            Parkhotel Horst - Venlo is a 4-star full-service accommodation situated in the Northern part of Limburg. The hotel is accessible via highway A-73 and it only takes a 10 minutes drive to get to Trade Port Venlo (the major industrial park in Venlo). Stay in one of the luxurious hotel rooms and enjoy your dinner in our restaurant. Besides this, the hotel features a brasserie with hotel bar, a terrace, 12 multi-functional meeting rooms, a beauty salon, and a relaxing wellness area with amongst other a swimming pool, a sauna and Turkish steam bath.             The lake, the personnel, the breakfast. Easy parking. Right of the highway The choice for the area.
            Just like my last visit, the room wasn&#39;t as clean as expected, below par for this type of hotel. I found dust on several objects at entrance of the room, in this case the more expensive tower room. Also toilet paper wasn&#39;t replaced. I expect more for this really. Please step up in cleaning he rooms, then the hotel is simply great.

            Decent room with a balcony overlooking the lake (nice view). Bar and dinner area were smart, good staff and good range of food which was all very good quality.
            Room was a little dated and could do with a refit (old curtains, carpets etc). I was above the bar area and it was not noisy at all except for furniture being dragged around at 6am!

            Did asked for cot, but given extra bed instead and been charged for them, which is very expensive. The rooms weren&#39;t cleaned and coffee and tea weren&#39;t replaced.

            The food was reasonably priced and the kids menu was very helpful. Food was tasty and the breakfast was very good. The staffs were friendly, the lack view and walk was great. Bar looked nice, but unfortunately closed due to COVID restrictions.
            I booked one of the room with panoramic lack view, but the room which was offered to me was having only a small portion of the lack visible (a bit disappointed as the hotel was mostly empty, so, I believe there were better rooms available). There were many Tesla car charging point, however, I could not charge my BMW with the only available non Tesla charge station (out of two points, one not working and the other one I could not make operational). This was disappointing. Please add few things for the kids to play which will be very helpful for family visitors.
