value and near the beach ”
This place is clean even small. If you're in a budget and would like to live near the beach this is a great option. The water in the shower is not cold nor hot just warm. You can refill free water. What i don't like about this is when the moment we arrived no one welcomed us, meaning there's no one in the reception area even when we left early in the morning there's still no staff on the lobby. We arrived and left without them knowing :D

Excellent”
Accidently booked the wrong date and owner was fair and kind enough to approve Agoda to cancel the booking and refund me. Booked again the next night, mainly to show my gratitude for allowing me to cancel the first night and wasn't disappointed. Very nice and accommodating staff. Breakfast is made to order and rooms are clean. Location is key, can't get much closer than that to the beach and you can start your boat tour right across from the hotel. Would gladly recommend this business for travelers who stay in El Nido.

Cosy hotel in quiet place close to El Nido center”
Beds are comfortable and room is very clean, but small if used by 2 or 3 persons. Little problems with WC (water closet) - water pressure was very low. Staff was helpful and try to ring - up to my travel agency when pick-up to excursion was delayed. For breakfast you have choice of several options.

Good location, value for money”
Good location and facilities included hot shower and air con- we were provided a spacious room for a good price. Breakfast is included although we missed due to leaving early in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not fancy but everything was what we expected for the price.

Close to the town but quiet ”
Island tours are great value For beach lounging can’t beat taking tricycle to Las Cabanas beach - lots of chairs to use plus kayak and boards to rent! Stop at OutPost for the sunset. Great coffee at Gusto Gelato. Booking Hub very helpful staff.

Checked in. No customer service, went in the room and the tap in the washroom was leaking bad and water was going everywhere, water was very dirty when we first turned it on and same thing when we came back from our tours. Told them about my issues but nothing was done. Instead of moving us to a new room that was best fit to our booking they gave us their last one and also didn’t really care about our opinion. I did asked to be moved but buddy said they’ll fix the problem. Never did

OK for One Night”
This is a small local hotel with basic rooms. I think it’s a few pesos too expensive for what it is considering other place in the area. It’s not great, rooms are tiny but it’s fine for one night. The breakfast was good. The family that runs it lives here too I believe. Staff can be difficult to locate until it’s time to checkout. Then they will be banging on your door 30-60 minutes before you need to leave. We found this rude and unnecessary but whatever..

Bad experience”
We had a really bad experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely tiny with no proper window - just plastic slats. There was no wardrobe or safe and in the end we had to arrange to leave early. As soon as we requested an early check out it turned very nasty and they refused to give us breakfast. When we complained that this was silly as we had paid for that night they eventually said they would serve us an omelette and that was it. They told us they would give us a refund for the remaining three nights which was the hardest thing in the world to get. After they tried to force us to check out without a confirmation of the refund we refused to leave until despite saying we would get a full refund they only gave us a partial one. We had little choice but to leave and found a much better accommodation on the island. Whilst we were in our room prior to leaving we heard them telling other guests about us and complaining about our expectations. I guess they didn't mind us hearing as they

Great for divers! ”
I went El Nido for diving alone during Late-July 2015. Peak House Garden(PHG) is close to several dive shops (Aquanaut is highly recommended). Remember divers don't want to walk a long distance getting back to hotel to take a hot shower and wear clean dry clothes after diving! PHG is clean and tidy that provide Air-Con, Cable TV and Hot water shower. Do be reminded that electricity break down occurs in El Nido, but even so PHG provides lights, fan and hot water shower with their own electricity generator. (Air-con may not be provided during the break down.) The keepers are friendly and helpful. PHG is just good and value for money hotel for divers!

Pleasant, wonderful, satisfied”
Our stay was quick, since we booked only for 1 night. but hey, the staff was very nice, the owners/managers of the hotel took care of everything, and I mean everything.. from transportation that picked us from the airport to hotel and vice versa.. they were really friendly... they even booked for us our day tour at El Nido. it was really outstanding service, we never had to worry for anything. the room ambience is nice with good lighting, and the hotel location is just across the beach and is at the center of the town, you have access to every thing even restaurants and bars at night. we got our money's worth with Peak house, even more I think. when I come back to El Nido I'd see to it that I can book a room with them again.

Really nice, close to everything.”
Nice location in town, just across the small street and one house and then youre at the beach. Mountain view from the teracce. Nice breakfast was included. Other meals you go outside in the street or to the beach since they have no restaurant of their own except breakfast. Helpfull staff and speaks good english. Helpful with setting up island hopping, we rented our own boat, we were 5 including 2 children 5 & 9. It was really good to have our own boat because of the children and to get the full attention of the guide and we could take the day in our own terms :) The rooms are not big but it worked out well for us, we were 3 in our room and 2 in the other, no problems. You are not likely to spend much time in the room except sleeping because there are so many nice things to see in El Nido. Electricity go out from 6 in the morning til 2 in the afternoon in El Nido but we hardly noticed because you were out doing the beaches and island hopping :) Dont forget to charge your camera & phones ;) Also so far no ATM in El NIdo so bring cash or us$ in case.

Cozy and quiet place to stay in noisy El Nido ”
El Nido is pretty noisy in general, and this pension is just few steps away from the noise. Very clean, I saw how stuff behaves in common areas - they do care about their environment. Breakfast is outside in a small garden, which is nice. Also stuff was very friendly and helped us with all arrangements. In general - value for price. Thank you for the nice stay!
