Magical Experience”
Excellent view from river facing rooms. We happened to watch crocs swimming by in the river and rhinos playing in front just across the river. Spacious, comfortable clean and well maintained rooms. Spacious lawn with great river view. Jeep safari was Ok but river trip was thrilling with many crocs swimming along side your wooden boat. Jungle walk and Elephant breeding center offers a good perspective on wildlife. The cultural show and local artists enthusiasm is praiseworthy. Food taste ,quality and variety is excellent. Overall a magical experience and must visit place.

Great hotel, amazing value”
We were looking for a quality hotel and this did not disappoint. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river. Rooms were clean and air conditioning worked exceptionally well. A great pool andfantastic breakfast. Would highly recommend to future travellers.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the view is good. The staff are quick and polite. They do lack some vegetarian breakfast options but overall would still recommend.

You won't regret checking in this property at Chitwan National Park. Located at the fringe of the Rapti River, this property provides not only absolute tranquility and great view of the forest backyard but well behaved & co-operative staffs, great food & classy ambience as well. One of the best place to stay around Sauraha. Staffs are exceptional. Food is great. Had a lot of wild elephants and wild rhino sightings from the hotel room as well. Definitely recommend this place.

Great view from balcony!”
We enjoyed our stay at Park Safari Resort. It was nice and clean with a great view from the balcony. Make sure to get the room facing the river where me and family enjoyed a beautiful sunset. It is a little bit inside of the main street but it's close to all the restaurants and shops. We were lucky enough to spot a rhino near the seating area of the hotel by the river. Overall

Good, comfortable stay”
Staff was polite and helpful, Location is superb, cleanliness must be improved, food was good. Almost all hotels in and around Chitwan/Sauraha have lizards & other insects and none of the hotels could give a guarantee to offer insect free room. Luckily, we didn't find any lizards in this resort and hence, decided to stay here. Overall, good experience.

Hotel rooms are pathetic and un-hygenic. Breakfast was with limited dishes and was not refilled unless we remind them. No cordination within the staff.

one of my worst experiences, sorry to say but staff were not much helpful.. we wanted to upgrade room but somehow we couldn’t and the room was not as expected or not as shown in picture .Overall the view was nice ! It would be nice if they consider for local tourists as well. thanks

Worst staff ever”
Very rude staff. Dirty rooms with insects of all kinds. Bad service too. People at the reception don't respond timely. Guests are treated differently based on social status. The swimming pool was nice though.

Perfect Stay”
The stay at Park Safari was a perfect stay at a good price. Ashok Arya the manager was helpful and courteous. It's a new property which is maintained nicely. The property is huge and ample parking space. Breakfast is lavish. The only minus is the Wifi Connection and the finding of property. A proper signage is required. It's a beautifully made hotel and all efforts should be taken to maintain it well. Best of luck.

Great location. Poor housekeeping ”
Stayed 4 nights as already paid for by Agoda otherwise would have moved hotel. Location views overlooking river good spotted deer, crocodiles and peacocks seen from veranda. Room spacious, bed too firm, had to ask for room to be cleaned on arrival as insect had been squatted all over walls and lots of dead flies left lying on floor, sink and toilet not clean. Even after asking manger to have room cleaned dirty finger marks left on walls, doors, bathroom walls unclean, Windows and mirrors not cleaned. Breakfast not ready until 6.50 although told 6.30 so we could not eat before safaris for two days. Still not addressed after prewarning reception of need for 6.30 breakfast. Asked manager for mattress topper of duvet to soften bed but nothing provided. Complimentary transfers to bus station appreciated. Such a shame that staff do not have more pride in this new hotel in a great location.

Surprisingly splendid stay venue at Chitwan”
This facility was an excellent stay venue on the riverside with most of the facilities. We enjoyed swimming along with cultural events during evening with nice dining facilities. One lacunae which I found was no lift in the resort. Rest was excellent.
