A excellent, clean and large room”
We were impressed by the quality, clean and large rooms. Staff were very courteous and attentive. Location is great only 10 mins to most attractions. a must return hotel.

New business apartment, great location”
We were the second tourist ever to stay here and everything in the apartment was brand new. Despite the central location (you can walk to every place of interest), it was very quiet and clean. If you want to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel (like us), this place is the best in HCMC.

It is a very nice place to go if you are on business. Large and cozy room, laundry done daily, quite central. There's no food, but you can buy and there's a large fridge and equipped kitchen. There's a cafe and bakery 10m away, some local food too

まだ新しいせいか、必要な調理用器具がそろってない部分もありましたが、頼めば持ってきてくれるので、基本、長期滞在に適したアパートホテルかと思います。部屋も全くきれいで、部屋も広いため快適に過ごすことができました。

parkview room에 묵었습니다.장점은 레지던스호텔이라 방에서 취사가 가능하고, 주방용품이나 시설은 최신식으로 깨끗하게 관리하는 것 같습니다.실내는 주방/거실과 침실로 구분되어 있고, 우리나라 원룸형태의 구조입니다.근처에 대통령궁, 전쟁박물관등이 위치하여 도보로 이동이 편리한 편이며, 호텔 바로옆에 글로리아진스,브레드토크, 커피빈등이 있습니다.밤에는 비교적 조용한 편이나, 길가에 위치하여 낮에는 차량소리가 조금 들리는 편이였습니다. 단점은 생수 2병 외에는 비치되어 있는 것이 아무것도 없고, 욕실용품도 다소 빈약하였습니다.전망도 바로앞 나무밖에 보이지 않았습니다.가족끼리 취사를 하셔야 하는 분들께는 가격대비 추천드리고, 필요없으신 분들께는 같은 가격이면 일반 호텔로 가시는 걸 추천드립니다.
