    Have stayed here two years in a row for 6 nights each. New management and staff are very friendly as was the last staff. A/C went out on the second night; during the night and no one was available to address until next morning. They immediately switched rooms and things were great for the remainder of our stay. Upkeep of the property seemed better this year, but our room still old and rustic with some definite age signs showing. They are building townhouses on the property so not sure what will become of the resort. Breakfast was the same everyday cooked to order, as there were only a few people staying there mid week. The buffet during the Songkran /Family holiday weekend was a nice change. Pool upkeep was definitely lacking. It was inviting on day one, but not cleaned until day before the holiday--including some garbage/beer bottles left poolside for three days.

    Mixed feelings. Firstly the staff amazing - including owners. I am though disappointed with Agoda. Firstly because it does not state on your website that this resort 15km out of town.Secondly the resort is certainly more geared for Thai visitors and not international tourists...this comment not meant in any negative way towards management and staff.

    This place is under rated
    We stayed six nights here as it is close to our farm we recently purchased in Lat Ya. Friendly people and genuine concern for our stay was the mantra from the beginning. This place needs people to stay there--every night (Sun-Sat.), there were more worker's than guests and on some nights I think we were the only ones. Food was good and reasonably priced. They honored the free breakfast by making an individual meal for us-as there was not enough guests for a buffet. I can see the potential as well as the past glory of this resort; a little advertising would help.

    Price and location
    We checked in on 29th Dec. It need 200 Baht for key card insurance. But that's ok with refund on Check out. The check in is quick and fast. The room is standard clean but lack of some toilet paper and tissue. So i ask the house maid for more. She kindly said yes. I am not sure there was a WiFi or note. But I think it won't cover all area thou the resort quite big. Fortunately my smart phone signal is good enough for the fast 3-4G Internet. The first morning breakfast was not happy. The Jam and toasted is too old. So i ask the staff to cook a breakfast. So we have the proper one. They said if the customer wasn't much they won't have the breakfast buffet table. (Fair enough i thought). The second day on 30th Dec. Breakfast is fine the more customer coming. There were about 4-5 Menu dishes on Buffet table. Swimming pool need a bit more of extra care and cleaning.(Not the pool water but the leave from the tree that fall) The exercise machine is broken and nobody use for quite a long time. Hope this problem can solve for next customer. 3 star for this accommodation. I rated

    Location, location, location
    Ok but would not return. 1) wifi only exists in the office area - we changed rooms and none of the rooms has wifi. 2) if there are less than 30 they don't do a buffet breakfast they cook you rice, egg and sausage - no choice. We experienced the buffet once and the above was still the only hot food. 3) satellite TV was not working in any of the rooms we stayed in. The hotel has changed hands several times recently - each time for a 30% profit - if only they would spend a little of that on correcting a few basics it could have been so much better...

    NIce , pretty and more activities
    Very good place for groups or family, This hotel is very near form the river. You can swimming in the pool or the rival. This hotel has lifeguard suit for lent. Also there is yard for play football and badminton.
