Located in the heart of Siem Reap, Passaggio Boutique Hotel provides a cozy and convenient experience in a stylish French colonial building. A few minutes stroll away, guests will find local souvenir shops, restaurants and bars, and even nightclubs. Lounge at the pool by day and enjoy traditional Khmer cuisine at the restaurant by night. Ideal for the business traveler in need of relaxation, there is a business center with high-speed Internet access available. Stop by the tourists help desk for tips on navigating the city and major attractions. Although car rentals and sightseeing tour services are available, an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, massage treatments, and fully equipped rooms with friendly staff service are provided as well, leaving little reason for the need to leave. Taxis and tuk tuks are easily accessible from the hotel when you do venture out. A well-appointed and affordable place of stay, Passaggio Boutique Hotel is worth the visit!

Great location and staff”
This is my third stay at Passaggio over the last couple of years. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all night-life. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It is a relaxing place to come home to after a hot day touring the temples and have a swim in the pool.
Comfortable, great location, parked my truck and walked everywhere. Staff was friendly. Pool was small and the wooden deck needs repair. Across the street are hidden restaurants, (Italian, Japanese, Asian.) Boutiques that don't seem to be used by tourist, was pleasantly surprised to find a blue pumpkin restaurant inside. If you want a place away from the crowds this is it. Rooms were simple and clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast was ok, didn't really need more than they offered.
We are group of four stayed in this hotel for a night and full day. The staffs were super helpful, corteous and helpful. The hotel is strategically located near a convenience store and cozy restaurants. Few meters away going to siem reap old market and 20 minutes away going angkor wat temples. There's no reason for me to not comeback in this hotel the fact that the staffs are really great and helpful they even provided us an equally great tuktuk (tourist transportation mode in cambodia) driver so all is well and perfect..
Passaggio Siem Reap”
The passaggio is max 5 minute walk in to the main part of vibrant city bars, restaurants, night market and well lit.the hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable.staff were friendly and helpful. nice breakfast.WI FI good. They have there own Tuk Tuk drivers who will give you all the info you need and our reasonably priced if you want to do half/full days trips instead of paying the tour prices which you can also book through hotel.Small pool nice for a quick dip end of day.bicycles, motorbikes, laundry available, next door
Excellent location and great staff”
This was my second time this year at the Passaggio, and it will not be my last. The staff here recognized and welcomed me and were always attentive. The rooms are reasonably large, aircon works quietly and they are clean. Breakfast consists of a wide-ranging choice and is served with a smile. Very friendly atmosphere and has a nice rooftop swimming pool on the first floor level.
Great hotel in a great location”
This hotel has the perfect location. Its a few steps away from old market, the night market and bike rentals. There are also lots of restaurants and coffee shops in front of the hotel including Hard Rock Cafe! This is definitely one of the best budget hotel I have stayed in plus staff are really helpful and can speak English. Room is clean, spacious and have standard facilities like hot/cold showers, hair dryer, mini fridge, television with English channels. I highly recommend this budget hotel.
Small swimming pool, clean room and friendly staff”
The hotel is close to pub street, just a 5 minutes walk. I told the staff that they never arranged the tuk tuk to pick us when we arrived. The staff promised to send us to the airport when we return to the airport for free.
Great location, peaceful atmosphere”
We stayed for 5 nights at the Passaggio. The location is ideal for walking into the Old Market and Pub Street at night, and also for going to the new Night Market. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The general atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed and peaceful. Good, but small swimming pool to relax in after a hard day exploring the temples. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
It was a nice stay. There is a lot of construction all over Cambodia and there is no escaping it. This street was no exception. A Hard Rock Cafe is going in across the street. It was quiet in the evening and night though. This Hotel will be more expensive in the future when things develop here more. Good hotel for a visit to Cambodia.
Room is clean & spacious. Bed is clean & comfortable too. Provided with kettle & complementary intant coffee which is excellent for me as i was not used to the local coffee. Breakfast is great. Staffs are friedly. Upon request, they prepared some sandwidches & banana for take away as we were departing to Angkor Wat before sunrise. Location is superb. Just 2-3 minutes walk to the Pub Street where lots of happenings is around, but quiet enough for a good sleep as the hotel is across the river.
NIce hotel well situated”
nice hotel, even if charmless, for travellers anting to enjoy evening walks to the pub street or the night market. there is a small swimming-pool but no charm in this hotel. the rooms are quite big and clean. the staff is very welcoming. good prices for this city.
Nice hotel well situated near the night market and the pub street. A small swimming-pool and a charmless building but the price is very low and the service is good. We had a nice time there and would come back next time.
Fantastic staff and a great location”
This is a great budget boutique hotel which is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it. I travelled with my 18 year old son and we arrived at 9.00 am and it was no problem to check us in to our standard room straight away. The staff were so helpful during our visit assisting us with tours, wake up calls, booking a tuk tuk and absolutely everything else. Choice of breakfast was great and the standard of food excellent. Pool is small but we were the only 2 in it when we swam so it was great. Location was great only 5 minute walk to Pub Street, the day markets and the night markets. If you want a friendly Tuk Tuk driver that speaks good English ask for Bora.
Great location and very clean”
We loved our stay at the Passagio Boutique hotel. It is conveniently located just across the river from the old market. Close enough and walkable to the action but far enough from the chaos and noise. The rooms are huge and very clean with nice little local touches. The bathrooms are huge with good supply of hot and cold water. The tiny pool is a good touch and a good place to while away the time and escape the humidity at noon time. Ask to be booked in the pool floor area.
Nice hotel in a quiet but convenient area.”
This boutique hotel is small with only 17rooms, so the staff could take care of every customer well. They are all willing to help, which make my stay warm and delightful because I came to Siem Reap alone, and they book everything for me! Location is good, and their breakfast is delicious, too! However, if you need extremely hot water for the shower, it will probably make disappointment. I'll recommend this hotel to those don't have big budget but look for a stylish place to stay.
the rooms are a nice size with high ceilings and kept very clean, usual satelite channels, nice cold fridge.Breakfast was good, free internet, nice little salt water pool,The main night life is only a 5 minute walk,The hotel staff are really helpful and friendly and will do their best to make your stay pleasant.I would stay here again .
Hotel needs work”
Air Con doesn't work well, pool was dirty, pool area stairs and deck need replacing. Broken tiles in hallway. Breakfast was satisfactory, staff very helpful. Walking distance to markets, and pub street.
Staff forgot to wake me, almost missed my plane!”
This hotel is very basic- more budget than boutique- but the location is good and the rooms are clean. Overall it's a bit drab and run down. I only saw 1 other guest and most evenings the hotel lobby was deserted. I asked for a wake up call at 7am to catch my 9am flight and the woman forgot! There are no phones or clocks in the rooms. Old TVs with poor reception.
Fit the expectation”
The boutique hotel does not only come with many choice of breakfast but also free pick up from the airport. The room is quiet despite located l right in front of Hard Rock Café. One disappoint - the wifi was only accessible in the first floor.
I've stayed here a few times before. I like staying here because the location is very good. It is a short walk to the Old Market and Pub street area. There is also some new area across the street called Kings Road, or something like that, and it has several restaurants and shops. The only complaint I have at all about this last stay was that the pillows in my room were not comfortable. They seemed overstuffed. I did not try to ask whether they could switch the pillows though. Otherwise everything was great.
