Way above expectation”
Bed was comfortable and room size was adequate. No clothes dryer with washing machine but that was ok because clothes dryed fine on airer. Bus stop outside hotel doors so very convenient to travel to city and back...local supermarket, IGA next door for food supplies if needed before 10pm closing time. Late check-in instructions were very easy just make sure u have yr mobile as no hotel phone to use at doors. Otherwise i really enjoyed my stay at an awesome hotel.

Pleasant stay”
We were there for new year's Eve and we were able to enjoy the fireworks from our small balcony which was pretty awesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Terrible Value for Money”
We have been here three years in a row and this is the last. It has become gradually worse and worse with facilities, provisions and room quality. This time, all dispensers in the shower were blocked or empty and by the time you could figure out a way to get access to them manually, you ran out of hot water - less than 4 minutes and leaving nothing for the second person to shower. In addition, the hot water tap kept falling off. The room stank of old cigarette smoke and our bedding was the wrong size meaning we couldn’t tuck the sheets in at our feet. The carpet was dirty and the air conditioner didn’t work. These apartments were ideally located for our business trip purposes, but we will certainly not be returning in view of the lack of maintenance or care toward facilities. We have complained in the past and thought our comments would be taken on board for future stays, but this is clearly not the case.

Bed was comfortable, just couldn't sleep because of the noise from the road. Room layout was good and was well-equipped however it is in need of a renovation. Photos on website did not reflect the room's ageing appearance.

Wonderfull staff, couldn’t be more helpful, The bed was to hard and to small, my feet hung over the end, pillows to stiff, and shower was blocked and didn’t work properly, and room was way to noisey at night, other then that had a great time

Last minute extra night in town”
Good little appartment, few small things that would make this place better. Bigger bed - no smaller than Queen Better attention to detail by cleaning staff. under bed and coffee table dirty. Shower curtains need to be replaced when the bottom inch is brown and the curtain rail rusty (bicarb and vinegar will fix) Other than the renovations this was a nice place to stay.
