I want to specially thank Marco (Front Desk) for helping me & my friend as we had to check out at 12pm but we need a quiet space to do a video call for out pre-departure test. He kindly arrange one of the Meeting Room on Level 7 for us and even assisted to print a copy of the test results for us, to facilitate easy checking at the airport. Thanks for going the extra mile!

Its location is superb. Everything is within walking distance. Great benefit because it’s near to the central station. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. They also really applied safety measures for Covid-19. Even provided a hand sanitizer in the room.

our room's sink was clogged...when we called to the front office no technician after working hours then she came up bring the tool where use for clogged toilet and asked me to unplug the sink's cover. since it is not solved yet she offered me to change the room...but she asked me to go down to the front office to get myself the key when i called asking to borrow forks, they asked me to come down to the bar and get it my self. i have a late laundry delivered as well which caused me and my family arrives at another place late basically no services here...

Best Hotel For Travelers”
It's literally next to Utrecht Central and mere minutes away from the gorgeous city center. Despite this, the hotel is still pretty separate from most of the activities on the street so you get your peace and quiet. The rooms are basic but neat and the bathrooms are large. The downside is the parking which is quite expensive (Eur 20 per day) and not given as a complimentary to hotel guests.

Clean and close to train station and city center”
I was coming in late at night and wanted a clean place close to the train station. This hotel is a short walk from the station and also a short walk from the city center. The room was clean and the staff was really friendly. I had a lot of questions about what to do and they answered my questions including restaurant recommendatins. They also let me borrow an umbrella because I didn't have one of my own. If I find myself in Utrecht again, I'd stay here.

Park Plaza Utrecht is a good place for business or vacation stay - walking distance to the central train station, major sights and places to eat. The only drawback is the price for parking.

Good hotel for spending the night in Utrecht”
We booked this hotel late at night because we missed our train to Amsterdam after a party in Utrecht. It was a pretty last minute decision but that wasn't a problem. When we arrived the hotelbar was already closed but the staff was very friendly and served us a last drink. Room was pretty large and contemporary with a nice flatscreen TV. Good place to spend the night if you've been shopping in Utrecht or if you need a place to stay after a party

the hotel looked different and a bit older than in photo. Nevertheless it was very clean. The best things are its location, which is 5 minute walk to Utrecht central station, and helpfulness of staff who are willing to keep out suitcases while we travel to Paris. Would definitely go back.

A Fair Choice at Utrecht”
We stayed three nights at Park Plaza. It was located near to the Utrecht Central Station (5 min walk). However, there was a big construction site outside the entrance so we felt a bit unsure when we were getting there on the first day. We had kept our bags in hotel before check in and the staff were very helpful. Frankly, the decoration, lift and room facilities were quite old fashion.

Excellent hotel, friendly and VERY helpfull staff! Hotel is agood 10 minute walk from Utrecht centre, ideal as it was quiet. Near to Central train station but no noise at all from the trains. We would definately stay there again.

Comfortable & Quiet Hotel”
I was staying in the executive room, and surprisingly the room is up-to-date, and everything seems to be quite new. You can see the train(s) from your window, but you can hardly hear any of them passing by. 5 mins walk from Utrecht Centraal Station, and 15 mins walk from the town central. Good value for money!

Convenient location and excellent breakfast”
This hotel is a great option if you're coming in late or want to be near the central station. It's an easy walk into the central part of town, but very confusing to find coming back. You can only access it from one, specific direction, otherwise you end up on the other side of the train station and have to walk a long ways to get here. The neighborhood by the mosque has many good eating options. There's a mall on the way into town. And the staff are very helpful and kind. The wifi is good and fast, and the room has a Nespresso coffee maker which makes really good coffee. The breakfast is pricey (as is everything in The Netherlands), but the food is excellent - very fresh, fresh breads, pastries, good choices of cheese and meats.

The hotel is next to Central Station and close to city centre, all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and with a bathtub. Beds are of excellent quality, and the watercooker is convenient for making tea or coffee.The breakfast offers great choice too.

a great stay at a lovely hotel”
We had a lovely stay here at this hotel, Michael was very helpful helping me with my problem with the WiFi and he always had a lovely smile and greeting for us when we were coming or going. The hotel is very well situated near the train, trams and buses. There were escalators bringing you down from the train station and it was just a short walk to the hotel. Our room had a lovely view and was a good size. It was very quiet even though there is a lot of construction work going on in the area. It was nice to have some fruit supplied and a note from the staff wishing us a good weekend. We stayed there for 7 nights and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great for the price. Getting to the hotel on a snowy night with not the best map was not 100% straightforward. The beds were nice, the bathroom large and clean - no problem with hot water. The internet service was good. Many of the services - movies among others - were pay for service.

Overall ok”
The hotel is not expensive, which means you can expect average bed quality, dryer which still not works and kitchen staff who doesn’t speak English and can’t help you prepare a simple dish. As the menu says that you can ask for your favorite dish, pasta with gambas was too difficult and all pasta was not available as they had to use it for morning breakfast. Someone told us the next day that pasta in Dutch means spread like nutella and peanut butter and most probably the kitchen was very confused with the request for gambas with pasta. Overall the stay was fine and convenient nearby the city center of Utrecht
