Good first time hotel in Singapore”
Park Regis Singapore is a excellent choice to stay for first timers in Singapore. Located just a stone's throw away from pubs, bars and clubs of Clarke Quay as well as Chinatown. The nearest MRT Station, Clarke Quay (Exit gate B), is just across the road and accessible via the pedestrian overhead bridge to and from the hotel. The hotel itself is amazing. Very good facilities such as the gym and the wonderful swimming pool. The room is very well designed in terms of space to place the most of things in it. The room personally was alright for me but if you are travelling in a pair then you might find the room slightly small. The staff is generally helpful and nice. You can connect to anywhere in Singapore from here as the train brings you almost everywhere. This is a must stay hotel in Singapore for me.
Very nice hotel, clean and modern”
I very much liked this hotel. The bed linens were good quality, there were good facilities in the hotel and amenities in the room, and the location is fantastic if you like the bars and restaurants at Clarke Quay. The staff are also very attentive although I did have a few hiccups with room service. I would like to see the hotel give free wifi as it is very expensive to use per day. They charge SG$30++. The Park Regis should also have proper signage at the side of the road for taxis to see where to pull up as most drivers did not know where it was. Also, there should be either an overhead walk way to Clarke Quay from the hotel or a pedestrian walkway. Clarke Quay is directly in front of the hotel but you have to walk through a dirt path and cross a busy road to get there.
Perfect location, really nice room!”
The Park Regis was such a great place in every way! The location was perfect, a short walk to Chinatown for good deals in shopping and eating, across the street from Clarke Quay with lots of dining options and evening entertainment and very close to the MRT station which is the cleanest subway system I've ever seen! The rooms are very well laid out, very comfy bed and nice rain shower! We decided to add the morning breakfast to our room and were very happy to do so, Breakfast is a little pricey but there were plenty of choices and a few specialty items that changed daily! We will always stay at the Park Regis from this point on when visiting Singapore, hopefully they won't be sold out when we make future reservations!
Handy stay at Park Regis”
The Park Regis is a brilliant location. Close (walking distance) to Clarke Quay and China Town. Two MRT stops to Little India. MRT about 3-5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel provides a smart phone device which is called "Handy" and that is what it is. The device can check out restaurants, your email, take photos and buy tickets to all of Singapore sightseeing adventures, plus a whole lot more including making free calls. The device was not power hungry so you could use it all day and WIFI was great. As was the hotel WIFI, very reliable. The hotel staff were fantastic, attentive and very friendly. The room service food was also very good. Room was cleaned each day however coffee replacement was a bit hit and miss, which is not good when you really want a coffee hit first thing in the morning. We reported it after the first night and then on the fourth morning there was nothing - 1st world issue really. The pool with a waterfall was great to use on super humid sunny days, better when the sun is out as you dry quickly. Very relaxing. Only wish you could order a drink. The room was small and there is no separate bathroom i.e. there are no doors only a curtain to divide the two areas, however that didn’t really affect our stay. There was the usual desk chair and a window seat which helped with the room being so small. TV channels a bit limited but didn’t worry me as we did not spend a whole lot of time in the room except to sleep after full days of sightseeing (or rather eating). The location, staff and the free use of smart phone made this a very pleasurable stay.
Very nice hotel with excellent staff”
my girlfriend and i stayed at the park regis for our anniversary and were treated to a lovely stay by the hotel staff and manager. check-in was quick and pleasant, the rooms were clean and very nice, if rather small (although this wasn't an issue at all). the location is excellent, being across the street from the underground and also clark quay, a popular bar/restaurant area on the riverfront. i would say that the highlight of our stay was the professionalism and attitude of the staff at the park regis; they were only too happy to help us and answer any questions we had. they all spoke perfect english in addition to various other languages. the room rates are great value. it really is an excellent hotel and a bargain for the price!
