The staff ensured that we had a great time at the property. They were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was good too. We enjoyed the pool the most, though it was not very big, it was well maintained and we had it to ourselves. We will surely be back again!

This is a good hotel where you can check most of the boxes as a traveler. A little far off Delhi. But then there is a Metro Station at a very walkable distance. The amenities are good enough for a three star hotel. The staff i found was the best part of the hotel. Super friendly, always available and extremely helpful. A special shout out to the front desk staff named Aditi. She was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Property is well located connected with the city. The rooms are clean and well furnished though the rooms are compact compared to any other 4-5 star property. The main disadvantage of this property is their front desk they are not at all trained and are not accustomed with 4-5 star culture. Starting from the Check in to check out, I was so annoyed with the front desk that I even didn’t complete my billing procedure as they told me to wait for 10-15 mins to get confirmation from room service staff even after letting them know that I m done with it. to even after letting them know that I hv to rush for airport. They even not aware about the key as I asked them thrice dat hv I surrendered my room keys and for everytime he said Yess though I didn’t and given to them finding it with me🤦
