Memorable Honeymoon”
We have booked this for our honeymoon as it is covid and we arent allowed overseas. We got married the day before and did alert the staffs. When we reached the hotel, check in took some time because of the whole covid situation and measures were taken, which we felt is important and it made us feel safe. They told us upon check in that our room had been upgraded and we were so excited as the day before had been a tiring one entertaining friends and families, we just wanted to relax and not get out of the room. Initially, we book the club room to enjoy the lounge amenities however, they upgraded us to a king suite with lounge access. Due to covid, drinks and food will be sent to you, I was only missing the cheese, it would pair perfectly with the wine. They do give you come cashew nuts which i thought was great! Breakfast was also served to you and you may choose it upon check in or pass it to the staff after you check in. I had steak and waffles and my husban had the lobster nasi lemak. Overall it was a great breakfast. Everything was sent to us and we felt like that was perfect as we didnt want to leave the room either. They also decorated the suite for us, it had a balcony and a living room. It was huge and it was so comfortable. I especially loved the bathtub and the fact that they had bidets, its really important to mr that hygiene can be taken care of in this hotel. They've done a remarkable job and they made our stay as special as it could be. We truly appreciate the staff that put the request together, whoever you are we hope you are blessed. We thank you for giving us a great honeymoon despite the circumstances we were in! We would definitely stay here again and reccomend it to anyone! Value for money as well!

Great location - close to major attractions but quiet enough to get rest”
Travelled with a 19- and a 34-month-old. Hotel provided a baby crib and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet has a decent selection of western/eastern food. Saw some complaints about the lobby not being level and therefore having to carry the stroller up/down the stairs, but every time we left, staff was always holding door open and helping us carry the stroller down. Pool is great for kids and has a nice view (Sing. Flyer, Marina Bay Sands). Our room had a view on the Flyer as well, but besides that the view was of adjacent buildings/parking lots so not impressive. Didn't have a bath tub, but wasn't a problem showering the kids. Kids were free to stay, so maybe that's why we only got 2 bottles of water and 2 sets of towels which was at times not enough. Arab street is right across the street and great for venturing out to try local food. Cab ride to Gardens by the Bay only 5-10 mins, and the Singapore Zoo maybe 20-25mins. Would definitely visit again!

Staycation during PH in Spore during Convid Period”
My kids are super excited and the location of this hotel is superb! You can just walk to Golden Landmark for window shopping, Bugis, Bussroh, Arab Street, Jalan Pisang and the food there is so so nice! The hotel is clean, our hotel room is big and we love the balcony for the sunset and nightlight. We love the bathtub but just that we prefer the toilet to have the bidet spray (the one with the hose, something like that). We hope the swimming pool, they can control on the temperature to be abit warmer as it is a bit cold. The kids love to swim as there is a kid pool separated from the adult pool. We have the complimentary drink, tidbits and a nice dinner at night. We will come again here for sure!! Thank you Park Royal at Beach Road.

Fantastic stay ”
My whole family stayed for a short vacation, we got 3 orchid club rooms at level 7 with lounge access. The experience was lovely from checking in (there’s separate checkin counter for orchid club rooms at level 6). The orchid club member can enjoy hot and cold food from 6-8pm at the lounge as well as breakfast. If you want a wider selection of foods for breakfast with a more relaxed atmosphere you can choose to have breakfast at the Ginger restaurant as well (located at level 1) The hotel does have a very spacious and well equipped gym, and of course a gorgeous pool with great view 👌🏻 the pool is quite deep at one side (2.9m) so be careful if you decide to take a deep with your little ones. We didn’t have time to check out the spa but from what I understood they offer quite a large discount for guests. Overall the experience was great ! All the staffs were really friendly and welcoming 👍🏻 Special thanks to Christina ! She was really helpful and accommodating throughout our stays, she’s a great assess to the hotel.

