If you want to book this homes, just book it. It is very worthy and satisfied as the room that has been assigned to me is very comfortable and clean. I book for room deluxe double room and deluxe queen room and if you want slightly bigger room choose queen room but still the same only the interior and size difference. Both room I'm very satisfied aircond work well, bathroom is okay with hot water, bed is comfy etc so just book haha. But it may be a little bit far to the town and with the price given very affordable it's not bad at all. I will recommend this place to my friends if they want an affordable place with a comfortable room.

I love this hotel, bigger than what i imagine.. Usually when i choose a bajet hotel they only give us cramped. Just one thing, i dont like about this hotel is i have to pay RM 20 more if i want to stay at their hotel. Otherwise there will send me at another place. Overall i love this hotel

Luckily the hotel for us to check-in is not too far from the homestay. Good value for money but still would recommend some maintenance + pest control so that the place looks more clean and comfy. Staff at De Parkview Hotel is very nice and friendly. Would try their hotel on my next visit.

Suprisingly great value for money stay in a housing area”
it is situated in a housing area, and looks like a normal corner lot house, but once you go in, the room sure feels nice just like a hotel, well kept, clean and nicely decorated. If you have your own transport and dont mind the location being slightly far off (~5mins) from any shops, convenience stores etc, then this place is really great!
