Decent stay for Business”
The hotel is easily located in Masai and is close to many banks and restaurants not to mention there a lot of other hotels within the same row too. The hotel has got a very nice reception area with water feature and generally very clean. The staffs were friendly and very welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable too. Only set back was the wall in the room I stayed had stains on it which wasn't very nice to see and the TV in the room was quite small. Nevertheless it was a comfortable & quiet stay. Would recommend the place to anyone especially since breakfast is served and it is a decent, clean and comfortable place to stay.

Nice & Clean”
Hotel is easily accessible from the Highway. A general view of the hotel gives a posh look as it is very well presented. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, furniture are rather new and well maintained. Wall, walkway and rooms are very clean and reflects the name of the hotel well. Many food outlets and banks are within walking distance. There is also a supermarket about 5 minutes drive away. Generally it is a pleasant place to stay either for individuals, couples or families.

Budget Hotel that needs to improve ”
This is my first stay at the Pearl White Hotel. This hotel is situated at the Masai town, close to Pasir Gudang and Johor Port. There is ample restaurants and eateries close to the hotel. The breakfast buffet spread is very minimal, and the food provided is below par. The hotel clealiness is also below par, with sometimes smelly towels provided. The hotel WiFi is almost non existent. Overall, apart from its close vicinity to Pasir Gudang and the Johor Port, this hotel is not recommended.

Excellent Staff”
Easily located with big signboards. It gives a cossy welcoming feeling as you enter the hotel. There was a mistake in the booking by the hotel but they managed to get me room which was better than the one I booked for and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. Overall the place is clean and the furniture plus the setup of the room is done very well not to mention being new. Definitely a place that I'll come back in the future.

A Bit Noisy”
Hotel is very well set-up with nice interior designs at the lobby. Rooms are big and clean. The staff are friendly without a doubt. There is a couple of pubs and bar just next to the hotel and the noise from these places can make it's way up to the hotel rooms making it rather difficult to have a sound sleep. Nevertheless, these places are closed by 1.00am on most occasions. The breakfast served wasn't really appealing. There was only coffee and tea served. Would be good if there was juice with some pastries to go with. Generally it was a good & comfortable stay.

Good”
I stay with my friends for meeting. The hotel is located after the heavy traffic jam, so we are able to skip the long jam in the morning. The room was clean and comfort, the breakfast only have bread, fried noodle, and fruit. Nothing much, but it was a budget hotel, so I can accept it. Few Chinese and Malay cuisine around. The only problem is the downstair pub is quite annoying.

this is the 3rd time i am staying here but this time i am recomonding my boss to stay in here. so far no complaints except for loud music at night. He can live with that. Breakfast too simple and should have more variety. Value room price as long as below rm120. for those llove nightlife... u guys gotta pick this one. wlll stay again here.

Always stay in here when i was in pasir gudang. Love the clean room and good location. Near to nightclubs and for those whit business purposes and wanna enjoy nightlife this hotel is suitable on both event. Lots of restaurant nearby this area and 24 hours shop. Will stay here again.

Very nice & clean place”
When we check-in, the receptionist welcomed us with a smile & attend to us immediately. They have a very large receiving area which is very comfortable. We were also upgraded to a bigger room without adding payment. I am not so satisfied with the food because they cater more of indian malay food. But overall, the hotel is very good.

this is my 4th times staying here. Love the price and the location. near to SPA and karaoke too. Lots of locals food here. Budget room can get as low as USD30. Worth every penny. Will come again.

White Hotel”
The hotel is easily accessible and not to be missed as there are a couple of other hotels within the same row. Many banks, restaurants and other shops within walking distance. There is also a supermarket just 10 minutes walk. The hotel is generally very clean with furnitures looking new and maintained. The staffs were friendly and helpful. There is breakfast served but not really up to the mark with basic food and not really much of a variety. The breakfast menu should be changed from day to day and at least water or juice should be made available instead of only coffee or tea.

Average Hotel Stay”
The hotel room was fine except there is this strong odour smell in the room. However, we both got used to it after a night's stay. Breakfast was provided for both days of my stay and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. One negative point about the hotel was the signanges was improper, the direction signs and guides to the room was not complete and i we actually got lost trying to look for the room. Besides, it was an average stay with nothing more to grumble about.

Weekend gateaway”
Pearl White Hotel is easily accessed by the new highway EDL linked from JB custom. There are shops and local restaurants (coffee shops) nearby. To us probably these are the 2 good points of Pearl White Hotel. The room we booked was Deluxe Queen without window. It could be because of no window, the room had such strong mouldy smell. Wall paper was torn and peeled off, poor maintenance. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, we had to ring up and request. Bed was not comfortable, pillow s are kind of cheap quality. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is ideally located nearby restaurants, bistros, banks, pharmacies, retail shops and also few indian stores selling traditional costumes and items which is great. It's only about 20 mins to Johor Bharu city centre and nearby major shopping malls.

Good location with clean and spacious room”
There's a lot of parking space available nearby the hotel.Staffs are generally polite and helpful The room is spacious and clean, however there's no fridge or safety box. There's a water filter outside (near the lift) so no need to worry about buying water bottles outside. There's a chinese food court and mamak restaurant nearby the hotel. Hotel room layout is quite confusing, the guiding arrow is incomplete, we need to wander around to find our room which is in another row from the lift. So far we are not disturbed by neighboring room noise but not sure whether it's the sound insulation or there's just no people around. Breakfast is laughable at best, small portion prepared with very minimal type of dishes. Wifi is not working during our stay, it's connected but can't seem to browse the Internet.
