This hotel is good combination of value and money. It's nice and clean, in a quite neighborhood - restaurants, convenience stores, clean streets. It's away from the Tokyo city center, but just a few minutes away from Takatsu station, from where you can take a train to anywhere you need. Size of the rooms is small but just like everywhere in Japan.

Great value for a night in this area”

Unbelievable value in Tokyo. However, I was presented with a "we only have smoking rooms available tonight" situation - which is impossible for me! However, the staff were super nice in trying to get me a decent room - which we did find. No frills or thrills here. Simply a place to lay your head for the night. But for the price, you can't complain.

First time at Pearl Hotel. Small but cosy room, extremely clean and well equipped. Location ideal as close to my daughter and train station. Friendly staff.

It's near train station, malls, convenience store”

Room is a little bit small but still OK. Staffs can speak English. Location is good since it's not far from discount store, convenience stores, and department stores, as well as train station (Takatsu station). No documents (e.g., map) available in English but there is the Japanese one.

Very clean and organize, every day at morning they will clean. Place are near to Takatsu station which is very convenient. Staffs are nice and they can help you in english.

No restaurant, no housekeeping even staying for 5 nights, hospitality of a new staff which has a name plate “in training” was the best but far from it for the middle aged men, they were all lazy and didn’t even greet.

Hôtel très bien situé”

Excellent accueil même si tout le personnel ne parle pas anglais. L'hôtel est situé près d'un canal très agréable bordé d'arbres sur lesquels sont apparues les premières fleurs de cerisiers de la saison et c'était magnifique. La station de métro tout proche permet un accès direct vers shibuya et vers toutes les directions. Tous les restaurants du coin que nous avons fréquentés sont excellents. Et je ne parle pas de l'extrême gentillesse des japonais, de la propreté, du respect de chacun. Pour résumé, ce fut un très bon séjour. D'ailleurs, on ne risque pas d'être déçu par le Japon.

Da wir bereits einmal eine gute Erfahrung mit dem Haus gemacht hatten, reservierten wir beim 2. Besuch noch einmal. Das sagt alles, öde? Über das Restaurant können wir keine Aussage machen, da nie genutzt. In der Bewertung von 1 bis 5 stimmen wir somit neutral.

川崎に住んでいる娘が出産する日に、上の子の子守りをするために宿泊してました。 予定より早めにきましたが、結局、出産予定日の翌日に出産したため、延泊もさせていただきました。 すっかり顔も覚えてもらったのか？戻るとすぐに部屋の鍵を出してくれて、皆さん、いい感じでした。 一泊だけ2歳の孫も泊まりましたが、ご機嫌で良かったです。 近所に公園もあったので、遊びに連れて行けました。 食べに行くお店も多いので、また泊まったときは、行けなかったお店に行きたいです。

不満無し”

食事のプランや他のサービス説明書は部屋の机に置いてあったがagodaの予約サイトでは詳しく紹介されていないのが残念。できれば予約サイトにお風呂で使用するバスタオルや歯ブラシもついていることを掲載してくれるとありがたい。

朝は若干、子供の音が響いて来ましたが、目を覚ます程ではありません。駅からも近く、判りやすいので、安心してお勧め出来ます。但し、駅は溝の口では無いのでご注意を。
