Fast check-in process , room as advertised on Agoda and very happy with the room coz I chose one with window. Daily Water bottle, basic shampoo body wash and hair dryer all provided. Aircond also strong , comfortable pillows. Facilities such as swimming pool and gym are also functioning well. Breakfast has good variety with Nasi dagang and Laksa Terengganu as fixed menu on daily basis. Other dish like mee goreng , Nasi minyak are also very delicious. Location is in city center. Everything is within walking distance. There’s a Korean 24hr mart just downstairs, and UTC Terengganu just next door. Very good choice both for vacation and for work purpose. Overall happy with my 4 days 3 nights stay ~

If u r muslim and looking for a friendly muslim hotel. This one should be considered to stay. They prepared sejadah as well as quran in the room. I went to many hotels but none has been prepared an alquran for their guest. They also provide surau in the hotels. But no worries if u r non muslim, their hotel provides the best service for their guest. And of course friendly staff as well. Well stay again next time.

The hotel located at the centre of the city. Sharing building with shopping mall. The facilities is very good. On the night, can drive and eat at Pantai Batu Burok. Only 10-15 minutes with car. Process during check in and check out run smoothly. Friendly staff and good hotel to stay. Surely will stay again if go to Kuala Terengganu.

Perfect stay absolutelyy! View cantik, bilik besar, i stay deluxe room, tandas bersih, heater work well, pool best! Harga rm230/night include fees sb i book agoda . Ada pelampung utk sewa rm5 each which is veryy easy utk ank² nak guna. Hotel tgh² bandar so semua tempat senang nk pergi. Makanan x leh nk review sbb my room x include bfast. But surely will repeat insyaAllah kaalu ada rezeki .

Standard room with twin bed for my kids. The room is also clean & nice. Clean bathroom with good water pressure even i stayed at level 16. Just the sound of aircond is quite noisy but cooling enough. Staff are friendly too. Very near to PB Square & Pasar Payang also. Overall is good. Will come back to stay here again.

Got upgraded room to executive suite which is so big. The room is also clean & complete with ironing facilities. The bathroom is also big without bath tub. Water pressure is also good even i stayed at level 16. Just the sound of aircond is quite noisy but cooling enough. Staff are friendly too. Overall is good. Will come back to stay here again.

Came from kota bharu with the kids to catch some movies. Located at UTC which means it’s centrally located. LFS is just across the road. I could even see the new drawbridge from my room on the 13th floor. Bus station is just behind for those travelling by bus. Parking is on the 6th floor only for those driving. Enter by touch n go and u need to validate your touch n go card every time you want to drive out.

The room was nice. But, the parking iq quite tough. I need to turn down to the lobby then turn up back to the parking just only to tap the parking card for free. Thats the only lacking for the hotel. Other than that..It was good. My childs also love the pool with slide.

Dropped by for a night for pleasure with a close friend and made full use of all amenities and surrounding attractions offered. Caution for drivers with big cars, the hotel parking is on the 6th floor and the winding way up is quite narrow. Room is exactly as per my expectation and comfortable. Kinda wish my stay/holiday is longer. Until next time!

First dulu Feb 2020, Second Nov 2021.. Next blh repeat pegi lagi.. Dulu book bilik ad tgkap blh bkk.. Yg second ni tersalah book bilik xd tgkap, Ya Allah Rimas, Lemas, Bosan, mcm duduk dlm Kotak 😭💔 My Miastake.. Call reseption Mntk bilik lain, kalau kena + duit pun xp, tp apakan daya 27/11/21 ( Sabtu ) semua bilik full.. Terpksa duduk bilik tu jgk.. Korang sebelum book blik tgk betul2 dlu ok.. Tanpa tgkap ni faham2 la, tgk tv n main fon je.. Staf, kemudahan, keperluan d bilik semua okay, mantap.. Tqsm Paya Bunga Square for all Services.. Lov it ❤️

It's well worth the money ”
Everything was good, good location, nice view, friendly staff, clean, air-con enough cold, warm environment, and easy to find the restaurant and 7-11 at next door and opposite of the hotel, but the worse thing was inside room got smoking smell even though I booked a non-smoking room,its quite uncomfortable for us. Hopefully they can fix the problem and become the best hotel in Kuala Terengganu in the future !! Sure l will be back to it for my next travel

Attached with mall with many shops, eateries are close by, near to Shahbandar jetty, pasar payang and other attractions. Room is not spacious but comfortable enough for 2 people with complete amenities. The only thing I don’t like about this hotel is the parking as it located at level 6 with steep climb up and sharp turns, and we have to stamp the ticket at the lobby every time we’re going out but understandable as it shares with the mall car park.
