Good place if you have work close to the area! Not much for a tourist and morning traffic to Delhi center difficult and congested Modest hotel great rate for the quality of service and accommodate . Breakfast Ok but not great but for the price excellent. Even for western tastes! Recommended for those who have business on that side of Delhi!

very poor checking out experience ”
It's was a six nights stay. The check in was was smooth and quick. The rooms are spacious neat and clean . Factors that makes this hotel stand out from similar class of hotels is it's service and food, I must say it was quick and exceptional during my entire duration of the stay. There was no incident which I could complain on the service, apart from the one which I faced resulted in returning back to the hotel after checking out !! due to payment issues arising out of negligence from the front office staff to trace my Agoda booking ID which I had provided during check in . It was also weird that there was never a feedback question asked by the reception staffs regarding my long stay and during check out not even a good bye that was really strange by a group run by Radisson, all their focus was on the payment which really frustrated me due to no fault of mine which finally got resolved when they checked with my booking ID !! It's their duty that a guest is looked after well instead they created a tensed situation which actually put a rough patch on my overall experience . I'm sure a more trained personal would have handed it way better!

Location is far distant from prime facilities in Delhi. Hotel model was not as per Radisson Blue Standard.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 days, my stay was quite comfortable little luxurious and I got some really good deals on Agoda.com to keep it well within my budget. A special shout out to desk operator shaezy, a very soft spoken and humble girl who went all out of her way to help me find my book though we couldn’t find it but still the effort was heartening to see, and to Suraj for his efforts to make my stay a very comfortable one. Uncooperative staff ”
I have travelled during a time while Delhi was in a protest mode an dangerous for us to reach the hotel, at contacting the hotel they refused not to charge the hotel as well when asked them about a transfer they said they didn't have any other hotel. When contacted them again they said we will check and later informed that we wouldn't charge it's the website that the would charge. Not cooperative at all as well not well trained and informative. Breakfast was nice, location is not great as there is nothing around and you would surely require a car to move around.

Outside food is not allowed. You are forced to order from in-room dining and they send one dish and charge you for two! CAREFUL! Check every bill thoroughly and match the prices to the in-room menu!

Radisson is a big name and one may expect transparent and good service. But the staff here are ill behaved and rude and over sell by hiding information. This appears uniform across most of the staff and can leave a very bad taste. I had to check out after checking in and didn't even bother to seek refund as it is so disgusting.

Thank you for your feedback, Self-had investigated the same and found that the dinner package was taken by you from the reception while checking in for the dinner buffet, However while dinning you had consumed beer for which my colleague had asked you for the bill as the package which was taken by you doesn't include liquor and you denied to pay for it. I am sure this was clearly explained to you without any intentions to cheat you. This seems there has been a miscommunication which resulted to your dissatisfaction. Worst hotel by Radisson”
This is the worst hotel by Radisson in Delhi. Rajni, Karishma, Naushad are some of the names who made the experience worst. They should be fired immediately for not honiring their job at the great Radisson Hotel. The front desk staffs are rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend this hotel for anyone.

So I went this with my friend. We booked 2 rooms. One junior suite and one superior room. First thing first, while check inn I asked the receptionist for “Volini” as I had ankle sprain. For which she said she will send in room. But after waiting for 2 hours I need to call and asked for which she told that they provide only first aid kit.

Not a great place to stay - AC not working, Charged extra ”
The Air conditioner was not working. Had to inform them thrice till they got it repaired. Charged me for an extra person as they assumed another person was staying with me.
