I have no words of how amazing this hotel is. First, the best thing about this hotel is the good customer service. Receptionists are the nicest, approachable and will immediately respond to your request. They are not the nosy type unlike the other hotels. The staff are amazing from receptionist, guards, cleaners. Second, the location is within SM mall so its really convenient. Third, the facilities are superb. You can use the pool and gym free of charge unlike my experience from other suite that you have to pay for the use of swimming pool. I had an awesome stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Good job! They exceeded my expectations!!

Best Hotel in bacolod”
We've been into different hotels in bacolod every time my husband is home for vacation, Park Inn topped the list where we get the value of our money. Extremely polite staff, clean room and great selection for breakfast. This was our 2nd stay already and we'll definitely coming back again soon.

One of the Best place to stay in bacolod”
One of the best place to stay in bacolod. They have nice room and facilities. For breakfast a lot of food choices The only problem is parking. They have limited parking slots allotted to the hotel guest. We can't relay on mall parking becuase there is a lot of people going to SM. Also they hotel parking and front entrance is flooded when it rains. But overall my stay here is 1000/10. :)

Booked 3 bedrooms and our stay was great. Staff were nice, helpful and accommodating. Good value for money, excellent location (one step to SM mall), great facilities and most of all good rest and good night sleep.

Very nice stay”
I had a very nice stay. They allowed me to do an early check-in like 2 hours before since room is available. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is nice, though there are few selections only. Room is big and clean for me. What I was conscious about all the time was I can hear the noise along the corridor from my room and when I walk pass the rooms I can hear some noise as well so I think the rooms are not that so soundproof?

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and maintained to a high standard. I enjoyed the use of the gym and the swimming pool. In terms of location, there is an entrance directly to SM Mall, which is ideal.

First, it is practically linked to a mall, so very easy to find places to eat, buy souvenirs, etc. We got a junior suite and indeed it’s spacious, not to mention, clean and well-appointed. Very helpful and polite staff! A great place to stay!

Our stay here was so perfect and they helped us to surprise our mother on her birthday… From the Duty Manager, front desk, housekeeping and FnB staffs they are all perfect and courteous. Been with all the hotels in Bacolod but we found the best and worth it hotel!!! You get more than to what you paid!!! The epitome of true Negrenses warmth is found in this hotel!!!!

We had a great stay at Bacolod's newest hotel - Park Inn by Radisson! Their breakfast buffet is something to look forward to! Love their brewed coffee. They change their spread everyday too so you don't get tired of the same menu daily. Their rooms are minimalist-industrial, so everything you see have their own practical uses. Their shower is commendable too! Strong current so you can finish bathing quickly. :) Their staff are friendly and accomodating as well. SM Mall is very accessible so pasalubong buying was a breeze. We enjoyed swimming by the pool too. Will definitely book again! Thank you and more power!

Needs to focus in the restaurant management… ”
Me and my fiancé stayed here for two weeks. The staff are great especially gab at the frontdesk and toby. It’s just…The management i think should focus at the restaurant management. It was our last night at the hotel and we spent it in their restaurant. We ordered some food, pasta, kare-kare (ox tail as what is written in their menu) and buffalo wings. My fiancé loves his wine so We ordered one and the staff gave us our wine glasses, we waited for a while because they can’t find a cork opener! They said their guest borrowed it and did not return and in the end they said they have to cancel our wine because there’s no way they can open it. Told them if we can’t have wine here tonight, might as well cancel our food and we will go somewhere else but their waitress said the food is on process and i said okay we’ll have it then. When the food arrived, my kare-kare was not oxtail but it was pork which im not a fan of. The waitress said she forgot to inform me that they change the menu to pork now instead of oxtail. They should’ve updated their menu list then. My fiancés pasta was not served hot and the bread was stale so he did not eat it. The manager, sonny approached us and apologized for what happened. He waived off our payment for the food even if we insisted to pay and assured us that none of their staff will pay for it. He handled the situation very professionally. Two thumbs up to you sir! Overall, we had a great stay in this hotel. The staff are their gems very professional. Oh special mention to the jolly Byron from the bar that always smile! Keep it up! Despite of what happened, we will still stay here when we come back and definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. All the best!

I left something of value and realized it only when I was already at the airport. I called the front desk about it and after sometime I called again for feedback and the envelope I left was submitted by the housekeeping staff who cleaned the room. 👍

I booked my parents for a staycation and they really loved it. The enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They were given the keys to their room as early as 11:30 am. It was hassle free adding an extra guest since my sister wanted to stay there too. They loved that it is very easy to go inside SM. They loved the pool. Makes me want to go there someday too. And try their fitness center.

Radisson never fails us when it comes to breakfast buffet, the staff were so nice specially Mr. Philip, we appreciate his kindness and his customer service is superb! Although it’s our first time in Bacolod we didn’t have a hard time getting around the area because the location is the best plus it’s very near the Manokan Area that we loved so much. We’ll definitely book this again when we come back.

I went there for a business trip with my husband, it was amazing how it was strategically located near everything I need to go to. Even if you plan to go to Iloilo...it was like minutes away. The food is great and the staff is awesome. I will definitely go back here.

My small family stayed in their suite and the space is huge! My son had the chance to run around with his visiting cousin around the suite itself. Every details in the room were all thought carefully to make the life of a mom easier. However, I was a lil bit disappointed when I booked the place via app it said that breakfast was included but upon check in, they told me that it was not included. I just have high hopes that I will think less of what to eat with my family. I don’t know if it’s from the app or the hotel’s fault but other than these, this place is highly recommended.