Christmas Vacation”
This is one of the most accommodating hotels we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The staff are nice and very accommodating. We stayed here over Christmas 2018 and our stay here made that vacation the best. They take care of their guest before check-in, during check-in, and after check-out. They let you use the facilities to freshen up even after you have checked-out. That was amazing because we still had a few hours to kill after check-out while we waited for our evening flight so made the most of our time exploring the nearby attractions knowing that we'd still be able to go swimming or use the showers to freshen up before we leave. I love this hotel and it's prime location. It's across Haji Lane and very near Bugis. There's a bus stop in front and at the back of the hotel. And 2 MRT stations are just a few mins walk from the hotel. What an amazing stay :)

First staycation with a baby.”
Had a rocky check in as it was already 3:30pm and We’ve yet to check in. Waited more than 30 mins and the lobby was already packed with guests wanting to check in as well and furthermore the lobby is currently under renovation hence it is very cramp and warm plus with a cranky baby and mummy. So they gave us a late checkout till 4pm the next day and i was happy about that. Service was impeccable and the room is very clean and spacious with filtered water dispenser! Will definitely come again :)

Nice staycay for family with young children”
One of the best hotels I had the pleasure of staying with my family. The staff and crew were so friendly and helpful. The king bed is superb! Breakfast though during CoVid we were given a selection of breakfast sets to choose from however I will prefer if we are able to build our own since buffet option is unavailable. Though when requested for an a-la-carte option i.e. a side omelette or hash etc they're able to accommodate. Although 2 things I will recommend the hotel to consider is 1. doing a side slope for wheelchair and stroller patrons and 2. to provide an anti-slip rubber mat for the bathroom as the shower was a little slippery, I was a little cautious as I do have young kids and a senior along on the stay. Will definitely consider staying here again. Just Wonderful!

Home away from home”
Everyone was excellent in providing good service to us. We stayed for 4 days and it was a very pleasant and comfortable one — from the friendly doormen and concierge, good breakfast buffet, hospitable staff at the pool and spa area, and very diligent hotel housekeepers (and other staff I may have missed to mention). Every penny was worth our stay. We highly recommend PARKROYAL Beach Road for taking care of me, my sister and father while we’re away from home.

Highly recommend and Spacious Room”
My staycation over the weekend was amazing. Booked for a superior room but was given the club lounge access with the assistance with the hotel directly with the manager because I had some request for my friend that is having her bachelorette weekend and the hotel gave an extra mile service to decorate the room with the 'Bride to Be"banner in the room which was very thoughtful. The club lounge comes with 2 free breakfast and also drink services that they will start from 6 pm to 7 pm (only 3 times slots) we given 4 free drinks each time they come with the cart this is a replacement service as the lounge itself is closed due to covid. Love the spaciousness of the room and the view is towards the Arab street area. Kuddos for the stuff Senior Duty Manager Dillah for assisting before my check-in request with the early check-in and Tristan smooth check-in. Thank you so much.

Stayed there with my partner for 1 night on 21 Nov 2020. Almost all the staff that we encountered are very friendly & polite and it makes the overall stay very comfortable and delightful. During our stay we are entitled to free flow cocktails from 6pm-8pm and the breakfast is amazing too! Room wise is clean & comfortable but however the downside is that the mini fridge is not very cold.

Best Hotel In Town”
We stayed for one week. Room is very new and clean, quiet and peaceful, heaps of space, trees and plants around the hotel. Orchid Club located at level 6 with Club Lounge very valued for money. Recommended. Location is convenience, just a stone throw to Bugis and Arab street, which has lot of restaurants. Staff and concierge extremely attentive and helpful. Worth every single dollar. Almost perfect”
The hotel is almost perfect. We were accomodated in the Orchid Club rooms with which was spacious. Comfy and clean. Location is good just opposite of all the eatery and to shop. The only weak point is that we were only told the breakfast was non halal when we were already seated. It was no ones fault but we would have slept in if we knew had known during check in. Other than that this hotel is value for $$$.

The room was huge, huge bathtub that could fit two people too. Stayed in the orchid club which to my surprise offered us in room dinner, and free flow of beverages including alcohol for an hour-ish. Balcony was great and huge, with pretty nice atmosphere albeit not the best of view. Was a really comfortable luxury stay during the covid period

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff were always smiling and helpful and warm. The toilet were clean and towels were fluffy. The complimentary toiletries in the toilet were very high quality especially the toothbrush. It wasn’t those transparent cheap toothbrushes. There even have shaved as part of the vanity kit. Location is very convenient to eat and shop and the room was very pretty.

I was upgraded to the deluxe room. My room was decorated because it was my wedding anniversary. The reservation team must have taken note of my remarks upon receiving my reservation through Agoda. After i booked through Agoda, I called the hotel directly to confirm my request for connecting rooms. Unfortunately, my request got rejected as the hotel was fully booked on that day and the best they could do was to put my rooms next to each other. I was quite disappointed but just accepted it. However, on the actual day, I was given the connecting rooms as requested earlier. Thanks to the staff named Allen for his kind understanding and accommodating to my request.