Great hotel, great location and great service”
The Park Regis is a very good value hotel. I paid double the price at the Orchard Hotel, and I think the Regis was far superior. The service was very attentive and helpfull. The rooms are new, modern and clean, and although they are on the small side there is plenty of space to put things i.e. in the bathroom, cupboard. They also have a nice window bench seat that you can sit on and look out the window. The location in Clarke Quay is perfect, close to Chinatown, great seafood restaurants and an easy walk around to Marina Bay sands area. My only complaint is the TV, the programs were very limited, and in-house movies outdated and expensive. A few more English channels (i.e. movie) would be great - especially for solo and business travellors that like to stay in the room in the evenings.
Great hotel with new rooms”
totally enjoyed my hotel stay at park regis. the hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to provide assistance. the thing i like most about hotels is room and overall cleanliness, park regis is very new and the rooms are in very good condition. they also provided me with unlimited number of carpark complimentary tickets which was very important for people like me who drove to the hotel. clarke quay is just a stone throw away and you get to enjoy the awesome nightlife there, have fun and go back to your hotel to have a good undisturbed rest. the efficiency of the room service is also of a high level and worth commending. overall, a fantastic hotel to stay in. highly recommended for the price you pay!
Only good things to say”
we have stayed in various hotels in singapore, but this was our first time at the park regis. we were pleasantly surprised at the spacious room, and enjoyed the quiet night's sleep, no noisy lifts or noise from the corridor. the staff were very helpful, and when we needed an early breakfast they opened the dining room earlier for us. we were so impressed we made reservations for our return trip at the end of the month, instead of looking online for another good deal. the hotel is close to chinatown shops as well as the busy clarke quay tourist and shopping area.
New modern hotel at great location”
when we reached the hotel, we were welcomed by very polite service staff. we loved the room. very nice use of mirrors and frosted glass to partition the room and create a sense of space. my favourite spot was the cushioned window ledge. we sat there to have our breakfast in the morning. the room was definitely very small, but it's not a problem to us since we didn't carry any luggage bags. we were spolit for choices when it came to food. on one side, park regis is directly facing clarke quay, so there are ample choices of restaurants and pubs and the place comes alive at night. on the other side, there is chinatown and we can have great local hawker food. we eventually settled down for tapas at clarke quay (serving spanish food. very very small portion of food. the staff actually had meeting at around 6pm and ignored visiting customers!) and moved on to the famous bak kut teh (extremely fast service and great food) which was located opposite central mall. a great experience in overall!
the park regis singapore is in a great location. it is across the street from clark quay. clark quay has many great restaurants. it is also only a 5 minute walk to the mrt station. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the room were clean and welcoming. one con was having to pay for internet. overall i recommend the park regis singpore to solo travelers and business travelers.
Lovely and welcoming ”
This is a new hotel but it has come of age very quickly with exceptional service and style. The front desk is manned by young and affable personnel wearing smiles and readiness to give friendly service. Ms.Valentia was on deck to greet us on arrival and although undergoing training at the time displays a great sense of professionalism and awareness so necessary in the hospitality arena. Tono and Lydia added their friendly warmth and competence to making us feel welcomed. This feeling permeates right through to room service.... pool attendants....all polite, courteous and always ready to oblige....nothing seems a problem. It makes for a lovely place to hang out especially at the end of our trip. Our room is lovely and clean with a view to the pool and patio garden. Fittings are of high quality including consumables for guests. Sweet smelling linen and very comfortable bed makes it all the more welcoming . Clarke Quay and China Town is a pleasant walk away. The MRT is nearby as well and taxis are readily available at the street corner. Everything at the Regis is sweet. Absolutely looking forward to returning next visit to Singapore
great location, good rooms and friendly staff.”
recently spent 3 nights at park regis and i must say it was a very pleasant stay. firstly the rooms were clean and kinda swanky. secondly the staff, from the doorman, to the receptionist were friendly and helpful to say the least. most importantly, it was a great base to other places in singapore due to the proximity of the clarke quay mrt (5mins walk max). taxi was easy to get... location wise, it's just next to clarke quay, near to city hall, chinatown and raffles place so i don't think anyone can argue with that!
