as compared to many tokyo hotel. The staff are always helpful. One of our rooms had a bathroom situation. Within 8 minutes after I called someone came in trying to fix the problem. When she realized it’s not something that could be fixed quickly, she arranged to switch our room. We ended up switching from premium room to a Tokyo tower view room. Everything was done is a quickly and efficiently. The way they responded said it all.

Great view of Tokyo Tower!”

Exceptional”
Loved every bit of this hotel - I stayed at the artist's floor which featured the Geisha wall and am significantly impressed by the artwork and detailing - every corner of the room was painted and decorated beautifully, celebrating Japanese culture in such an inspiring way. The corridors also exhibited different artwork from time to time which is amazing and I loved the selection of food and drinks at the gallery room. Free flow alcohol, milk, juices and tasty pastries were available any time of the day and the view was simply amazing. We had a direct view of the Tokyo Tower which is splendid and location was very accessible too. One of my favourite hotels ever.

Excellent customer service ”
I have to commend the excellent customer service at Park Hotel Tokyo. They considered my request for a room with view and made it happen. Kudos to them! The room and view were amazing. Very clean and staff spoke English. The hotel is next to the monorail so that makes traveling to Odaiba area very convenient. Thanks and will definitely stay here again!

Great Hotel, good value, convenient location”
Really liked this hotel for the price. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They made us several restaurant reservations before we even arrived. My only complaint was that the bed was incredibly hard. I did ask them for a mattress pad or Something to make it softer and got one before my next sleep. Only wish I had asked for it sooner. Convenient location to a huge subway stop so it was easy to get anywhere in the city. Not a ton of stuff right around the hotel, but short walk (10/15) min to a ton of restaurants and Tsukiji Market!

Excellent hotel”
Our group of 3 stayed for 3 nights in a triple room which we thought was a very good size & we were very comfortable. We found this hotel to be in a great position near to station and metro lines so easy to get around & see some of the sights. It is within walking distance of the Ginza area (a bit upmarket for us), various parks, supermarkets and restaurants. We actually ate at the hotel restaurant several times as the food was very good (alcohol was expensive - we found it to be in most restaurants). Staff spoke English & were very helpful. We would stay there again if visiting Tokyo.

Beautiful hotel”
This was the fourth hotel we stayed at in Tokyo and it was definitely the best. We stayed in the room “En”. It is an absolute work of art. Every corner of the room is decorated with beautiful scenery. The artist is very talented. The hotel was very clean and the staff were so welcoming. We arrived very early for our check in but were shown straight to our room. We are already planning our second trip back to this hotel. Just Lovely!

Great View”
Loved the view, we had a tokyo tower view, was easy to access from the underground, service was good friendly and helpful front reception staff very helpful. arranged for our transfer to the airport which was easier and quicker than getting to Tokyo Station for the train. Had dinner in the open foyer restaurant where breakfast is also served, was excellent, being a coeliac was great to find they were able to cater with gluten free pasta & bread. Room was good size, with big picture window. bathroom was typical of the small proportions that you get in Japan. Only down side was the noise from the train, we were on the 30th floor but could clearly hear the trains and sirens going past which was surprising.
