Nice clean friendly home feel hotel”
This place is good if you want to use the Keihan railway to go to Kyoto. The station is right near the hotel. The railway tracks are right in front of the hotel. Railway fans can get a good photo of the trains coming in or leaving. The hotel is very clean. The room is very big with kitchen ware and sink. It is much larger than the compact rooms in the city centre. The hotel lady is very friendly. They serve good breakfast with either western or Japanese breakfast. I love my hotel room because it is very quiet and is large and clean. It is perfect for people who wants to go visit Kyoto from staying in Osaka.

Excellent Location”
Great location, near to Kyobashi train station and surrounded by restaurants, family marts and shopping malls (Aeon Mall and Keihan Mall). Spacious and clean family room with breakfast included (choice of either American or Japanese). Hotel management staffs were friendly and helpful,especially Madam Sadako who even gave us a quick night tour to nearby Osaka Castle area and Taiko-En including a ride round Midosuji Street. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at the hotel and would likely return should we visit Osaka again.

Excellent stay”
Located in an unassuming place, but the furnishing, interior design and environment inside made it a very nice stay. We had very nice rests every night and the breakfasts were excellent. Walking distance to the Osaka castle. Quick trip to Kyobashi station and from there fast transfer to Tennoji station. The surrounding of Kyobashi station might prove to be a bit murky at night for those who might be interested.

Advantage 1. Nice location, near to Kyobashi station(just 5 mins) Malls and shops are just around the hotel 2.the room we stay is family flat which is pretty new, clean and comfortable inside they have Kitchen , bathtub , washing machine, fridge ... etc 3. breakfast is delicious, I try japanese and western style, both are good ! 4.Staff are really polite and patient , although their English is not very well, they still understand what we said 5.compare to other hotels : small room , no breakfast, expensive price Here is the best choice for family trip Disadvantage 1. little bit noisy cause of train, but only first day for me next time if I come to Osaka , I will choose this hotel again enjoy a lot !

Easy to get there”
It was locating at Kyobashi where can be reached by Chikatetsu ( Subway green line ) or Keihan Tenshia, it is just outside the station. However by walking ( up to 10 mins ), you also can reach JR station. It is a small but lovely place with a balcony that can see Keihan trains going in and out, very suitable for transit-fan like me XD. Patio offers very very local breakfast, but also offers western breakfast, you have to choose when logging in. Walking down with Keihan line to the east (way to JR station) you can reach a Kyobashi very old street where, do offer many kinda of food and SAKE ( Japanese Wine ).

Very clean, family oriented”
Pros - distance from kyobashi station within osaka loop line less than 8 minutes, nearby with malls and alot eatery. Room is very clean, plus point is with washing machine. Host is a very nice old couple. Bed is comfy. It's like staying in a home of own in osaka. Cons - quite a number of local bars and pubs. May encounter some drunked locals. Japanese breakfast is the same everyday. But it's a nice one.

Good value for money. ”
The staff are very helpful though they speak minimal English. We still manage to get the message through. I preferred the Western breakfast. It is also very near to the Kyobashi station. There is Big Super market, mall and eating outlets near the accommodation. I would stay there again the next time I visit Osaka.

Exceptional”
Staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is very good! The location is great too. It's only ~15min walk to Osaka castle, and 5 min walk to subway station. In the room (spacious) there are 1 double bed, 1 desk, 1 washing machine, 1 wardrobe, and still lots of extra room with which we are able to open our 29" luggage. We will choose to stay at Patio if we're in Osaka!

Very clean place and good location”
The rooms are designed for family with many members(mine is 5) everything is clean, thats the best part. Family mart(convenient store) is near to the hotel as well as the train station, Kyobashi(but fees excluded from JR pass). Many restaurants run through day and night(also bars and karaoke) but Im Muslim, so nothing I can eat but thats fine because hotel provide delicious breakfast!

Best location for sightseeing”
I arrived at late at night, around 10. But it is 1 minute from Kyobashi station, which you can take both Keihan and JR line. I could easily find the hotel, and the staff was very kind. The room was very clean, and I could sleep well. The first day I enjoyed Osaka and the next day I could get to Kyoto in about 40 minutes by Keihan Train.

A very nice Japanese-style room with very clean bedding and bathroom facilities. The morning breakfast is very nice - you can choose western-style or japanese-style. The hosts are very friendly and though there's a language barrier between us, they tried their best to help us feel comfortable during our stay. The railway station is very close to the hotel - both JR and subway are located near the hotel. There's also a supermarket 5mins away from the hotel. Very convenient! I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Osaka.

Superb location and big room ”
Location: very good location as there are JR line, Keihan Main line and Subway line located within 3 to 5mins walk. It is especially good location if you intend to explore Kyoto (since Kyoto's accommodations are expensive). We bought a 2day pass for 1000yen which gives unlimited rides on keihan line. There are also 2 big supermarkets within 3mins walk and many eateries nearby too. Room: Extremely clean room and the size was much bigger than a typical city hotel. They have washing machine in the room and even provided the washing powder. The toilet was also bigger than most hotels. This hotel/apartment is more of a family run styled property. They don't do housekeeping but they do help change towels everyday. The old lady who owes the property was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

the room was quite big, having also a balcony. the staff doesn't speak too much English, but they are polite and helpful. fresh fruirs were provided for take away breakfast when we left the hotel early in the morning, before 7AM. the hotel is located right across a railway, so it can be noisy and a problem for a light sleeper. Also, for cleaning the room you have to pay extra.

Spacious room compared to APA or chain hotel”
Bed and breakfast is good. I wish I can stay in this hotel for 1 more day. Mind that the hotel has a sign at the back exit but you have to go to the main entrance on the opposite side. Staff is quite friendly although you don't have much chance to see them.
