It's a decent business hotel. Very well located for New York City”
Remove the carpets in the rooms and it's a fantastic hotel. Though clean as can be the carpets are now looking tired. Replace the old bathtubs/showers with shower stalls. Done and it's one of the best hotels in NY.

A fine hotel with great view.”
Some people did a few weird things in the hotel room I stayed then, but I knew those were not done by any member of the hotel. Some stores around the hotel were also good.

Exceptional”
Great location, spacious room. There was $33 fee added, but there is a hospitality hour from 5-7, which was nice. There was no coffee maker in the room, or blow dryer, frig, or ice bucket... but we did not have a need for any of those items.

great location but hidden costs”
The location is amazing and you can walk everywhere: Central Park, and shops. I was saving money on transport costs so location was important. Room was great, staff ok, took 5 hours to have a pachage delivered from downstairs to my room. Room service was pricey and even though I had prepaid for the hotel, I still got hit with daily facility charges on checkout. If everything was all inclusive in stated price it would be better. Instead their advertised price is lower then still charge you more. Overall still a good experience. I would stay here again because of location.

Our review of the Park Lane Hotel ”
Very disappointed. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had fond memories of the hotel and our room. But now your hotel looked old, a little run down and with that now being the case..... overpriced. This visit we were given a room that looked old and in need of updating. Not as nice of a room as our first visit. Hope you take this review in a positive way and do what needs to be done at your hotel. Thanks Tom Natoli

Amazing stay across from central park”
Park Lane Hotel is so perfectly situated for running in Central Park and walking the best parts of Manhatten that it made our stay feel magical.

Great location, badly trained staff”
The Park Lane used to be a reputable hotel, it is still in a great location, its clean, the hotel is a bit outdated (specially the rooms and corridors) and the staff is extremely rude and un-helpfull, they never answer the phone

Long line to checking, noisy room”
For the money this room was way over priced. I expected a much quieter room for the money, instead I got honking horns and sirens. The first day there someone from the hotel opened our door and just tossed slippers in without so much as a knock.

Great location”
International travellers beware of the extra charges when you book that are charged at the end of your stay.... taxes and charges for "free internet, phone calls and happy hour everyday" are charged at a block price of $33pp per day. So make the most of these "free" options! Great hotel and fantastic location, don't expect to get a park view other than Mondays or Tuesdays....
