Big + clean room , private parking , good WIFI , smooth check in & out process , pleasant staff and will sure to stay here again . Just noted that they will request room deposit ( and will refund once check out ) , so not a big issue .

Lipassssss!! (Cockroach in Malay) ”
We don't really familiar with Hatyai. Its our first time there. So we have no idea how the hotel looks like. Just get the basic information from Agoda. Everything is below expectations. Accept the guy at the reception, he can speak Malay (Kelantanese I believe). The hotel is so old. When you get into their elevator, and walk through their corridor, you will feel like walking through the creepy hospital. Some may like it, like my boyfriend. But Im not. The aircond isn't working at all. There was a ceiling fan. Their bathroom. Oh God. They really need to upgrade. We found a cockroach at the ceramic cabinets. My boyfriend save me. Luckily we were there for a night only. And yes, one good thing, they do sell drinks and tidbits at the lobby. So its convenient for us to get something to eat at night time.
