Cool area,Excellent breakfast”
The Pearl river Hotel is located on the Thu Bon river about 15 mins walk from Hoi An town centre.Free bicycles are provided.Also,a caddy ride service for guests.There are several restaurants along the river walk Song Thu is the best.The hotel has a large breakfast room with a vegetarian selection and fruits and hot food pre-cooked ie fried rice,sausages,bacon,mixed meat.Pho and fried eggs.omlettes are cooked to order.Finish off with a selection of cakes.No cheeses though.The hotel has a swimming pool but it was too cold to use(no sunshine)The rooms are spotless and spacious.The shower is powerful and within a roomy cubicle in the bathroom.There are 5/6 english language on the TV.WiFi reception is v good in the rooms.Rooms with "10"."11""12""13" look out at the river.As in 210,211.410,411 etc but double check this .14 and 15 give you a partial view.We will return again in 2018

Great rooms, Great service, Dreat deal”
This place was amazing from the staff that met us with a cool wet towel, a ginger cider tea, information on the city shuttle services free rental bikes for exploring Hoi An and smiles the entire time. The general manager is English speaking and really does his best to bridge the gap between any communication errors that there might be. He thanked us for coming and offered us a future reduced room rate to insure that we come back to one of our favorite cities in Vietnam and place to stay. Our rooms were extremely clean and the air conditioner was colder than others I stayed at. Our free breakfast was top notch from the eggs to order to the endless choices Our rented motor bikes were moved to the back at night and to the front by day by the staff to ensure no theft for their guests I was in Vietnam for 11 daysi stayed with several places using agoda and this by far was my favorite I highly recommend this place to all who want to stay in an amazing hotel in an amazing city

This is Hoi An's best hotel.”
First, thank you for their kindness. For the two days we spent, they tried to provide the best service for us. There is river right in front of hotel and scenery is good. However, it was a bit far from the city, but it was not inconvenient to use the electric cart to get to Hoi An downtown and pick up the phone again. The staff at the hotel are fluent in English and will not have much trouble communicating. Finally, I would like to thank "Phu" and the employees who tried to solve our requirements till the end.

I was upgraded to a river view on my arival. The room was very nice and spacious with a fantastic view over the river. The hotel was new and had all mod cons in the room and the hotel with pool sauna etc. The staff were extremely polite and professional at all times making my stay at the Pearl river a very memorable one. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Chill on the river in charming Hoi An”
Our second stay here. Perfect location on the river just far enough from the mainstream tourist honey pot of Hoi An old city to be quiet and relaxing. Cycle rides along the river path into town the best way to go to and fro, you get the best of both worlds staying here. Hotel itself is well run and doesn’t seem to get plagued by large tour groups. Great staff, great service. Nice variety for breakfast and we had two nice evening meals here too.

Henry the hotel excutive manager welcomed us with his staff, he was so nice, kind and helpful. Henry runs the hotel only a few months, but we surly saw the professionally management. The hotel is a bit far from the old city centre, but the hotel offer an electric car to transfer the guests to the old city, so its very good solution. The hotel offer olso bycicle for free. The breakfast is good in compare to other hotels in Vietnam. Our room was clean, spacious with river view. The shower great olso. We strongly recommend this hotel, mainly because of the staff, the room, the view, the quite area, and the solutions the hotel offer for any issue.

Our 3rd visit to Vietnam and the best hotel choice that we made. Super friendly staff made everything easy and pleasant. Smiles and the right words here and there really make such a difference. River location was perfect for us, a morning run or stroll along the river, a cycle ride into town or around t(e countryside, and a nice cool swimming pool to take a dip and refresh after sightseeing etc. We will be back again next year (-:

Charmless hotel in need of a facelift and personality.”
Tired older hotel in desperate need of a renovation. Perhaps now that they are closed because of the Covid-19 situation they will update the building but I seriously doubt it. Much better places along the River, plus they may have an owner who is actually friendly and doesn’t pretend you don’t exist. Simply look elsewhere.

Friendly and modern but a real trek from the nearest restaurant or bar. They offer a golf cart style shuttle but it's not always available. It's really peaceful here, if there's what you're after so it suited me perfectly

I had a free upgrade to the river view double room. The view is great, very helpful and service oriented staff. Good value for money. The location is a little far from the city and the road access is quite small. Walking was a bit challenging due to the ongoing construction of the bridge nearby.

This was the perfect location right on the river. The road out front takes you straight to the downtown area of Hoi An. It's about a 10 minute bike ride which they include rentals in your stay. The staff was wonderful and the grounds are exactly what I imagined when I pictured staying in Vietnam. I highly recommend a stay at the Pearl River Hoi An Hotel.
