A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the apartments are available from 14:00. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 00:00. After 00:00 late check-in costs EUR 40. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Additional cleaning and changing of linen is available on request and costs EUR 80.
