Clean and functional room with a kitchenette. Housekeeping is good since they replace everything everyday and keep the room tidy. The only issue is it takes too long for the shower to heat up. Breakfast is average, good selection but no salad bar/greens. Staff are nice and helpful.

كل شيئ ممتاز عدا ضغط الماء ضعيف في الحمامات ويحتاج لحل سريع . Iam a regular customer to this hotel . My opinion is that everything is excellent except the water pressure in pathrooms . Need the management to solve this matter soonest.

Cleanliness should be improved ”
Dear CSS, when you are operating in the middle of big chains, like novotel, pullmen, ibis and numerous others. Competitiveness should be considered. For me it will not prefer to stay again at city seasons suites. I took the highest tier of the hotel [ 2 bedroom suite] and bathtub drainage was blocked, I requested to clean the utensils - which took one day from housekeeping, fruit flies was enjoying, water leakage from fridge, restroom floors looks like public restrooms. These are few to mention, and I am sharing with spirit to improve your quality. I hope it helps the administration and also travellers. Thanks Dr. Arsalan

Room was not cleaned”
I stayed 2 nights. I asked to clean the room and went out for lunch. But the room was not cleaned when turned back. However, the cleaners left a note saying room was cleaned by he and his colleague (with their names) and asked me to endorse them on the website that I booked the hotel. What a funny guy.

Excellent”
Excellent location Good value for money However when we were staying there some construction work was on going So it was very irritating as every day early morning at 8 they start screwing something from upstairs It was during Ramadan time and we were finding difficult to sleep even and had to call and complain to the reception every time
