Clean, beautiful hotel”
Park MGM is quite newly renovated and the interior decoration shows a sense of Parisian style which I dig! The pool area is absolutely beautiful and the restaurants are amazing too! We tried "Best Friend", a Korean-Mexican fusion bar, and "Primrose", an elegant brunch place, both with delicious food and great vibe. The room is clean and modern, with good lighting, but we didn't get a room with a tub which is a bummer. The shower is pretty nice because the water pressure is high lol. The hotel uses self check-in and check-out service through touch screens which is quite interesting but the systems fail constantly so we had to check out through VIP counter (with actual people help us lmao). Casino is of average, nothing outstanding, just your regular casino.
Perfect location for the T-Mobile arena”
Had a great three night stay at the Park MGM- chosen for how close it is to the T-Mobile arena. Formerly the Monte Carlo, the hotel has some of the same touches from the previous branding and has kept the same quality. Coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room are the only things which could have topped off a great stay.
Newly built, stylish hotel
1. The price was cheap on weekdays. 2. The resort fee was a little bit expensive ($83.9 per night) because the facilities closed too early. We couldn't catch the time. (fitness center and SPA room) 3. Self-parking fee was $15 per day. A little bit expensive. 4. The hotel was new, felt good!
We enjoyed our stay! We will stay again for sure! We love there were multiple pools!”
The cons we had was there was no fridge. I have Diabetes and need a way to store my insulin. Had to keep it on ice which is really messy and hard to do! Also the closet was so little!! We couldn’t even store everything in the closet!
Be aware of ‘resort fees’ which are added to every guests bill at the end of your stay ”
Cons: You are charged around $41 USD a day for ‘resort fees’. It is a scam and I wish I knew about these hidden fees. I would have chosen a different place. You don’t even get a bottle of water in your room so I’m unsure of where this money goes. My Agoda booking said service fees and taxes were included yet I was still charged additional taxes and a resort fee. It was not clear at all that I’d be paying a lot more for my room. I thought I was getting a good deal but don’t be fooled!
Beware- Resort fees are not included in your booking albeit it saying the fee is final!”
Came here for EDC. Everything was pretty good except our curtains were broken and we couldn't see out of it the whole week we were there which was fine. We were also told by a person at reception prior to the booking that if Agoda advised that what I had paid was final and said to include all hotel fees, then it means that I wouldn't have to pay resort fees on top of this. Boy was this information wrong. Resort fees are added on top of your booking. This is standard across all hotels on the strip1 Anyway, Agoda handed the issues relatively smoothly and all is sorted now.
Dirty rooms-rude staff”
We changed our rooms twice. All rooms were dirty. Bath tub had cracks and stains. The whole room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were hair all over the bathroom and we found some candies on the floor from the previous guests. When I told front desk that our room isn’t clean and asked to change the room I was treated with an attitude like I’m lying. No one was apologetic about the fact that the rooms aren’t clean. There are two things about this hotel that I liked. One is the pool. For the price this is a very good pool. The other one is Eately. The fact that there is Eataly here with great quality food for decent price is a huge plus but I still prefer to stay at another hotel with clean rooms and walk down there to eat.
The worst experience!!!”
Booked for king size bed room, but end up staying in Queen size bed room for three nights. Understand the room may not be available when I arrive on the 1st day, but I cannot accept they not arranging anything on the other two days. They only ask me to call them every day to check any room avaiable. Moreover, the room is not totally clean, the old towels were still in the rooms. Location of this hotel is really good, however, event was held nearby on my arrival day but no clear parking instruction have been showed. The terrible arrangement cost me extra hour to park my car in another hotel parking slot. Overall, good hotel but terrible service. Totally disappointed.
Fancy and Pricey”
This is definitely a four star hotel but for a simpler traveler like me who usually just looks for a clean hotel with a good location, this hotel really broke the bank. I paid over $500 for three nights and then was slapped with a $125 resort fee on top of all the taxes I was already paying. If you plan on staying at the hotel most of your vacation it's super fancy but for someone like me it wasn't a good value.
Refrigerator & Room Noise”
Everything is perfect except for two issues. one of them is that there is no refrigerator in the room. very frustrating. The other issue is that the room does not have any kinds of installation regarding room noise. Basically you can hear everything what people do at the next door. Why there is a door between two individual rooms ? it should be removed and make better susbstitution to reduce noise. Hope that these two can be improved in the future. Location is super great and the renewal of interior is satisfied.
Better Hotels To Be Found On The Strip”
Worst Vegas hotel experience in 21 years of visiting the strip! 1. Upon arrival and departure you will interface with a large IPad screen, no human interface. Unless the system does not work and you have to find a human to resolve Check-in system problem, 2. Pillows appear to have been recycled, lumpy and of extremely poor quality. 3. Save money by not upgrading to a strip view room, as the hotel is set back from the strip you will have a view over the roof of the lower Casio and the wall of the Adjoining hotel. 4. Finally if avoid rooms viewing the strip if you want to sleep before 2:00am when The hotels nightclub “on the record” ends.......
Good location and accessible to strip ”
Bed is good location is perfect They didn’t hVe the room I booked when I arrived around 1am but they gave me a different room which was fine . I booked the king room and they gave me queen. Strip view was good but please expect partial views of the rooftops of other neighboring buildings. Casino is big and not packed . Trains to aria and Bellagio was very helpful.
Being ripoff and unpleasant experience ”
We prepaid our hotel fees 7 months ago and when we check out, we were asked to pay a hidden resort fee of US$41.95 for WiFi, hotel’s amenities without asking our approval or agreement before hand! What’s more, the hotel did not clean the room in the 2nd day of stay and it took 50 min and 2 calls for the clean towels to come! Staff are with an arrogant attitude! 😔 sigh
Excellent Location!! Worth every penny!!”
I loved Eataly!! I couldn’t wait to eat and shop at the many restaurants and boutiques in Eataly. Location is excellent(right on strip). If you are craving Italian or just want a freshly cooked steak, wine, and desert....Eataly is a must visit for anyone. Sports bar and sports book is one of the best on the strip, I was literally glued to my seat during the final four tournament. Best spicy chicken sandwich is available at restaurant next to sports bar. DJ was playing some good sounds during commercial breaks!! It was an awesome experience. Rooms are very spacious, clean, with excellent views of the strip and T-Mobile arena. Overall I give this hotel/casino 2 thumbs way up!!
It was ok”
Room was nice enough, nothing super special about it. Our bathroom was obviously brand new and recently renovated. Block out blinds in our room worked a treat and as result we slept in more than usual here. Eataly restaurant/deli was nice - although very busy. Ate in La La Noodle I think it was called. This was nice enough although expensive for what it was. Location was pretty good. Close enough to walk everywhere fairly easily. Didn’t speak to a staff member the whole time were there - literally checked ourselves in and out via a kiosk. So in that respect it was extremely impersonal. Felt like we were just a number... which I guess we are. A number with a dollar sign in front of it that it is! Although all the hotels of this size are probably the same in that respect.
Good experience ”
The facilities and services are good!

Love this hotel. You can't beat the quality for the price. Our view was the T-Mobile arena.
