Clean room. Very close to Tokyo station.
Surprised by finding great food and bars in the area, just look for alleys around.

Convenient location just one of many pluses.
Yes it is a small room but that is the the Tokyo experience on a average budget. It's location to Tokyo station, underground metro and bus services is perfect. It is a nice quiet, clean hotel that is surrounded by numerous convienance stores and small restaurants. For a first time stay in Tokyo it was perfect.

good value for money
The hotel is a short walk to Tokyo main train station, good wifi, clean and comfortable room. While the room was small, it was bigger than the other rooms in other hotels in Japan that I stayed in, and at a much lesser price. It didn't feel too cramped anyway. There is a nice Italian restaurant in the hotel.
