Boutique vibe, resort level service”
I was walking down the beach looking for a cheapish bungalow and stumbled across Pawapi. Some of the staff started chatting with me, and I ended up staying the night even though it was over my budget. Zero regrets. The kitchen staff checked on me during meals, my room overlooking the beach was spotless and well decorated, and the AC was on before I got to my room. Food in the kitchen was really good and I had the full meals there. The beach there is gorgeous and Pawapi has a little bar on the sand, hammocks, candle lit tables, and beautiful trees. The view in the distance is stunning. The pool is one of the best I've swum in in Thailand. Beautiful dark green water, surrounded by palms, and great view of the beach and mountains in the distant. It's just a short walk from the ferry but feels a world away. But village life is just a few minutes walk when you want to connect with the locals. Also, I saw one monitor lizard swim in from the sea, and two horn bills feeding in the trees in front of my bungalow. I'll definitely be back.

I have booked this resort after reading good reviews and good experience during staying this resort ! Yes, I found those reviews happened during I stayed here. The resort is clean ,a charming place ; great location with a long beach , oceanview bungalow and a wonderful " Joyful bar & restaurant " . Staff was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting here !

Exceptional”
JJ, Raju and all the other staff were amazing and took great care of us. The view from our room and pool (excellent size and clean) were beautiful even when it was raining. The Pawapi beach has beautiful shells and sea creatures, there are paddle boards and bikes for guest use at the resort, and the food at the restaurant is good. Overall it was a great stay even though it's rainy season, maybe better because it felt like we had the beaches to ourselves. Highly recommend.

Lovely lodges on the beach really nice breakfast beautiful pool with lots of free sunbeds ,on the beach also, and a wonderful host called Neil who gave you advice whenever you needed it and the food at lunchtime was especially nice and cheap I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone , lovely place to stay indeed .

Great Location and Lovely Stay ”
The location can’t be beat - right on a lovely swimming beach and 5 minute walk to the village or down the beach to other good restaurants. GM Peter is working hard to bring the staff up to top notch standards. The pool is fabulous, with comfortable lounges, plenty of towels and unbeatable view. The bed was comfy, the balcony a great place to read and relax, shower was just fine and the A/C was needed only at night but it worked very well. I wouldn’t hesitate to return! We have a Gin Rummy game to finish with Peter! 😉

Too expensive for a run down hotel”
Hotel was run down, cleanliness was ok, there was no hot water available and water pressure was very very low. Location of hotel is very good, staff was extremely helpful but were unable to solve issues in the hotel eg. hot water, water pressure.

We felt desperately sorry for the lovely staff and all the other guests. The new owners have reduced this hotel to a complete shambles. It is filthy dirty throughout, is in complete disrepair, has intermittent hot/cold water and they have NO SOAP ANYWHERE! I could list so many problems but I’m becoming depressed writing this review. To reiterate, the staff are lovely (but sadly some have no training) and the location is excellent, but the hotel is a catastrophe. Finally, they cynically charge obscene rates for a product which does not deliver or look like the photos online. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. (P.s - I accidentally scored this hotel 2 stars for value, it should read 1 star, it’s incredibly bad value).

Girls holiday in Pawapi”
We were 3 girls traveling to Koh Mook and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay! We had the beachfront villa which was a delightful house on stilts right in the beach front ( true to the name). We fought over who would get the extra get since it was just so cozy! The staff are very nice and friendly... the massage centre is at a beautiful location and the masseuse was also extremely good and really paid attention to pressure points. The resort is absolutely stunning... they organise a snorkelling trip and a trip to the emerald cave where the boat picks you up from the beach right outside your room... overall... a beautiful holiday! Relaxing no fuss ”
We booked a beach front bungalow but I guess there were none left, so we were upgraded to a sea view villa. Second row, so if we were desperate for the beachfront it would have been disappointed, but we really enjoyed the bigger sized villa so no problem for us :) The beach is really really relaxed. It’s the kind of place where you come for chill and no one in your face. There were loads of families, which wasn’t an issue for us but some couples might not want that. On arrival we were greeted by Nina. It was cool to have an English speaker welcome us to the island and explain things to us. Breakfast was a little slow the first day, but seemed like the whole resort descended on he breakfast area at exactly the same time. Food was very nice. The bed and pillows were absolutely lush which, after traveling for a couple of weeks, means a lot! It’s a 5 Min walk into the village that has massage , bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It’s a 30 min walk to the main Charlie beach.

Pawapi resort was fully booked!!!!!”
We did not stay at Pawapi rerost as it was fully booked. Onnea was sorry and show us other resort which was not same quality. Hard to give any recommendation.
