2025.6.20 Today is the last night of our stay at this hotel during this holiday. Since we have to drive a long distance to Chumphon tomorrow, we decided not to go out. The restaurant this morning wasn’t as crowded as yesterday (when there were a lot of tour groups), so we easily found a seat to eat. After finishing breakfast at the hotel, I took my daughter to play in the hotel’s game room. In the morning, there was a free activity for children to make toy lanterns in the game room. My daughter made a beautiful green lantern by herself, and she was very happy. I think staying here is really worth the value; we can enjoy many things without leaving the hotel. At noon, I took my daughter to play in the hotel’s swimming pool. Since my wife said she was hungry, we ordered Thai snacks and boiled pasta at the pool bar. We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Marriott Phuket and would definitely return! In view of the crowd, the hotel served bfast at 2 locations. food and utensils were also replenished quickly at each restaurant. the bfast spread and drinks available ¹was great! we could go to the beach after crossing a busy small road. this was useful as we can enter to use the hotel bathroom during the long hours on the beach. would have been better if there had been an area for us to wash off the sand on our shoes before we enter the hotel Room was clean, and surprisingly big enough to accomodate 3 adults/ 2 adults and 2 children. the drying rack in the balcony was very useful to dry our swim stuff. the swimming pools catered for different groups. we spent most of our time in the pool with the slides. the young and the young at heart had great fun sliding down.

- Oasis amid chaos of Patong Felt very safe and quiet even though in Patong -comfortable rooms and bed, clean sheets and towels - only issue was small amount of black mould near shower door - lovely staff who made every effort to resolve issues - breakfast excellent!!!! Excellent for vegetarians - so many options. Masala chai was heavenly. - Would be amazing if there was a cultural show at resort with eg. We had a pleasant 5D4N stay at Courtyard. We booked the half-board package which was definitely worth it. The menu is extensive, offering Thai, Western, Indian, and other international cuisines. The restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and about 15 min to Bangla Road and Jungceylon Mall via the back entrance. The front entrance faces a pharmacy, 7-11, and many souvenir stalls. Overall, the location is strategic. We would definitely recommend this hotel in Patong!

Lovely staff, beautiful place. Very nice room, no issues. Plenty of daily water. Beautiful pools. A few small issues, which didn't really hamper my stay. There's only one small elevator for the right (north) line of 3 room building. If you get a room in the middle or last one , it's a long walk from the lobby, and only the single elevator near the start. If you come from the beach side which was closer, there's no usable elevator unless you walk back and forth. And it's a daily long walk from the room to thr lobby and breakfast 2nd issue. Long and ineffective queue for breakfast. You stand in line with the host, fill a card, but instead of her keeping the card and calling you, she sends you to another queue to the inside or out side sitting areas. Which meant, i waited in line, to fill the card. Meanwhile families who came after me, sent them to stand in the 2nd queue, and the one after me, got his card then bypassed me to go in with his family. I've waited 5-10 mintues annoyed every morning It is a good assorted breakfast. But i probably will skip it next time . 3rd, and this happens in every resort hotel. People go in the morning, put their towels on lounge chairs.at the best sports , and comeback hours later after "saving" those spots. And most hotels, this included, don't prevent it. You're not there? Or in the pool, you don't get a saved sit. Have it written, and have thr staff clear out unoccupied chairs even with towels. Beach is just across the street, and not cramped (January) and you have the entire beach front to walk on. 10 minutes walk as well from the center. But, again, it was a really nice hotel and room. And I regert not booking longer in advance.

Location is fantastic with eateries, massage parlours and malls a short walk away. Patong beach is next to the hotel. Food is great! The Phuket eatery serves very good spread of breakfast. We had half board and hence daily dinner wasctaken care of by The Phuket Eatery. Sarah and Jessie were great in taking care of our orders. Sometimes we had really late dinner and they still accommodate to our request with a smile. Room. New towels are changed and room was packed neatly daily. Ong, even went thru extra miles to decorate the room for our wedding anniversary.it was a pleasant surprise. All the experiences made our recent stay wonderful. Hotel is tastefully designed and we love our pool view room. Facilities - Many types of pools and the kids love the 4 water slides and features which is like a mini water park! Kids club is fun too with different mini activities to entertain the kids. We also love the goodfellas pizza and enjoyed the buffet at smokestack bbq & grill restaurant. Hotel is also conveniently located near central patong and jungceylon mall where we did some shopping at big C supermarket and other stores. Highly recommend this hotel! Downside is abit far from the hotel, about 1h20mins from Phuket airport.

We stayed for 3 nights in June. Breakfast was chaos. Ppl had to wait in queue for 15 minutes to get tables. Fruit baskets were not replineshed and if someone reached around 10 am, then they won't know there were some fruits earlier. You have to fill form to get a table. Not much veg options. I think location is the only advantage for this hotel, otherwise one has more better ans cheaper options to stay. I stayed in M social hotel before staying in courtyard and service was far more personalized with better food choices at Breakfast and more cheap compared to courtyard.

I had the luck of staying in both an upgraded and older room during my 9 night stay at the courtyard. The hotel is fantastic, the pools are phenomenal and the staff mostly polite and welcoming. The newer rooms are def a must. I have to say the older room felt very claustrophobic due to the dark colours and wood walls. They are I believe in the process of upgrading the rooms so most will probably experience a newer room if they stay here. I had two negative experiences while staying which sadly affected this review. Firstly the pool manager was quite rude with me when he decided to inform me I could not swim in the pool with a tshirt on and that I needed to buy a swimming top. They claim it’s to do with the pool chemicals interacting with the tee but I call BS on this. I worked in a pool chemical store and have never heard such tripe in my entire life. The staff at the front desk especially Annie were amazing dealing with my frustration over this matter so I don’t hold the hotel responsible for this overall. Secondly I got sick from something I ate at the breakfast Buffett again, this is most likely a me problem and it was just bad luck. I do not in anyway think the hotel is not adhering to food handling standards. I suspect from what I saw they have the highest regard for food safety but it did happen my overall experience. The location of the hotel is pretty good if you like shopping with otop markets across the road, the main beach is at the back of the hotel and is accessible via a walkway. There is plenty of food and shopping options there also. Fern was the maid responsible for my room and always left me a little note or flower after making up my room. A little extra to make one feel special that’s for sure. Overall I def recommend this hotel and would happily stay again even with the issues I faced.
