The location is really great. There are many subway lines that run through Waterloo Station or Westminster Station nearby, making it very convenient to travel by subway. In addition, many of London's major attractions in the heart of the city are within walking distance if you feel like walking. The breakfast has only the essentials, and the hash browns are especially delicious. The staff are generally friendly and cooperative. I stayed for six nights, and if you ask for it, they will give you 2-3 bottles of water every day. If you don't ask, you'll get them about half the time. You can see Big Ben from the room, but it's not as visible as you might think. It's better seen from the hallway in front of the elevator. The Studio King room has one king-size bed and a separate room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed is a bit tight for adults, but it's perfect for kids. You can use chat to make many requests or inquiries at the hotel, so it's okay if you're not confident in English.

When we decided to go on a honeymoon trip to London, the first thing we looked for was a place to stay. We chose Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London because we wanted a comfortable bed and a clean place. There was a review that said the water pressure was weak, so we brought a shower filter, but the water pressure was not bad, so we just used it! Actually, we were worried about what to do if the bedding was not hygienic or uncomfortable, but the Park Plaza bed was the best! My husband had diarrhea on the second day of our London trip and spent most of his time at the hotel, but thanks to the comfortable bed, he was able to rest well! And the staff were very friendly too!! There is also an ice machine on each floor, so keep that in mind! Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is the best! 💖💖💖

Stayed here for a week with and booked this room for my friends who came from Manchester. The location was very good, rooms were clean, there is a cafe in the lobby illys for your coffee cravings and breakfast too. The only thing I didn't like was the design of the rooms as to separate the lounge and bedroom they had the bathroom in middle and it was designed in a way that I think it took a lot of space and because of that the room looked smaller in my opinion. I came here 5 years ago. That time, the staff were really nice at front desk, house keeping, and the breakfast staff. All were good. That’s why we came back again. This time I was upset with the service at front desk with two Indian girls, they were not nice at all. We asked for help about the bathroom. But they didn’t help at all. One Indian girl was a little bit rude in the cold words that my room was the cheapest one here about 300 pounds so they couldn’t do anything for me . She shouldn’t say this way. I just wondering that with 300 pounds per night for her own she would spend here or not?? On the day to check out , at email said we could do late check out. I came and talked to one Indian girl at the front desk that on the day I arrived at 23.00 at night. So, can I have late check out only for 1 hour at 13.00. She replied with no smile on her face at all that No WE CANNOT DO THE LATE CHECK OUT FOR YOU.. The NO Hotel. Not impressed at front desk service at all. RUDE! No kindness to your guest. The housekeeping was terrible this time. Our 2 wine glasses and 2 water glasses were full of stain. I had really had no ideas what a cleaning were each day. The glasses in room were so dirty. This time this hotel service was just 2stars hotel not 4 stars hotel. I was very disappointed this time. It was not worth for money. I will not recommend my cousins or my friends or who I know to stay here if they visit London . The only best thing here still is the location . It is near Big Ben. That’s it. The service really needs to be improved both front desk and housekeeping. They were so cold , rude in action and not nice at all. But BF staff were still nice. and kind.
