Love this hotel. You can't beat the quality for the price. Our view was the T-Mobile arena.
The worst experience!!!”
Booked for king size bed room, but end up staying in Queen size bed room for three nights. Understand the room may not be available when I arrive on the 1st day, but I cannot accept they not arranging anything on the other two days. They only ask me to call them every day to check any room avaiable. Moreover, the room is not totally clean, the old towels were still in the rooms. Location of this hotel is really good, however, event was held nearby on my arrival day but no clear parking instruction have been showed. The terrible arrangement cost me extra hour to park my car in another hotel parking slot. Overall, good hotel but terrible service. Totally disappointed.
1. The price was cheap on weekdays. 2. The resort fee was a little bit expensive ($83.9 per night) because the facilities closed too early. We couldn't catch the time. (fitness center and SPA room) 3. Self-parking fee was $15 per day. A little bit expensive. 4. The hotel was new, felt good!
Fancy and Pricey”
This is definitely a four star hotel but for a simpler traveler like me who usually just looks for a clean hotel with a good location, this hotel really broke the bank. I paid over $500 for three nights and then was slapped with a $125 resort fee on top of all the taxes I was already paying. If you plan on staying at the hotel most of your vacation it's super fancy but for someone like me it wasn't a good value.
Good location and accessible to strip ”
Bed is good location is perfect They didn’t hVe the room I booked when I arrived around 1am but they gave me a different room which was fine . I booked the king room and they gave me queen. Strip view was good but please expect partial views of the rooftops of other neighboring buildings. Casino is big and not packed . Trains to aria and Bellagio was very helpful.
Being ripoff and unpleasant experience ”
We prepaid our hotel fees 7 months ago and when we check out, we were asked to pay a hidden resort fee of US$41.95 for WiFi, hotel’s amenities without asking our approval or agreement before hand! What’s more, the hotel did not clean the room in the 2nd day of stay and it took 50 min and 2 calls for the clean towels to come! Staff are with an arrogant attitude! 😔 sigh
Excellent Location!! Worth every penny!!”
I loved Eataly!! I couldn’t wait to eat and shop at the many restaurants and boutiques in Eataly. Location is excellent(right on strip). If you are craving Italian or just want a freshly cooked steak, wine, and desert....Eataly is a must visit for anyone. Sports bar and sports book is one of the best on the strip, I was literally glued to my seat during the final four tournament. Best spicy chicken sandwich is available at restaurant next to sports bar. DJ was playing some good sounds during commercial breaks!! It was an awesome experience. Rooms are very spacious, clean, with excellent views of the strip and T-Mobile arena. Overall I give this hotel/casino 2 thumbs way up!!
It was ok”
Room was nice enough, nothing super special about it. Our bathroom was obviously brand new and recently renovated. Block out blinds in our room worked a treat and as result we slept in more than usual here. Eataly restaurant/deli was nice - although very busy. Ate in La La Noodle I think it was called. This was nice enough although expensive for what it was. Location was pretty good. Close enough to walk everywhere fairly easily. Didn’t speak to a staff member the whole time were there - literally checked ourselves in and out via a kiosk. So in that respect it was extremely impersonal. Felt like we were just a number... which I guess we are. A number with a dollar sign in front of it that it is! Although all the hotels of this size are probably the same in that respect.
Lot’s of complaints to say. First, the hotel doesn’t change the bed sheets. The day I checked in, I saw four little blood spots on the bed sheet and black dirt on 3 pillow cases. I called the housekeeping to change those and went out for a dinner. After I came back, the situation was still the same. Second, there were almost no room amenities. No electric kettle, no fridge, no paper cups, no drawer, no bottle of water ,no tea bags nor coffee. Third, mysterious charge at 3AM. I was charged to my credit card which I used for the deposit. I asked about this and the staff assured me that won’t be charged. However, no clear explanation about this. Forth, horrible house keeping. I put ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door nob. In the morning, housekeeper knocked pounded on the door at 9:30am and asked whether I was going to check out today. Was this a joke? She even stared at me when I stepped out of the room. Any person with mental issue should not be positioned to serve customer.
Try somewhere else ”
Location is great. That’s it. Check in is awful with self serve kiosks. They assigned us a room that was used/dirty. Rooms don’t have fridges or coffee makers, and there’s very little storage. The staff have no clue about what’s going on. I was transferred on the phone 4x to receive my resort credits. The only plus of the hotel is the amazing staff at the Starbucks.
Had a great time at Park MGM. Location was great and staff were accommodating. One issue we had was whenever you’d shower by the end of it there was 4-6 inches of water in the tub. Water wasn’t draining good. I contacted front desk and they had someone come look at it but it never got fixed.
Absolutely great room”
Just the cleanest, most convenient, best black-out curtains, quietest, good shower, nice staff, bestest place we ever stayed at in Las Vegas. Only down side is damn near impossible to get a cup of coffee in the AM . long line @ Starbucks (and who wants Starbucks anyhow). Only solution, walk across the street to New York ^2 and get ur coffee there.
Refrigerator & Room Noise”
Everything is perfect except for two issues. one of them is that there is no refrigerator in the room. very frustrating. The other issue is that the room does not have any kinds of installation regarding room noise. Basically you can hear everything what people do at the next door. Why there is a door between two individual rooms ? it should be removed and make better susbstitution to reduce noise. Hope that these two can be improved in the future. Location is super great and the renewal of interior is satisfied.
this is about the price?”
The location is good, room is clean and sized. But they did not provide "electrical water pot", this is only thing bothered us . I have provided it in every hotel I stayed at NEW YORK three years ago. This is a daily necessities, especially in the winter. Is it because we booked a special price?
New hotel room with many add ons”
Room is new and nice. Still a walk from the Buzz though. Aware of the $42 resort fees but wasn’t expecting to Pay $15/day for parking. No complimentary bottled water. Might just stay at Venetian which offers free parking for all guests and probably water as well...
they remodeled the room which is nice very simple and modern rooms. but the cons is the hotel is very bare and dark. no food court no shops just alot empty spaces. i know there not done with remodeling but i still think its going to be dull. they shouldve fired the interrior designer too dark in the hotel. and no more early check in everything after 3pm.
Pros good location , friendly staff clean hotel Cons : when booking it said refrigerator was included. There was none and to get one it was $25 a night Restroom in hotel was a sliding there shared with closet , no privacy.
thnx and all the best
Well located, great attention by staff.”
They didnt clean the room once. And they didnt provide shampoi, soap, etc on our second day.
