Hope to go back”
I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. It is a little out of the way, but very quiet and relaxing. It is a good value for the money. The staff was amazing. They were the best part of the hotel. They went out of the way to be friendly and make me feel at home. Would definitely stay here again, one of my favorite budget hotels.

Great stay”
The two women hostesses were very nice. The room was clean and had a fridge and kettle. Bed was comfortable. Had a small balcony to step out for a smoke. It’s about a ten minute walk from the action. Stores are very close. Street vendors are a short walk away with great food. Only downside is there’s no wifi in room. Only in lobby. Shower had hot water. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent value for money. Good location. Comfortable rooms with quality service at budget prices.
Extremely comfortable stay. Very reasonably priced hotel in a good location. Breakfast was very basic but given the price of the hotel any breakfast was generous. I highly recommend this hotel for budget conscious travellers.

Does what it says on the tin”
Location, price, condition
The hotel has recently renovated and expanded. It is, in reality, a budget option but it is very convenient to the centre of Patong for the beach and bars. In-room internet is by wire, so a bit restrictive on multi-devices, but I think it is a great option for a short stay. They have a relatively restrictive policy about overnight 'guests' which means it makes a better option for families and couples, than some of the other budget hotels locally.

Very good budget accommodation”
Very friendly staff, room was decent. I visited last minute during high season so there weren't many rooms available in patong. The only things that I think could be better was the beds were a little hard and the shower was not really hot but maybe in this price bracket this is not included. It would be nice to have wi-fi in the rooms although 4G unlimited is pretty cheap for a short stay. Overall though I would say if your on a budget it's good. There's food and shops nearby and not far to walk to the beach.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality”
My wife and I bounced around a couple of hotels in Phuket and decided to take a chance on this one given the reviews and low price. We were happily surprised with the reception area, which was spacious and welcoming, and the reception staff who were very helpful. The room was the highlight, with a separate stall for the shower (our first one in Thailand) and relatively quality furniture. The hotel is farther away from the beaches and nightlife on Bangla than other hotels, but still walkable to those places. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

A few things could be better”
Bad construction in toilette, water will stay on floor, first room hade some problem with wind, many noises kweek/kweek when wind blow. No wifi, only lan cable that was slow speed and unstable. When i wanted to extended room my current was not free so got "upgraded" to a "bigger" room fore some extra 200 baht ber night. The old room was 24 m2, the new "bigger room" was 16 m2. I'm was a paver, so i can measure such a thing with ease. The answer was that there where more tiles in the new room, well small tiles compared to big tiles... The toilette then had to be huge...

Modern, clean, accurate pictures, friendly & helpful management”
This hotel represents great value for money. The modern rooms are kept clean & tidy. Quiet location with easy access to everything but without the noise which starts after sunset and goes until early morning. Stayed here before, will stay again, relaxed atmosphere, helpful & friendly manageress. Highly recommend for the independent budget traveller(s).

very good value for money”
location, staffs, room quality
it was the best and most value for money stay in phuket. when i checked in early in the morning from another hotel that disappointed me. the staffs allow for my early checkin at 9am, as the hotel was not full yet. i was first given a room facing the street but when i requested whether if possible to switch, again, since hotel was not full, they helped me to switch. the room is neat and comfort, and decoration is very good in terms of a budget hotel. besides, it is close enough to Bangla road, just a 10 mins walk. i would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to travel on budget and stay close to Bangla road. I will stay here again if going back.

Clean, smart, modern hotel, descretely tucked away”
Proximity to the beach and Bangla
This is a clean, modern, well run hotel. Newly opened, brand new appliances (flat screen TV, shower, bed, internet etc)make for a good impression. It is descretely tucked away from the main roads down a back street with no through road. But all the same, just a short stroll to either the beach, Bangla or main shopping centre Jungcelon. Multiple 7/11's, coffee/ice cream shops nearby. Staff are very friendly and very welcoming.....you'll get a nights rest here

WORST HOTEL!!!”
Arrived very late at night and had just a few simple requests: 1 extra towel and 1 extra pillow since the room was set up for 2 but we had 3. It was not available that night since the supply cabinets were locked up for the night for some reason.  They said in the morning it would be available. We came back afternoon the next day, and it was still not available. Instead I was approached by "Noori" and Jane who said that I would have to pay extra or wash my own towel since it was very dirty (not surprising since one towel was used by two people since we never got an extra one). Some makeup rubbed off on it, leaving a few stains. I asked if they even tried washing it first since foundation is water soluble. They replied no they didn't even try since they see this all the time. I asked, do you ask all your guests to wash their own towels? During the argument, a centipede was seen crawling by the reception area and Jane mocked me since I acted afraid. The other guests stood up as they were afraid as well. Also, "Noori" raised her voice and demanded I pay extra 200 baht for the dirty towel (keep in mind that in this area you can wash 1kg of laundry for 50 baht, or even buy a new towel). Also, she "demanded" to know what I did with the towel. To top all these, the hotel has deceiving pictures of their property. Pictures will be all uploaded. For "Noori and Jane," you might get your 200 baht but you'll loose us as customers in the end as well as other guests who will be able to read this review and think twice about staying in your hotel!

Worst hotel we stayed in whist in Thailand. ”
Me and my friend took a 3 week holiday in Thailand, we stayed in budget accommodation pretty much the entire time but this hotel was by far the worst we stayed at. The beds are like sleeping on a plank of wood, my body felt bruised when I woke up. There was an open part of the window in the bathroom so the room was covered in flies/different bugs (we got bit a lot whilst sleeping). A funny smell from the bathroom, the shower was powerful but not stable and would fly off the wall, more of a wet room as the shower soaks everything in the room. Rooms overall dark and dingy, as 26 year old females we did not feel safe walking down the alley at night to get to the hotel. Coffee in the morning costs money. Location is slightly out the way. Overall we stayed in cheaper accommodation that was of a much higher standard. Staff were friendly enough. Balcony was tiny with no view of anything but the top of buildings opposite the alley.

Clean and good location, not too good front staff”
New hotel, good cleaning and nice bed
Our stay was nice, the cleaning service was good, with free water every day, satellite tv and hot shower. We expected a better location (wasn't bad but we expected closer to the beach). There is no breakfast and no food service. The front staff could be better, a little bit unfriendly but is difficult to find a perfect hotel in Thailand. Anyway, I would suggest this hotel to other people.
