Nice, Convinient & Comfortable”

Overall nice hotel, great location and friendly staff. The location is good, very accessible and convenient. The Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and onsite parking to in-house guests. It is only 5-minute away from duty-free shops and Kuah Jetty is 3 km away. Langkawi International Airport is a 25-minute drive away.

The worst hotel ever and not what we paid for!”

1. The nightmare began right after we took a cab from the airport. Neither people at the airport or the cab driver knew where the hotel was. 2. After reaching Kuah town, we were going in circles. Tried calling the hotel a few times, but no one picked up. Sometime later, the owner returned our call and gave directions, after which we were lost again, and finally the owner met us near a landmark and brought us to the hotel (about 1 1/2 hours after we had landed!). 3. The hotel was fairly near the town (about 500m maybe), but was so secluded, no one would know of its existence. 4. We were told that our booking wasn't recorded in the system, and that they were fully booked! They did however offer an alternative - Peach Blossom Village 2, which we happily agreed to. 5. Peach Blossom Village 2 was located above a row of shop lots (again, without any signboard or whatsoever) approximately 1km from the town. 6. The owner didn't come up to the “hotel”. Our jaws dropped when we got into the room that was given. It was barely 10ft x 10ft, had no windows, had 2 queen beds + 1 mattress on the floor, and a huge bathroom that had a 5W bulb that barely lit anything. To top it all, the room smelt of construction site - cement, plaster and paint. Being a family, we barely had any space to unpack our luggage or move around. It was the opposite of what I had booked for - a spacious Suite with 3 queen beds, a sofa, window, etc. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so both the good and bad smell came right into the room! It was more of a lodge than a hotel and the room felt like a prison. No WiFi and thanks to the enclosure, no proper telco reception. 7. There was no receptionist, so there was no one to complaint to or make requests. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. We left Langkawi with stiff necks and backaches thanks to the “hotel” room.

cheap accommodation ”

1. to get there is a nightmare, do not use google maps. just ask around. 2. the mattress was really really hard, wood hard! and so.. i checked...its layered with board! left us with sore neck the next morning. 3. the room is smelly- dusky smell 4. very very poor ventilation 5. but, its cheap. however, if u look around the town, u can still get a better room with the same price. will I come back to this hotel? NEVER.

Bad Service ”

My holidays with Peach Blossom were aweful. Rooms booked were switched to a smaller rooms. Rooms were not like pictures displayed. We were told that they have many types of Quad rooms but based on what we saw was the bed was added to Twin room to make it as Quad.

Please consider your tolerance level before book this hotel. ”

1. Poor check-in service I booked with Agoda on the morning and when I try to check in to the hotel on the evening, the reception staff said they not yet receive the booking confirmation from the hotel owner. I told the staff to call her boss, and while she was doing so the other customer who was queuing behind me walked up to her and she just ditch me beside and serve to the other customer. 2. Poor cleanliness There's alot of dust on the bed sheet when we enter the room. We are suppose to take off our shoes before enter the hotel compound, but yet the floor is full of dust. No proper place/shoes cabinet to put our shoes. 3. Very bad toilet Broken water tap. No water for 2days, when I try to complain to the staff they just told me pump spoiled water still in tank, and than just walked away from me, no solution at all.

No 2nd time”

The location of the motel are hard to find. After i reached (guided by phone), then the worker told us that their rooms in that place was full, she will bring us to another place. In between have many conversations and stories. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with this motel.

Staff speak a limited amount of English but are friendly. The place can be a bit hard to find as the signage is limited.

The family room is too small to accommodate 4 adults. The room was smelly and have a sleepless night with mosquitoes around. There are no water supply on our second days stay.
