Affordable and a wonderful place”
We enjoyed our stay at the resort and loved almost everything about it. The hotel is located near the main road and nearby Terminal 21 Pattaya, 7-11 and many restaurants. When we checked-in, the receptionist was accommodating and warm. They were also quick in responding to our needs and requests. I also appreciate the other staff who were kind and helpful to make our stay satisfactory. The bell boy was helpful as he managed to carry all our heavy stuff. The aircon technician was friendly and pretty much knows how to make the ACs work properly. The cleaning lady on the other hand was quite grouchy and critical towards us. However, we enjoyed our stay. My kids loved the swimming pools. They also love the bungalows that we rented because they are built under the shade of trees and are surrounded by nature. Yet there are things that should be improved. Like for example, when we checked-in, one of the bungalows we rented was not yet ready that the bell boy had to call for the cleaner to prepare and clean. After cleaning, we still couldn't use settle because they electricity in the said room went out. The AC units were already old and at times they do not give cool air. Also, some pipes in the rest rooms are leaking. These should be given attention, repaired or upgraded not only to improve guest satisfaction but will also help in conserving the use of resources. Overall, I can still say that this hotel is a good and affordable place to stay. I'd probably stay here again if I come back to Pattaya again.

Overall, for our booking of 2 adults and 1 child, the price was good. The breakfast was delicious with a salad bar, breakfast items, and 3-4 types of rice. There was also a juice bar, coffee, and milk.

Excellent staff, but one-star for cleanliness and insects everywhere”
The staff here are wonderful, friendly and helpful - the rooms don't have windows that close, rather they are shuttered with shades and the AC unit is acceptable but the room is still humid and not altogether cool because of this. Plenty of insects, ants, tiny bugs that can't be identified plentiful roaming on beds, insect faeces on what were supposed to be fresh pillows twice, and cockroach/cockroach faeces can be found all over. The bathroom is acceptable but had brown water coming from taps and toilet after a rainstorm. The pool is not at all what is shown in the picture - it's just a standard swimming pool and that's fine I guess, but not what was advertised. There are better deals to be had for the price they ask, but it's not a bad place to stay for a few days when you first arrive and looking for something better in the meantime

Room needs re-checking before letting guests inside”
This stay has both good side and poor side. The good ones are the bungalows are located in a nice surrounding in the garden (if you choose not to stay by the beach). They are pretty big inside and the bathroom is also quite roomy. Helpful staff and plenty of parking space as well. Also, the price is affordable. The sides to improve are the wifi, which doesn't work in the bungalow area, the swimming pool water with the not clear water (broken filter?), the tv set in my bungalow didn't work. But perhaps the most disgusting of these things are the house lizard poo that I found on the bedsheet on one of the twin beds. So, this was saved by the fact that I traveled alone and could sleep on the other bed. But please. If the room has not been used for a few days, just re-check everything in the room before letting any guest sleep in that room!

rooms past its best,, asked double bed,2 singles lots of russian families,, few germans, we were the only 2 english in the place... required a 1,000 baht deposit before booking in (refundable),, never had this anywhere before in Pattaya.

Its not what u see in pics about this hotel,. The pool was green unattended, I booked a bungalow with breakfast for 2 but only they bring every morning for 1 and leave out door,which barely eatable, Area location preety death also and bars are closed or empty.walking distance to terminal 21

Not clean hotel . Air con make you sick dirty air . Rooms not clean . Breakfast was over priced . Cheapest things you can get . No ketchup or any sauce for eggs . Over priced . No way to make coffee In room. No hot water for showers . Dirty beds old . Stay away from the hotel . No one happy staying there .

It was good time @ the Pattaya Garden Hotel. Almost of the hotel in Pattaya was pretty good. We should think about the price what we paid.

Pleasantly surprised ”
For what we paid for this hotel, we were constantly surprised by the services available to us. The room was cleaned every day with clean towels. We had access to free towels for the pool and when we asked for the shower to be repaired we were offered a different room as a new part was required. There was a 1000 TBH deposit on arrival, which was quickly returned at check out and a safety deposit box system available at reception for no extra charge. The location, at the north of the town was well placed and close to done great bars and food joints A couple of improvements could include, better wifi access, as the system is only available at reception and more sun beds by the pool. Minor details really considering the fabulous price that we paid . Would return without hesitation.
