Short stay but the best Stay ”
stayed for 3nights with my 5yr old & daughter. the park plaza stay was wonderful..excellent location , we enjoyed the swimming pool in the morning then a v.good breakfast..all the wonderful locations are in walking distance from the hotel. I really appreciated the hotel having a activity games room available for the kids to enjoy during the day . overall highly recommend 👌

Since walking into Hotel there’s a vibe energy friendly feeling from everyone @ front desk. Room is nice and clean, air con is working excellent can adjust to use heater but I prefer to have a slightly cold to have a good sleep. Every time calling house keeping they will send someone bringing things to us and there’ll be a call follow up to check do we get what we need or anything else they can do for me - this is one more step feeling of care and details. It’s just feel like home. Thanks so much for an excellent hospitality 👍🏻

This was a excellent hotel situated in a fantastic location to view all the key London monuments . Near to public transport, restaurants and parks . The staff were kind, courteous and professional. The premises was very clean and the rooms were spacious and gave one assurance of safety in the current covid19 health concerns. I will if staying in London make this hotel my first choice.

Could be more Covid 19 aware”
Excellent hotel, lovely room, although I was not a fan of having an internal room and not seeing daylight. Very clean. I just think they could have been more Covid aware. 1)The receptionist on arrival was wearing gloves, which he did not change between guests. This meant that he handled my phone and credit card with gloves he had previously handled other guests' phones and credit cards, thereby potentially contaminating mine. It would have been better not to have had gloves, and to have used sanitiser between each guest. As far as I could see other reception staff, who did not have gloves, were not sanitising between each guest. 2) The pre-authorisation amount on the credit card was set at £50, so I had to use the keypad that everybody else before me had used. If they set this at £45 instead, guests could use contactless. 3) Ice buckets were left out on top of the ice machines for anyone to touch and contaminate. Either ice buckets should be left in the room or you should have

While I am glad that you had an overall pleasant stay I am sorry that in some aspects you felt we fell short on this occasion. We are working hard to ensure the Covid-19 measures we introduce are in line with government guidelines. We have recently introduced an online check-in procedure which allows our guests to avoid contact in the reception and open the room door with the key on their smartphone. All the guest needs to do is provide an email address on the booking in order to receive an invitation for the online check-in. Pleasantly surprised ”
Fantastic hotel just across from Westminster bridge. Close to London eye, sea life, Shrek adventure land. 4 min walk to Waterloo station. About 10/12 min walk to Trafalgar Square. Few eating places around including Starbucks. Slug and Lettuce. Within hotel we ate at Joel Brassiere. Excellent service abs delicious food. Into the lounge after for drinks. Very good. If staying for more than one night room isn’t made up due to Covid19 so limiting the staff going in and out of room but simple call down they are happy to bring towels toiletries tea coffee etc. Only thing we didn’t experience was the Spa as still closed.

I love the location and the staff at this hotel. They are super friendly and super helpful. I do have two complaints, however. Why is it that practically every hotel in Europe falls short on electrical outlets? This hotel which was built in 2010 is no exception. There was a small bank of outlets on the desk which were for electronic devices only. The bathroom had one outlet for electric shavers only. Really? Who really uses electric shavers any more. We use hair dryers, curling rods and curling irons and hair straighteners. The only other accessible outlets were in the short hall entry to the room near the floor and in the same area over the tiny bar. Come on, this is the 21st Century. These aren’t exactly easy to use in that location. Why can’t a hotel have a unstable outlet or two or three in the bathroom? I can only think there must be some code in Europe that prevents the same because the solution seems so obvious to me. My only other complaint is the vacuuming of the rooms.
