Good for full moon party but has no hot water!”
It was ok but there was no hot water and the toilet didn't flush properly and smelled bad all the time. Peach was really nice but when we went to check out we had to prompt her to give our deposit back, otherwise I don't think she would have mentioned it.

The bathroom is a moldy spiders nest”
Before you read this, note that we booked this last minute (a few hours before we checked in) and I dont think they were ready for us which is totally not their fault. To start with positives, the room was a large size, good layout, and the bed was really comfortable. Its a great location, next to all the nightlife and food in Haad Rin but still in a peaceful area so your sleep is not disturbed. We had to check out the next morning at 6am for a flight and staff were pretty chill about it. Room has a fridge. Now the negatives. There was large amounts of mold growing on the bathroom floor and inside the toilet and also on the bathroom door as well. The ceiling of the bathroom was covered in huge spiders nests (i guess they eat the mosquitos which is chill) but still my gf and I killed about 5 mosquitoes between the two of us. Shower head and sink were broken, turning them on sprayed the entire bathroom (i assume this is why there is mold) and the bathroom door couldnt close so water sprayed out into the bedroom as well. There was hot water which is a plus. No wifi was offered. Staff didnt really care that we were there. Like i said before, we booked this last minute and so they were not ready for us, but the mold and spider webs seemed like they were there for a long time This is a good place to stay for one night if you only need to sleep, otherwise i would pay a little more and look at other places in the area.

Non aircon rooms are little out of the way”
my biggest problem was that the non aircon rooms were not just a little to the side of the road but it was actually down an alley and up a small hill. granted the room looked like it was newly renovated and everything was nice, just getting back after a night of partying was very difficult

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, location is good but the guesthouse is not where i can imagine myself to stay at, again. There were cockroaches in room, no toiletries, no water, no staff around, no reception desk to reach out to. Saw a notice on the wall inside the room: - Towels are changed every 2 days - Room is cleaned every 3 days - 1000 baht fine if you take towel outside room - 500 baht fine if you loose the key - Fine/police call if you allow any non-checked in person to pay you a visit. Better take a resort/hotel bit far from the full moon spot than staying here - taxi / bike rent is cheap and easily available all around.

Good for what it is ”
I stayed here just for the full moon party and a couple extra days and the location is good for the party. You're not super close to the beach but you don't have to deal with the music that goes all night long (if you aren't still up all through the night). Bathroom was dirty and bed only had one little sheet that didn't really fit me, I'm only 6' tall. But overall I can't complaint about it, it was cheap and good location.

we changed hotel”
The place is not THAT bad, it can be cute and nice if its only to sleep.... But the windows are not totally closed, so the air-con. doesn't really change anything since all the cool goes away in seconds. There's no strings on the windows so the mosquitos can enter the room all night, and the toilet was really dirty ( and all open, there was a spider almost as big as my hand near the toilet.... )Oh and the door can be easaly unlocked so it isn't that safe to let your passport behind, since they don't have any safe. And the wifi that we were supposed to have in the room wasn't working. We were two girls that traveled a lot in the guesthouses, but this one didn't felt well. We changed hotel even if we'd lost money, but hey, every person is different and it is not a BAD place, if you want only a place to sleep its okay.

the room was up a big hill good luck if you have heavy luggage, the family at reception was sleeping in the hall and looked so upset to be woke up in the middle of the day... room really really hot !! a fan usualy is enough, but not there. It was the cheapest we found, but I don't think we ll be back there ever again!

i was shocked at first glance but in this location it was the best price, good for friends traveling together, not recommended for couples, there is a free safe, near by market, net cafe, good massage center, 5 min walk for the fullmoon party beach

Need a lot of improvement ”
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The cleanliness is very bad. You can feel sand and dust on the floor and even on your bed. There are stagnant water in our room during check in and we dont know where the water come from. We didn't complaint to the reception since we are staying only for 1 night. We are lucky that we only spent 1 night in this hotel. By the way, there is a notice in the room stated that they will only change the towel every 2 days and clean the room every 3 days. So if you're planning to stay here for a long period, suit yourself.

Good location but bad place”
The room was average for the money, no wifi included, only one saw one staff member and was never around when you needed her, you would always have to wait around 20-30 minutes for her to show up, which is what happened when we needed to get a taxi to our ferry.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Checked in and the reception smelled of stale urine. Then was escorted to the room up a dirt track. The wood leading up to the room was rotten. The room had a funny odour, unclean, dead bugs and alive ones in the room, no aircon, no wifi, the window wouldn't shut properly letting in heat and bugs. The worse part was the bathroom which wasn't part of the room and was a side room with cooregated iron roof which ressembled a prison cell. Used the toilet and stale water was leaking in. Stayed 5 minutes and booked another hotel.

I wouldn't recommends this guess house, unless there is no more beds in the town. The mattress is heavily hard. No hot water, at least clean bathroom. Ant nothing else really.
