The staff are nice and accommodating. food are good. But we have 2 uncomfortable experiences: 1. The room smells a smoke of cigarette, we appreciate that they provided 2 humidifiers but unfortunately, the smell was so strong, I have a kid ,for 2 days we inhaled that smell and my kid got colds because she was always sneezing, sheās allergic. 2. The drainage at the sink was not functioning well, it takes hours to take the water sinked in even just for a little water. We stayed on the 10/F. We hope that they can do something to fix those. Thank you!