I was looking for a decently priced hotel in Singapore near to Clarke Quay/Boat Quay area, and I found it! The Park Regis is a hidden lil gem with a fantastic location - walking distance to drinking holes in Clarke and Boat quay as well as easy access to Clarke Quay MRT. Staff were very polite (even when my friend checked in at 1am) and helpful. The room was a bit snug - twin share - with not a lot of privacy in terms of one person using the bathroom and one in the "bedroom" though a privacy curtain was provided. We were only in the room to sleep so aircon, blackout curtains and comfy bed were the main benefits for us. Did not take breakfast or even a dip in the pool, but the pool looked awesome with sunken chairs in the pool itself as well as loungers. Overall, great deal for location and value of room.
We have stayed at Park Regis several times. This time we had a few issues that were resolved by the staff (and we piled up on the candy they gave as compensation). We had to change room as carpet was wet (likely a water leak). AC acted very funny in the new room (waking up freezing with it set at 16C even if we went to bed with it set at 24C). Light in closet did not go out so had to turn the bulb off so it did not glare throughout the night. Internet is pretty slow, which was an issue for my wife having to take a live lecture. It is a very good location (2-3 min from Clarke Quay and 7-8 min from China town)and so far quite a reasonable price for it, so might just give it one more try next time in Singapore.
Lovely Hotel with great location”
Every time I travel to Singapore, I always pick Park Regis to stay at. Not only that the Hotel is located near the MRT station, it is also a walking distance to Clark Quay and China Town. The access to take an outdoor walk through Boat Key, through The Fullerton Hotel, Marina Bay is quite easy and refreshing. Other than that the Hotel feature itself is the selling point, such as the swimming pool, gym and business center. The room is very clean, although I couldn't get the room facing the pool at the time. The only suggestion I have is to add free wifi in the bedroom for guest to use.
More for your bucks”
you get what you pay, and we prefered to shop then spending the money for lodging, but at park regis we got a lot more than what we paid. the location is great, close to smrt and bus stop, shopping places and food galore. we love spending cool evening at clarke quay where myriad of food - from modest to fancy- can be found, and when we're too tired to walk anymore, it just great to eat ice potong whilst sitting over looking water at night. the room was just spacious enough for two of us, it's quiet -since we need our rest after long days of shopping- most importantly, it is clean and complete with necessities of 5 stars hotel. staff at the reception to house cleaning and bell boy are all friendly and sincere, we just did not expect to get all of these with the price we paid. we hope that it can keep up the good work and we'll come back for sure.
Great location near Clarke Quay.”
my daughter and i stayed here for a 2 night stop over in singapore and were very impressed with the location of the hotel and the quality and size of the rooms for the price. many hotels in the clarke quay area wanted much more per night and the park regis had everything we needed. close to all the attractions and restaurants in clarke quay. the rooms were a good size for singapore standards and the staff every friendly and helpful, arranging a trip to singapore zoo with very little notice.
Immaculate hotel, superb highly attentive service ”
We stayed here for the Singapore F1 GP weekend. Every box was ticked. The hotel is new and obviously sparkling clean, but there's a very obvious effort by the staff to keep it that way. The check in and out is silky smooth and courteous. When requiring things like electric adapters they were delivered in a few minutes, again with courtesy more accustomed to a 5 star hotel. I would always consider the Park Regis over other hotels around the Quay. As for some negative comments about room size being rather small....come on, get a life, space is at a premium in Singapore, you get what you pay for and this hotel makes the most of the room size, not leaving you wanting for anything and outshining many of the other hotels in the area in regards to quality, comfort and service and most definitely price We will stay here again and again
Great hotel with professional friendly service”

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location”
We loved our stay at park Regis, be prepared for small rooms but we loved the modern feel of the hotel. I would not recommend sharing a room with anyone but a partner, the ensuite is open!! The hotel location is absolutely fantastic, across road from Clarke quay- restaurants and bars, down the road is quirky Chinatown. Service was fantastic- we would def stay at hotel again. My only criticism is hotel services such as food and laundry are extremely expensive... But that is all of Singapore!!!
